Hannah Above
Hazel POV
"Cupcake are you sure you can walk in heels?" I look at Shane and nod my head, "Yeah I can."
We are in Lily room getting ready for the party when all of sudden her doorbell goes off. Ian stands up, "Its Hannah. I told her she could come over and ride with us to party." Lily grabs my hand and we go sit on the bed.
Ian goes downstairs and comes back up with a girl behind him. The girl has red hair that stops at her shoulders and gray eyes.
She smiles at Mason and gives him a hug, "Mason! I missed you so much!" Mason gives her a small smile, "I missed you too Hannah."
Hannah looks at Lily and smile, "Don't even try to be friendly with me. Go back over there with Ian." Hannah smile drops and she rolls her eyes at Lily.
She looks at me, "Who are the two new people here?" Shane stands up, "I'm Shane and that's Cu- I mean Hazel." She looks at me and I smile at her.
Before she could say anything Lily stands up, "Let's go ahead to this party." Shane takes my hand and we walk downstairs to his car since he haves the biggest one.
Shane throws the keys to Ian and gets in on the passenger side. "How long have you known Ian?" I look at Hannah and smile, "We've only known each other for a short amount of time. I met him like two weeks ago."
She scoots closer to me, "Me and Ian known each other for so long. Nothing can really come between us." I give her a tight smile and then look out the window.
"Hazel, are you drinking?" I look at Mason and shrug my shoulders, "I've never drunk alcohol before." The whole car starts laughing, "Just stay with me and I show you what to do." I nod my head at Lily and Mason rolls his eyes, "I'll come look for y'all when I think y'all are drunk."
My eyes widen, "We're not going to be with each other?" Ian looks at me through the rear view mirror, "You can stay with me if you like." I shake my head, "No, you and Hannah are going to be together."
He looks at me with something in his eyes but then looks away before I could even register it. Mason laughs, "Just stay with Lily or Shane." I nod my head and Lily laughs, "I'm so glad I ran into someone like you!"
She hugs me and squeals, "Don't kill my Cupcake!" Lily glares at Shane and gives him the finger, "I rather not do that. Thank you very much." Lily mouth drops, "Who the hell would want to do it with you anyway?!"
Shane turns around in his seat again, "Considering it's you who just held up your finger." Lily sucks her teeth and rolls her eyes. Mason starts laughing, "Y'all have been fighting since this morning. What do you have against each other?"
"He's trying to take Hazel away from me!"
"She's trying to take Cupcake away from me!"
The car grew silent and then we all start laughing, "I love the both of y'all, so stop fighting."
We arrive at the party twenty minutes later. "Woo! Let's go, Hazel!" Lily drags me away from everybody and we head inside.
I look back and see Shane mouth open and Mason shaking his head with laughter. We head straight for the drinks and she makes them. "Never, and I mean never take a drink from somebody unless you know them."
She hands me two shots, "Take them both. Don't drink it slowly, take it in one gulp." I nod my head and take the shots, "Ew!! That burns and it is nasty!!" She laughs and grabs my hand, "You'll get used to it after a few more."
She takes me to the dance floor, "I don't know how to dance." She spins around, "Just sway your hips to the music and have fun."
I start swaying my hips and someone puts their arm around my neck, I look up and see Shane smiling down at me.
"Let me at least get Cupcake first dance." He takes my hand and takes Lily hand and spins us around. I throw my head back and laugh.
Ian POV
Mason and Shane walk off somewhere and leave me and Hannah by ourselves.
"Let's go ahead in." She smiles and follows me in. We head to the drinks and I make our drinks, "Do you want to dance?" She looks at the floor and then shakes her head no, "Let's just stand here for a little bit."
I take a sip of my drink and lean against the wall. She grabs my hand and smiles at me, "What are we going to do about us?" I look at her and smile, "Let's just take things slow and see where it gets us." She nods her head and smile.
"Ew!! That burns and it is nasty!!" I look over and see Lily laughing at Quiet. Lily takes Quiet hand and take her to the dance floor and start dancing.
Quiet starts swaying her hips and Shane sneaks up behind her and whisper something in her ear. Shane takes Lily and Quiet hand and spins them around.
