Skyler seemed unbothered as he walked toward a couch on the deck to take a seat. He sat down, took a sip of his wine, then gazed at Dan lazily. “Oh, is that so? Go on then, sue me!” The sea breeze blew through the air. Dan gave Skyler a doubtful look “Are you that kind?” Skyler looked down at him sarcastically, then took a long drag on his cigarette. “Why don’t you try and find out? However, I must remind you can’t sue me without sufficient evidence. And if you try, you’ll end up in jail for the rest of your life.” Dan’s expression changed drastically. “Skyler, you *sshole!” Dan was not an innocent person.

Otherwise, he would not have dared to bully Jocelyn so recklessly in the past. He knew that there were some people who once they sent you to jail, would not be responsible for what happened to you inside!

Dan was horrified. Sharks were attracted to the smell of blood. If he was thrown into the ocean, how would he survive?

He began panicking. “Wait, Skyler, I have something to say!” The strong sea breeze tousled Skyler’s hair, which only added to his intimidating and chilling aura.

He walked up to Dan and stared down at him. Then, he poured his wine onto Dan’s face.“ Speak then!”

Dan did not care about how Skyler was humiliating him. At that moment, it was more important to preserve his life. Who knew what kinds of things a madman like Skyler was capable of?

His words tumbled out in a rush. “It was Yvonne Rand, she made me do it! If it weren’t for her, how could I possibly know that Jocelyn was important to you?”
