Chapter 33

:Sophia/Bentley

My wolf was purring at the thought of laying our claim on Tanner's smooth neck. To bury my incisors deep in his skin letting our enzymes lay my scent on him. 'Is there a reason your looking at me like I'm a piece of steak?' blinking I felt myself blush as I looked away from Tanner shaking my head. Chuckling he kissed my cheek his arm tightly around my waist. 'you know if you wanted we could of stayed in bed'

'You said we couldn't' I muttered as I turned my gaze up to his. 'Who's Blade?' his body stiffened as he pulled away from me to stand.

'someone you don't have to worry about love ok?' I nodded slowly.

'I shouldn't have asked.' I whispered softly

'I'll tell you in time sweetheart' he muttered softly as he sat back down next to me glumly as Nikko and Julia walked in giggling and laughing.

'those two are way to happy' Lex grumbled as she laid across Melody and Evan with a deep yawn.

'and you haven't had your coffee yet have you?' Evan smiled as he petted her head making her growl at him.

'you took the last cup!'

'or it could be something else' he hinted and my eyes trailed over her. I grinned I knew exactly what he meant. 'it's been three weeks babe'

'No' she snapped through clenched teeth.

'don't tell me.' Melody shot up. 'don't tell me you to did now use protection!'

Evan smirked. 'cats out of the bag' he rolled his eyes. they'd came out to us all after Alexander had left with Darcy. No body would tell her family so they were safe here. And I kind of liked seeing them be together in the open without having to worry about it.

'Shut up it-its just-' Lex stammered with wide eyes.

'I could check' Nikko offered as he glanced at Julia. 'I did the same with Julia a while ago' watching her face turn red he sighed. 'but we're not lucky yet' he kissed her forehead. They'd been trying for three weeks straight and just when they thought they were, they weren't. the likely hood of a half bred and a witch having a child were slim but they were hopeful. Nikko said he was about to use a fertility spell that would allow her to be able to have children but they would have to wait for the next full moon which was a month away.

'I don't need you to tell me I'm PREGNANT! Because I am NOT. N-O-T.  IM NOT!' Lex yelled as she shot to her feet.

'You would be the lucky one out of us all' I sighed to her making her frown drop as sadness slid into her eyes.

'I know you guys want children but, I don't. I know its wrong for me someone who can have kids to not want them but its just not me. if I could give my baby making organ to you I would because I know how much it means to you guys but I cant.' She shakes her head. 'I just cant'

Reaching out Evan pulled her onto his lap. 'I was just joking' he brushed her tears away.

'I know I'm an ungrateful bitch because I can have kids and yet I don't want them. While you guys want kids but cant have them' she sobbed. 'but if my parents found out...he'd know an-and I don't want Evan to get hurt...'

'don't, don't say that' I whispered softly as I clutched Tanner's hand. 'I know I can have a child I know I can' I stood up and brushed my pants off. 'your not ungrateful your just scared that's all' walking out of the room I leaned against the wall with a deep groan as Tanner walked out. Standing in front of me with his hands on either side of my head he leaned in and brushed his lips to mine.

'don't be sad.'

'I'm not' I muttered as he chuckled softly.

'don't try and hid it I can feel it' he whispered as he nuzzled my neck. 'I know you feel bad for not being able to bare my child but its ok with me.'

I looked into his eyes my lips quivered. 'I'm sorry'  I whispered to him. 'So sorry' I hung my head. As a mate I should be able to give him a son, or a girl. But I knew all men wanted a son someone they could teach how to fight now to act how to... 'I'm sorry'

'Sophia look at me' tipping my chin up his eyes were hard. 'I love you, I love all of you. I love your laugh, your smile, how you look when your thinking when we came into this relationship I told you it wasn't about sex, it wasn't about getting you pregnant. I don't need a child to make me happy when I have you already. Would  I like a child? Yes don't get me wrong I'd love to have a girl or a son. But it doesn't mean everything to me because your by my side. We can adopt, there are plenty of children in this world that don't have a mother or a father to love the.'  He whispered in a strong voice.

