Chapter 28. Sleep Walker

“You did it again.”

“Did what?”

“You walked in your sleep again.”

“Oh. Well I had a very weird dream. I was in a labyrinth. I was trying to get out the other side and I encountered the Minotaur. I fought it and won. Then I got out of the labyrinth with its head and then woke up.” I explained.

“I know. Look outside.” He tells me.

I go and look outside like he says. I’m curious why he wants me to look. I look out the window and see the Minotaur’s lifeless body there. Just laying across the backyard. It’s head just off to the side of the body. If the head was on it would look as if it was just having a nap.

Of all the things I’ve done when I sleep walk, this is definitely a first. Of all the thing’s to dream of that wasn’t the worst I’ve had but why is it this one I did. How is it even possible that I killed a Minotaur? That is something I won’t know.
