Isabella POV
"What do you want", I ask, coldly crossing my arms.
"To talk", he shrugs.
"Talk about what? The way you threw us under the bus to save your own ass or the way you stole my plans. Yeah, don't think I didn't notice. Just because I didn't tell the others doesn't mean that I didn't know they were missing.", I say. Except for tori. she was the only one I told, when I found out the were missing.
"Izzy I-"
"SHUT UP.", I yell. "Why can't you just understand that I don't want to talk to you. I lost a lot that day, more than you can understand. I know you might have your reasons but we... me and you will never go back to those special days, the peaceful days." My voice full of emotions, my tears gathering in my eyes.
"You think it was easy. You think I did it because I wanted to. I did it because I need to protect you. I needed to know you would live, even if it meant that you would hate me. If I had to kill someone for you to live then I would do it. You have think that I have no feeling or emotions but I do, you don't know how much it hurt me, how much I wished there was another way but there wasn't. Okay, There wasn't, and I promise you if there was another way I would have taken it. I didn't mean to hurt and leave you like that. But I have to live the guilt, knowing that I was reason that many kids don't have a father, an uncle, a cousin, and even a grandfather.", his eyes softening.
I feel the tears in my cheeks. I sigh. "Even if what you are saying is true, I can't forgive you. Sebs. You told him what we were planning, we wouldn't be having this conversation right now. We could have been enjoying our time together, we could have been together."
"What if I told you why?", he said.
"It wouldn't change anything.", I say, turning to leave the classroom.
"Remember how I was missing for a whole week."
"Yeah."
"I was with him. He kidnapped me, he knew we were planning something, Izzy. I wasn't going to give it to him but he threatened me that he was going to kill the others. He was torturing us, toying with us. I could hear their screams, yelling for help, yelling for me. I couldn't lose them, but I also couldn't lose you. I took the plans but I never gave them to him. There was also a traitor in the mafia so it had to make them believe that I was on their side. After that I killed him. I couldn't him get more information. Izzy, I will beg for you to forgive me everyday. And if you want to kill me then do it. My men have orders to not intervene. Izzy, please.", he begs, his tears falling.
"Then why didn't you tell us, we could have saved you, helped you but you didn't say anything. We could have destroy them together... so... why didn't you tell me."
"Because I couldn't Isabella. I just couldn't, I tried but I couldn't. You were still going though a lot and I didn't want add pressure."
"You wouldn't be adding pressure, I would have gladly helped you.", I sob.
"Yeah, like how. Don't think I didn't see how you didn't eat much or sleep. You would flinch, if I would raise my hand or even walk up to you. Or the bruise that I would see on your body.", he says, raising his voice a little.
I stay silent, he's right back then , I was in no position to help, I couldn't even help myself. We really misunderstood him. "I'm sorry Sebs. I'm sorry I wasn't there when you needed me.", I say, opening the door.
I walk out of the classroom, wiping my tears. In the process, bumping into Xander. I look up Xander, Xavier, Liam and two other boys next to them.
"What happened, bambina? Who- Did he make you cry?", says Xander changing his voice from soft to cold.
Xavier and Liam look at someone behind me, ready to punch the person.
Turn to see Sebs. I shake. "It wasn't him. It was something else."
"Why were you in the same classroom as him?", asks Xavier, anger lace in his voice.
"That's not important at the moment.", says Liam.
"That is important at the moment, she was crying and he was also in the same classroom as him. Of course he has something to do with her crying.", counters Xavier.
"I just told you if wasn't him. We were in working on some chemicals, some got in my eyes. That's the end of the story. Now if you don't mind, I have to wash my eye.", I lie.
I walk to the restroom that was just a couple of feet away. I rinse my face, letting the cool air hit my face.
It wasn't his fault, he did it to protect his family. I would do the same to protect my family. After being a couple of minutes in here, I leave. I head back to the cafeteria, where the others are siting at.
"What took you so long?", asks Lise, looking at me like I did something wrong.
"Some girl business, you know.", I say.
I look to face Mars, he looks... pissed. Why would he be mad. I'll ask him later.
"Did he explain why he did it?", Tori, whisper in my ear.
I look at her, scared. Did she know. "Did you know?", I ask.
She shakes her head. "He wouldn't do that to you. I knew he might have a reason but never said anything or your brother would kill me.", she whispers back. "Remember, whatever you choose, I'll have your back. No matter what."
I smile, I could burn the world and she would still be with me. She's my ride or die. If we were normal kids, and I kill someone, she would help me bury the people and ask questions later. If I want to run away, she would take me anywhere and tell no one.
"I love you, you know.", I said.
"Oh, stop. We both know you would trade me of some taylor swift tickets." she says.
"Yeah, I would. But I still love you. I would record the concert and send it to you."
"I would turn lesbian, just for you.", she winks.
We start to laugh and look at the others who have a creeped out face.
"By the way, I'll tell you later.", i saying, knowing she'll know what I'm talking about. She nods.

It's finally fourth period, the last period of the and also my free period. It turns out that we take four classes one day and the next day we take the last four classes. That's cool, at least we took four classes each day.
I head to the library with the others. We head to the back of the library, grab a table. The other sit down but me and Tori are still standing.
"Me and tori are gonna look at the books.", I say. I grab her hand and lead towards the books.
"Go on. I know it has to be good. Did y'all fuck? Oh my gosh!!!", she says, jumping up and down.
"No!!!! How can you think that. I think you read to many smut books. You need to come down on the smut. Anyways we talked it out, turns out it was really him to told the russians. The russians kidnapped him and forced him to tell them what we were planning. They also kidnapped his family. He did to protect us and his family. Also remember those plans we had on paper and we thought that the russians had them. It was actually Sebs who had them. The russians had their eyes on them so he took them. We had a traitor in the mafia. That person was the one who told the russians about our plans and Sebs found the person and killed him. He had a reason.", I say.
"What the fuck", says Tori and another familiar voice.
I walk to the self behind us. "Tori."
"Hey, you guys.", she says nervously.
I raise my eyebrow, crossing my arms on my breast.
"Hey, I needed to know this. I'm the third in command. It's important.", she explains.
"Fine, but it you tell the others you're dead understand.", I say.
She nods. After I check out two books and take them to the table where the others are siting at.
"Can you finish those in an hour and thirty minutes?", challenges Marcus.
"You want to bet?", I ask him.
"150 dollars that you can't.", he says
"200 dollars that she can.", says Mars. He's in a better mood than before.
"210 dollars that she can too", says Tori.
"Same", says Lise.
"Lise, you have to be on my team.", whines Marcus.
"Honey I know she can read those books in an hour and thirty minutes. I'm not dumb enough to gamble no in something like this.", she explains.

It's finally time to leave and guess who finished her two books. Me.
"Pay up Marcus.", says Lise, sticking her hand out.
"Yeah, yeah I hear ya. Here.", he say, handing her the money.
"Thank you.", I smile.
We pack our things and start to leave the library when I get a message.
