Aiah's Pov
"I don't know if our breakfast is really sweet or something seems suspicious." Stacey said.
"Tama si staku. Did you put something sweet in here colet?" Sheena asked.
Currently we're having lunch made by mikha and colet.
"Ewan ko kay mikha, i just helped prepare the ingredients for her." Colet said.
"That's just my normal cooking." Mikha said while smiling.
Mikha placed a plate of danggit silog in front of me, i smiled at her.
"Wait wait my radar is really sensing something mikha and aiah." Stacey said.
Everyone is looking at me and mikha. I look at mikha and she nods at me.
"Kami na ni mikha." I said.
"What?" They said to us.
"Wait seriously?" Jho asked.
"Since when?" Colet asked.
"Last night." I said.
"Where? How?" Sheena asked.
"Secret." I said.
"Aiah uso magkwento." Stacey said.
"Guys just eat your food." I said while smiling at them.
I noticed mikha's cheeks are a bit red, i hold her hand underneath the table. If i tell them now how it happened then my girlfriend would be blushing too much because of her being teased.
FLASHBACK
We went back to our room after what happened by the pool. Kakatapos naligo ni mikha, mahilig siya maligo pag gabi. I told her to sit while i dry her hair, i'm standing in front of her.
"Why are you quiet?" I asked.
"I'm still a bit stunned." Mikha said.
She still get's flustered even we're now a couple, i like it. I gave her a quick kiss on the lips.
"Don't be stunned anymore babi." I said.
"Babi?" Mikha said.
We lay on the bed after drying her hair. She placed the blankets on both of us. I suddenly remembered what i said that the person who will make mikha fall in love will surely be lucky.
"You're smiling." Mikha said.
"May bigla lang ako naisip." I said.
I snuggled to mikha.
"Remember when i said the person who will make you fall in love will be lucky? It turns out i'm the lucky person." I said.
"It was always you since high school." Mikha said while tucking a stray hair behind my ear.
"Mikhs gusto ko lang sabihin na kahit kaka-break lang namin ni gelo ay hindi ibig sabihin na rebound ka. You really capture my heart." I said.
"I know, i felt it through the kiss." Mikha said.
"Speaking of kiss, am i your first kiss?" I asked.
Tahimik siya, that's a yes answer for me. I looked at her, namumula pisngi niya.
"Honestly i don't know how to kiss." Mikha said.
"Really? Okay lang mikhs, what's important is always just be yourself. I love you" I said.
"I will, i love you too." Mikha said.
END OF FLASHBACK
After namin kumain ng lunch ay pumunta kami sa mga store malapit sa burnham park bumili ng souvenirs then nagpahinga muna bago nag-empake ng gamit. Uuwi na din kami ngayong hapon ng manila.
"Aiah you didn't forget anything? Ibaba ko na mga gamit natin." Mikha said.
"I think there's one more thing i forgot." I said.
"What?" Mikha asked.
"This." I said.
I gave her a kiss on the cheek then hugged her. I know she's still not used to calling me babi but she's the only person i like saying my name aiah.
"Can i crash in your condo tonight?" I asked.
"Of course." Mikha said while smiling.
"Yehey!" I said.
She hugs me back. The feeling of her arms around me, it's warm, comfortable and i feel safe. We checked again if may nakalimutan kami then we went downstairs.
"Here are the lovebirds." Jho said.
"Uso din kasi umamin ng hindi pabiro." Mikha said.
"Aiah oh nang-aasar girlfriend mo." Jho said.
"Sorry jho hindi kita matutulungan." I said, laughing a bit.
Sa buong byahe pabalik ng manila, tuloy pag-aasaran ni jho and mikha. Parang ang bagal ng byahe. Maybe it's because i feel happy beside my girlfriend.
Mikha and i went directly to her condo. I sat on the couch while she puts my suitcase to her bedroom and she unpacks her things too. My phone is ringing, it's kuya bryan.
Call Conversation:
Bryan: Hi sis.
Me: Kuya bryan we just arrived at mikha's condo.
Bryan: Okay sis, i'll just remind you that next week mom and dad will come home.
Me: Dad already told me.
Bryan: Don't forget to bring mikha with you. Bye sis.
Kuya bryan ended the call. Mikha just came out of the bedroom and sat beside me. I leaned on her shoulder.
"Babi let's go to my house next week." I said.
"Sure, what's the occasion?" Mikha asked.
"My parents are coming home to celebrate their wedding anniversary. It's gonna be a party." I said.
I looked at mikha, she looks nervous.
"Are you okay?" I asked.
"Just a bit nervous facing mom and dad again especially i'm your girlfriend now." Mikha said.
"Mom and dad? Sinabi na nila tawagin mo sila na mom and dad?" I asked.
"Yes." Mikha said.
"Bilis pag-approve nila sayo ah. You never cease to amaze me." I said.
"Really?" Mikha asked.
I hold her face then i smiled.
"Babi i'll just cook dinner." Mikha said.