Tears trickled down my cheeks as he kissed me.

'I love you SoSo,'

Sighing against his lips I wrapped my arms around his neck and arched into him. 'I love you too Tanner. I just-I just' I stammered out.

'I know you want children SoSo, I know you do and we will try just not now. When things clear up yes we try as long as it takes.' He whispered out to me. 'But don't you blame yourself, fate brought us together. So fate must have something in store for us Sophia'

I nodded slowly as he gave me another kiss.  But the haunting feeling of regret filled me as   he stepped away from me with a smile.

'I should go check on Lex and Evan.'

I nodded as he gave me a kiss. 'Meet me in our room in a hour? Jordan wants to work out at least a hour a day now' I groaned as I rolled my shoulders. But the funny thing was I didn't mind working out, I didn't mind the sweat. Isabel loved it when he'd let us work out in our wolf form. Dodging blocking attacking, things like that how to strike at just the right point. How to clamp down on the back of the neck delivering a final blow. Showing the weakest points of a human and or supernatural being.

'He's got you working hard'

I nodded. 'I've lost at least ten pounds sense we've started' he frowned.

'tha-'

Some how I knew exactly what he was thinking. 'I haven't went down a size, I'm still the same size in bra, shirts, pants and underwear '  I teased lightly making him blush. 'I know how you are but hey my butts firmer' I added with a laugh as I turned and put a little booty sway to my walk making him give out a sexy groan.

Isabel whined in my head. "Lets go back, forget training today!" she pleaded. "I want him now! Please?!" she begged loudly making me groan.

"your just a horny wolf you know that? You act like your in heat" I pouted out as I pushed her back.

She didn't reply as I walked to the Gym finding Jordan already working out in nothing but sweat pants that hung low on his waist his body covered in sweat. Yes he had a nice body. But My mate Tanner has the banging body. Just thinking about it had me wanting to run back to him.

Glancing up at me Jordan tossed the dun bell to the ground and stretched. 'you ready?' I nodded quickly as I rolled my shoulders. 'good' lunging at me I blocked his attack right clip up barley grazing his chin only to leave myself open for a second as he made a soft jab to my right side. He didn't put any pressure to it just enough to let me know I failed.

'you don't have to hold back' I bit out slightly annoyed as I lunged again sliding behind him kicking his knee in making him dropping. Grabbing both his arms I crossed them and pulled up making him whine.

'I couldn't hit my brothers mate. Do you know how fucked I'd be if I left a bruise?' he whined.

Walking to the room I knocked and slipped in finding Tanner sprawled out on the bed sleeping. After the attack he had installed a six inch silver door with silver in wall, the floors had to be redone and because of that I got to redecorate the whole room.

I watched him for a moment and smiled to myself. His chest rising and falling as he snored softly. he was peaceful and like a nightmare I remembered the day Zach, I mean my brother barged in and attacked him leaving him there to die in a puddle of his own blood.

Kicking off my training shoes and my slithering out of my sweaty clothes I walked to the bathroom and hopped in the shower washing away all the sweat from training. My  body felt good as I shut the water off as I wrung out my hair as I grabbed a towel to cover up with. Slipping out I found him on his side his eyes barley open as he glanced at me.

'you didn't wake me' he pouted making my wolf whine as I dropped the towel and slid in beside him on my side I smiled at him as I pressed a kiss on his lips.

'I was all ucky and stuff I didn't wanna wake you when you looked so good'  I whispered softly as he rolled on top of me his hips pressed into mine.

'I know its intense for the first year or so with mates and all but I sort of feel guilty for wanting you so much' he whispered as he kissed me.

"claim him, mark him! Make him ours! Make sure no female ever looks at him!" Isabel demanded making me groan out as he kissed me his hands gathering mind and pulling them avoid my head.

