Samantha's POV
"Babe, Mom and Dad attended a party. They'll be home tomorrow so we have the entire house for tonight." I said as I open my laptop to check the contents of Shane's memory card. Amber nodded and sat beside me comfortably. I rested my back at the head of the bed as I waited the folder of the removable drive to open on the screen.
"I love you." I heard Amber blurted out as she kissed my shoulder and engulfed me in a tight hug. I can't believe how lucky I am to have someone as sweet and loving as this girl beside me.
"Awww I love you toooo." I answered back. Amber rested her head on my shoulder when I kissed the top of her head in return. We both turned our attention on the screen in front of us.
I double clicked the folder and choose Gallery.
"That boy is as horny as hell.." Amber audibly murmured. I blushed when I saw 4 sexually explicit video thumbnails in front of my screen. I can't believe that I'm viewing this beside the girl that I truly love. God. I scrolled it down as fast as I could to search for our picture when I heard Amber chuckled.
"Not comfortable huh? How can we find the picture if your scrolling down like a cannon scanner? It's just porn videos Sam. Never watched it?" I blushed some more and nudge Amber with my elbow.
"Stop that." I whined when I felt Amber's lips on my cheeks. She tightened her hug and swayed me gently to loosen up.
"Stop babe, There!" Amber pointed the little thumbnail on the screen. There it is. Finally. I thought.
"Awwwww that's sweet.. I love this picture! remind me to thank Shane for being a good photographer." Amber stated as she enlarged the picture. It feels amazing that we can now laughed this thing off. When the first time I saw this it almost made my heart stop. But now, it made me realized how Amber and I look good together.
"Let me save this on my desktop so we can change our display pictures on our social medial accounts."
"Alright. I'll go downstairs to prepare some dinner. Do you want anything in particular babe? Amber asked.
"Surprise me.." I grinned widely and kissed Amber's nose.
"Ratatouille." Amber said as she pinched my cheek before climbing out the bed.
Amber and I finished our dinner and went back to my room. I already uploaded the picture on my account and asked Amber to do the same. A lot of notification came up but I didn't bother to check it out since Amber and I needed to talk a more important matter. We are now cuddled comfortably on my bed when I decided to start our needed conversation.
"Allyson got in." I started.
"Got in!?" Amber asked looking unsure of what I meant.
"Yeah, in the cheering squad."
"She joined?"
"Yes. She's good and She's nice too. I might have intimidated her somehow though. Like I said, I was jealous. You didn't mentioned how she looked like when I asked about her on our first date. She's um.. She's pretty, beautiful I mean." I admitted. Amber might have noticed how I felt being insecure again so she held my hand and kissed it.
"She is. She's pretty. She's nice. She's almost perfect. But she's not you. I love you, that's the difference." Amber stated looking straight in my eyes. Hearing that reassurance from the girl that I love makes my heart melt. I know actions is louder than words but hearing it directly from her is priceless. I can't help but cry again.
"Thank you. Thank you for always making me feel special and loved. But to hear it from you is something else. I'm just a person okay? Sometimes I feel things that's out of my control. Like this jealousy. I can't help it. I wish I could, but I can't. She was your first relationship. Then no one came next after. It means that she held that high standard for you not to notice other people. 4 years and you still haven't-"
"Be my girlfriend Sam."
"Wh-what..?" I dumbly utter. I don't know what to feel. The beating of my heart is deafening the hell out of me. It seems that Amber's question made my world stop. Is she asking me to be her girlfriend? Is that her question? Did I even heard it correctly?
"Babe, It's not even a question. So stop thinking inside that amazing mind of yours." Amber poked my nose and kissed it gently. I'm still dumbfounded of what she just stated.
"Babe?" Amber asked again. She chuckled and sat up from our cuddling position.
"Come here." She held my hand and tap her lap. I sat on her lap shyly without looking at her as she positioned both of my hands on her shoulders.
"I want us to be official," Amber tilted her head to search for my eyes. Failure to do so Amber held my face to look at her. "Contrary to what you have observed. It didn't took me 4 years to move on from my previous relationship. The truth is, it took me 3 years to have the courage to talk to you."
"Uh.. I.. I'm s-sorry.. I don't know what.. to-to s-say." I managed to say in between sobs. Amber smiled sweetly and kissed my forehead.
"Then let me, would that be okay?" She asked.
"O-okay." I uttered back.
"Alright. First, let me wiped this little friend of yours. I've been seeing this little things quite a bit lately. I'm sorry but I don't like them." Amber wiped my tears away and kissed both of my cheeks. I giggled and kissed her back on her lips.
"Al, Mandy, Mike and Andy were my childhood friends. We were inseparable. I was 14 and I didn't know what love is until Al asked me to be her girlfriend. Kissing, hugging and holding hands. That's what love is for me back then. That's my definition of love. With her, I was able to experience being young and free. I love her Sam. I still do. I love her like I love Mike, Andy and Mandy. They're important to me. But then you came. You brought me a new definition of Love. The true meaning of it actually. When I look at you, I see future. When I'm with you I become selfless. You give me that combined feeling of completeness and happiness. I really don't know how to explain this either but I hope you understand Sam. You're the one I love. I love you so much that I can't even explain it in words." I was in a complete awe. I never thought that Amber look at me that way. Now I felt stupid for ever doubting her love for me. I felt stupid for being jealous. I felt even more stupid for crying right now. I buried my face on Amber's shoulder to hide my tears away. I hugged her tight and let myself cry. This is the girl that I want to grow old with.
"So again, be my girlfriend Sam." I heard Amber mumble as she caress my back soothingly.
"Yes, yes.. I will.. only if you agree to be mine to." I answered back crying and laughing at the same time. I wiped my tears and pulled away to look at my girlfriend.
"I'm yours." Amber smiled sweetly as she placed a gentle kiss on my lips.
"I love you. I love you. I love you. God, I love you." I mumbled in between our kisses. Amber giggled as I shower her some more kisses from her lips, nose, cheeks, eyelids, forehead, down to her neck and jaw.
"I love you too baby."