She stood up and went to the kitchen. Namumula siya pagtawag sakin ng babi.
I changed my clothes first then went to the kitchen. She's focused in cooking, she's cutting ingredients. I slowly went behind her and did a backhug.
"What are you cooking po?" I asked.
"Palabok." Mikha said.
"The smell is already making me hungry. I think you already know what food i like." I said.
"I just know you like food." Mikha said while smiling.
"It's not only food that i like." I said.
"What else?" Mikha asked.
"I like you." I said.
Her body stiff, she's flustered.
"I'm curious why do you still get flustered by me, kahit tayong dalawa na." I said.
She turned around to face me.
"You already know that i've never been in a relationship, so this my first time and my girlfriend is the one i have a crush on since high school but i'll try to not get flustered." Mikha said.
"Mikha lim i want you to be just yourself, i like it that you still get flustered. That's one of the things that made me realize how special i am to you." I said.
"Between the two of us, i think i'm the lucky one." Mikha said.
"Why?" I asked.
"Because i never expect that i would capture your heart." Mikha said while smiling.
"Don't let go of my heart then because i don't want you to disappear from my life." I said.
"I won't let go." Mikha said.
She placed her hands on my waist while i slip my arms to lock on the nape of her neck.
"What are you doing chef mikha?" I asked.
"I'm enjoying this moment attorney aiah." Mikha said.
Our foreheads are pressed to each other. This happiness i'm feeling right now, only mikha's presence makes me feel this way.
"As much as i want to stay like this. Ituloy ko na magluto, baka hindi tayo makakain ng dinner." Mikha said.
I gave her a quick kiss on the lips then i went to the couch to watch tv. After thirty minutes, we ate dinner.
"Sobrang sarap babi." I said.
"Lahat ng luto ko masarap agad para sayo." Mikha said.
"Kakaiba kasi lasa pag ikaw nagluto, may magic." I said.
"Next time healthy foods din iluluto ko." Mikha said.
"My girlfriend is concerned about my health." I said.
"Of course i am. Hilig mo kaya sa snacks, i saw some snacks in your office especially sa bahay niyo sa room mo." Mikha said.
She wipes something on the side of my lips using her thumb.
"Okay, i'll try to lessen on the snacks but i won't lessen my sweetness to you." I said.
Namumula si mikha lim.
"I'll add more sweetness when it comes to you." I said.
"Cheeky attorney aiah." Mikha said.
We smiled at each other. The next day mikha drove me off to my house first then to the law firm before she went to the restaurant.
"Good morning jaz." I said.
"Good morning ma'am." Jaz said.
"Meron na ba si kuya? I didn't see him at home." I said.
"He's in the conference room ma'am. Gusto niyo po ba puntahan?" Jaz said.
"Just tell him i'll be in my office." I said.
I went to my office, i look at my phone. I got a message from my girlfriend. She sent me a video of her preparing for work at her office upstairs of the restaurant. Deep inside i'm blushing everytime i say my girlfriend.
"Kakaiba smile na yan." Bryan said.
"What smile?" I asked.
"I'm sensing that it got something to do with mikha." Bryan said.
"What's the news about gelo?" I asked.
"Changing the topic sis." Bryan said.
"Atleast it's still something to do with mikha." I said.
"Mikha's mom already filed a case for a trial against him. Then mrs. Rivera is trying to bail her son out. Luckily mikha has the voice recorder as an evidence, so no bail for him." Bryan said.
"That's great, Kuya i'll be the attorney for mikha." I said.
"Aiah no you won't, i'll be the attorney for mikha. All you need to do is be at mikha's side and i'm appointing you to a different case." Bryan said.
"Pero kuya." I said.
"Walang pero, you have to slow down on cases like this. Gelo may still have connections outside that even his parent's don't know. Promise me that you and mikha will be on guard in your surroundings." Bryan said.
"I promise." I said.
"Chie will give you the file for your new case. By the way, i think i don't have to ask about your smile earlier. I have a feeling that you and mikha are already a couple." Bryan said.
Kuya bryan is smiling while leaving my office. I know that smile, that's his teasing smile. Chie came to my office with the file. I spent hours working, having lunch at the office, work again then decided to go at mikha's restaurant.
"Hi aiah. Boss is upstairs." Stacey said.
"Thanks staku." I said.
I went upstairs to mikha's office. She's loosening her chef coat. My girlfriend really looks great in her attire, am i staring? She's sexy in a cute way.
"Hi babi, is there something on my face?" Mikha asked.
She's already in front of me. Maraiah queen arceta focus.
"Nothing babi, i miss you " I said.
I hugged her, she hug me back.
"You miss me that quick?" Mikha asked.
"Opo, that's why i'm here." I said.
She's smiling.
"I didn't know you could be this clingy." Mikha said.
"Just so you know mikha lim. When i'm in love, sometimes i want to show through my actions how i love the person." I said while I slip my arms to lock on the nape of her neck.
She placed her hands on my waist.
"I love you." I said.
"I love you too." Mikha said.