I felt Isabel gain a little control making me growl out and jerk my hips up off the bed.

'Hello Isabel' the way he said my wolfs name made my legs quiver as she fought for control. 'You shouldn't fight Sophia, I'll give you equal attention' he whispered against my skin his teeth testing my neck sending waves of heat through me I felt myself become wet and throbbing with the need to have him in me. To have his skin pressed into mine as he let go of my hands.

Slipping back into I slowly gained control once again.

'what is it she wants Sophia?' I licked my lips and watched his eyes.

'To mark you' his eyes burned with lust and passion as his lips came down on mine. 'To lay our claim on you' I whispered as he kissed my neck my back arched up into his touch as his hands cupped my breasts his thumb and index finger worked at the hardened bead making me shudder and arch up more moaning out as he slowly trailed kisses his tongue flicking over the hardened nipple my body trembled, my heart was racing I was panting for breath as I rubbed his legs with mine 'Tanner!' I begged with need as I squirmed around as his mouth closed around me engulfing me in the warmth of his mouth his lips working their madding as his other hand slipped down my body and in between my legs to my ready woman hood. His eyes burning as he looked up at me watching as I gasped and jerked off the bed his finger slipping in moving quickly in a rhythm.

My thoughts swirled my teeth ached with the need to mark him as I pushed my hips up more as he slid another finger in me. 'I want to mark you' he whispered as his pressed his lips to mine. 'I want to bury my teeth in your neck and let my enzymes leave my mark' he growled out deeply his hand slipping out from between my legs as he began to rock against me pushing himself into me my legs locking around his waist tightening around him pulling him closer.  His words sent shiver down my body and my wolf howled at the thought clawing for dominance in me to mark him.

Gasping as he buried his face in my neck I felt my vision swirl and heat swelled up in me as his teeth pieced my skin like fire raging through me I whined softly as he cocked his head at a angle till he licked the little blood away my skin tingled and my toes curled from the intensity of the pleasure that claimed my body

Isabel slid over pinning him down our incisors biting his neck our mark burning into his skin making him gasp and arch up into me his blood assaulted my mouth with its sweet taste making me groan in pleasure my body was moving on its own accord. Well Isabel was in control I let her do as she pleased. Tearing at his boxers I threw the material aside as he pinned me down again as I cleaned up the mark with a flick of my tongue suckling softly on the tender area making him shiver and growl out .

His body moved against mine the pleasure clenched me warming my blood making me gasp in pleasure as his mark sunk into me making Isabel howl out in joy.

Shifting around I gave a little smile as Tanner dragged me back to his side. 'is Isabel happy now?' he whispered softly. 'are you happy now?'

I nodded as  closed my eyes enjoying his warmth enjoying how his body felt against mine making me give a throaty growl of approval. Nuzzling his chest with my nose I place a little kisses up his chest till I found the mark I'd left on him nuzzling and licking at the mark his body trembled under my touch as I showed special attention to it making him moan out in pleasure. I was scent marking him laying my scent on him letting it mingle and sink into his pores so that it would always be with him. 'I love you Tanner' I pulled back to look in his eyes.

'I love you too baby' I leaned down into him brushing my hips to his before I felt my eyes widen when he rolled us over in a blink of an eye. 'mine'

I felt my heart race with joy. 'yes'

'Mine' he repeated as he kissed my neck checking the mark was still there. 'my mate, you belong to me Sophia only me'

'I've always belonged with you' I wished softly  as  I curled my fingers into his hair as I tipped my head back arching into him.

He muttered something in agreement.

'Alexander cant get between us ever again'  I whispered softly as he pulled back to look into my eyes as if to make sure. As a half bred I didn't know if the bond was as strong as mine. But the way he claimed me how his eyes darkened when he called me his told me he felt it just as any werewolf male.

Nodding he settled half on me his face in my neck as he inhaled deeply. 'I should go get dinner so we can eat in here' he muttered as he gave yawn.