I smile at the scene in front of me. I continue to look out there until Quiet walks up to me and grab my hand, "Dance with me! You look bored just standing on the wall." I let out a soft laugh and let her pull me to the floor.
She starts swaying her hips and I put my hands on her waist, "Are you and Hannah having fun?" I spin her around and shrug my shoulders, "I'm having more fun since I'm dancing. I never go to a party without dancing." She giggles and I laugh along with her.
We continue to dance until someone taps me on the shoulder, I turn around and see Hannah smiling at me. "Here you go, I was just getting done dancing with him." I look Quiet as she pushes me towards Hannah.
A random guy comes up behind Quiet and starts dancing with her. Hannah puts my arms around her waist and smiles up at me. I smile down at her, "Now you want to dance. What changed your mind?"
She laughs and shrugs her shoulders. "When is your next fight?" I spin her around and pull her back to me, "It's this Friday. Come cheer me on."
"Of course I am. Why wouldn't I?" I shrug my shoulders and she laughs. "Ian! Ian! Have you seen Mason?" Quiet walks up to me and Hannah and laugh.
"He said he would find me if I get too drunk, but I'm not drunk." I laugh and she falls into my arms. "I can make a promise with you. Want to hear?"
She hiccups and giggles, "What's your promise?" Before she could say anything Shane pops up. "Shane! I want a cupcake!"
Shane looks at me and then back at Quiet, "You're already drunk! How many drinks did you have?!" Quiet counts her fingers, "I only had five little ones." Shane starts laughing and he picks her up and they run off somewhere.
I shake my head with laughter. I look at Hannah and see that she is staring at me, "What's wrong?" She shakes her head, "Nothing. How close are you and Hazel?" I shrug my shoulders, "We became close in the last two weeks."
After the party
"Shane. I want a cupcake." Shane is carrying a drunk Quiet and Mason is carrying a drunk Lily.
"Cupcake stop moving around or I might drop you." She giggles and hiccups. I look at Lily and she is asleep in Mason's arms.
"Ian! Ian! Can I sleep beside you tonight? Shane doesn't want me near him." Hannah grip tightens around my hand, I look at her and she gives me a small smile. "Maybe next time. Sleep with Shane tonight."
She laughs and hiccups. We get in the car and head back to Lily house. "Cupcake change into your comfortable clothes and then come lay down with me." Shane says as he lay some blankets down for them.
"I'm so glad I don't have to sleep on the floor." I glare at Mason and he starts laughing, "I'm sleeping on this nice bed with Lily."
I roll my eyes as I set some blankets up for me, "At least we won't be kicked in our backs while we sleep." He stops laughing and then he lets out a loud sigh, "I forgot she's a wild sleeper."
Shane stands up, "Ha! I'm sleeping with my Cupcake!" Quiet comes out of the bathroom with a big t-shirt on, she yawns as she puts her dress down in a corner. "Shane, are you done yet? I'm sleepy." Shane smiles at Quiet and kisses her on the forehead.
She doesn't even react, she is too sleepy to react. Shane lays down and opens his arm for Quiet. She smiles and lays down beside him with her head on his chest.
I lay down and pat the spot beside me, "We can share some blankets." I look up at Hannah and she slowly sits beside me.
"What are we doing tomorrow?" I start playing with her hand, "I'm not sure. Mason might come up with something." She kisses my cheek and closes her eyes, "Night Ian."
Next Morning
"Ugh. My head feels like it's going to fall off." I wake up to Lily groaning and sitting on Mason sleeping back. I look up and see Quiet trying to wake Shane up, "Shane, my head hurts." Shane groans and pulls Quiet to his chest.
"Lily get Cupcake some medicine for her headache." Lily groans and looks at me, "Ian can you get it for us?" I get up and walk to the bathroom.
I grab some aspirin and put some tap water in a cup. I walk back out and hand Quiet some.
She takes the pill and then puts her head back down on Shane's chest. "Why did she even sleep over?" I look at Lily as I pass her some pills, "Can you get along with her? What did she do to you?"
Lily takes the pills and glares at a sleeping Hannah, "You wouldn't believe me even if I told you." I roll my eyes and sit on the bed with her.
I look at Hannah and smile, "At least she's back."