Amber's POV
I was about to get in my car when Shane furiously called my name.
"Amber!!"
"Hey bro! What's up!?" I answered him back sarcastically to annoy him some more. But I was caught off guard when he grabbed my shoulder and shoved me violently to my car.
Fuck. That's painful.
"You!! You stole my phone's storage! You and Sam! You fucking whore-" I instantly punched him straight in the face before he can finished his mouthful words. Shane stumbled down to the ground with a bleeding nose. I grabbed my shoulder to check if it was broken. Luckily it isn't. Then I saw Allyson running towards me.
"Amber! What happened in here!?"
"Asked that guy with a bleeding nose."
"Are you okay?" Ally held my arm and checked for any other damage that Shane might have caused.
"Yes Al, I'm okay."
"You! What the hell is your problem!!???" Al shouted at Shane who's still in pain.
"Let him be Al. He's not worth it. Come on, I'll just report this to the guidance office so he gets suspended. He started this, I just defended myself."
"Alright. Come on let me help you and YOU!!! What ever your name is!!! I hope Amber had broken your nose!!"
"Al.. Come on.." Ally held my waist to support me but I moved away from her grasp.
"I'm okay. I can walk just fine Al. Thank you." I smiled at her thankfully however she just flashed me a sad smile and nodded.
Thankfully Shane got one week suspension because of what happened. Al asked me to get checked at the clinic but I politely declined. I knew that it was just a muscle trauma and no serious damage has been done. A pain killer would be helpful though.
"What happened back there Amber?" Al asked worriedly.
"Long story Al. Let's just say that he's been quite troublesome for sometime now and I just had enough. I think he learned his lesson now that I've broken his nose."
"Oh okay. So.. um.. um.. Are you on your way home?"
"No. I'm waiting for Sam."
"Sam? Samantha Jones? She's the girl you are with on your tumblr account right?
"Yes she is."
"Um.. Are you.. Are you together?"
"Yes we are. She's my girlfriend."
"Oh. Since when?"
"Officially? Since last night. But we've been dating for quite sometime."
"Can we talk? About us?"
"Yes. I want that too Al."

Me: Babe, I saw Al at the parking lot today. She wanted to talk. I agreed. We are on our way to the coffee shop near our school. Let me know once you and Sofi are finished with your group project. I'll drive you home. I love you.

"Al-"
"Do you love her?,"
"-Sorry.. I just want to go straight to the point. I don't mean to sound harsh."
"No it's okay. Yes I do. I do love her Al."
"Did you even loved me?" Ally asked looking hurt.
"Al, you know I did. A lot has changed and it's been four years. I don't know how to say this but I don't want to lead you on. I don't know if I can asked this now, but I want us to be friends. I care about you. Mandy cares about you. Along with Andy and Mike."
"You're not doing this to hurt me for leaving you just like that right?"
"Of course not. You're one of my best friends. I'll never hate you. We made that decision Al-"
"And I regret that. I tried to forget about you boo. I swear I tried but I can't. After all this time.. I still love you. I always have and I might forever will." Ally is now crying in front of me. She tried to fight the tears from flowing in her eyes but she couldn't. I'll lie if I say that it didn't bother me at all. The scene in front of me breaks my heart. No one as loving as Ally deserves this kind of hurt.
"Al.. Please.. Don't cry.." I pleaded.
"Can I just kiss you? Just one last kiss. Then tell me if you don't feel anything from me anymore. I just don't want to missed this chance. Please?"
"I can't." I looked down defeatedly. I can't just look at Ally while she breaks down in front of me.
"No one can know. If you realized that you love her more then I'll let you go. Just please give me this one last chance." Ally desperately pleaded and tried to reach my hand. I grabbed it gently and tried my best for her to understand what I am pointing out.
"Al, I don't mean to hurt you okay? But I don't need to kiss you to realize that. Just by looking at Sam straight in her eyes, I know I love her and Only her. I'm sorry. Please forgive me."
"Then.. then.. Please do it for me? I wanted to feel that closure. I won't feel that just by your words. I wanted to feel it Amber. I'll gladly accept my defeat If I knew that I've already laid all my cards in the battlefield. Just kissed me one last time and tell me you don't feel anything from me anymore. Then I'll fully let you go."
"I'm sorry. I can't. I don't think I can look at my girlfriend straight in her eyes after kissing somebody else behind her back. I'll never do that to her. I love her and she doesn't deserved that."
"I came back for you Amber. At least let me try to fight for you." Ally pleaded still grasping my hand as if her life depended on it.
"I don't want you to. Because it will hurt you more if I let you. It can hurt both of us and the people we love and I don't want that. Please don't hate me Ally. I'm sorry. Please forgive me."
"Amber.. I Love you." Ally sobbed some more as she said those words.
"I can only love you as a friend Al. I'm sorry." I pulled my hands away from her grasp and stood up.
"Again, I'm sorry Al. I hope you can find it on your heart to forgive me and be my friend again."