'no don't go' I tightened my arms around him holding him there. 'stay' my stomach growled making him chuckle softly.

'I have to make sure your fed ok?' he gave me a quick kiss before hopping out of bed and going to the dresser. Cocking my head to the side I let my eyes trail down his back side as I licked my lips. Sadly he had pulled on briefs and sweatpants followed by a baggy sweat shirt. 'I'll be back in five' leaving the room I looked up at the ceiling as I tugged the covers up to my nose.

Cracking my knuckles I paced around as I glanced at Blade. 'why didn't you have people watching her?!' I demanded stiffly as I glanced at the pictures of her and Tanner.  My heart ached. Mine!

'I did she slipped past them you trained Cecilia yourself you taught her how to get past anyone and everyone' he groaned as he rubbed his face. 'its not like I just let her walk there do you know how much those witches cost?! I mean the dealer practically ass rapped me'   he snarled in anger.

' I liked this new Cecilia' I muttered with a frown. 'she had curves'

'well look at it this way if you get me another fucking body and half the money I can bring her back' I glared at him.

'so you can take her away again?!' I hissed out through clenched teeth anger raged through me.

He shakes his head. 'no you can go back to the way it was you could go to the farm' he said softly making my heart skip a beat. As I nodded quickly I needed my Cecilia by my side it didn't feel right without her. Leaving quickly I decided to go to the mall to look over people.

My eyes honed in on the small female in front of me. she was cute long blonde hair big blue eyes, a rather nice body. Glancing at me she shot me a smile as I curled a finger to her motioning her to come towards me. and to my delight she did taking great care in her hip sways making me chuckle softly as she paused in front of me.

Licking my fingers I smiled at Tanner. 'that was so good' I groaned out with a burp that made him chuckle at me. blushing I handed him the plate as he put it on the desk table.

'told you, you were hungry' he sighed softly making me roll my eyes.

'can you hand me the milk?' he handed me my cup with a wink as I took a deep sip I liked the richness of the whole milk that was so creamy and cold as it slid down my throat. 'so um-'

He bit his lip. 'I'm sorry I didn't use a condom' he whispered softly his eyes sliding away from mine 'I'm sorry I was, I was caught in the moment an-and I shouldn't have let my wanting you come over reason' I stood up and sat on his lap with my arms around his neck.

'Tanner its not a big deal' I rubbed his back. 'you said yourself that it's a slim chance don't worry' I gave him a kiss. 'and if we are lucky then I'll let you lock me in our room to keep me safe' I offered making him sigh.

'I don't see how you can joke like that baby. This is serious, its not just the fact that we could possibly have a child on the way. But the fact that you'd most likely have to quiet school and...' I stilled his lips with mine.

'Stop worrying your being over dramatic babe, I could be home schooled or so online. Beside we have each other you said yourself that you'd take care of me right?' he nodded as I pulled back. 'and maybe if I do end up pregnant it could be our only chance...its worth the risk'

He closed his eyes and took a deep breath. 'I just want whats best for you'

I nodded. 'I know you do Tanner. And this is whats best for me. Jordan say's he's even studying up on things.'

'AHHHHHH!' flinching I clasped my hands over my ears as I looked at Julia as she moved to sit next to me. 'I cant believe this' she grumbled out through clenched teeth as she watched Nikko talk to the woman.

'he's just asking for spells not a lap dance' her eyes hardened as she glared. Puffing she looked away.

'I cant help it' I smiled at her as I slid my hand into her's to comfort her. Squeezing my hand she sighed. 'sort of weird you know, to know you're a princess of the South Kingdom your like a Legend '  I simply chuckled.

'I remember the first time I heard of the lost Princess I thought I'd be cool if I was the Princess.' I shake my head. 'I never thought my brother would have been the reason I went missing and that my family died because of him'

'I cant believe that slut!' I looked to witch as she ran her finger down his toned arm. Julia shot up from the chair and cleared the distances in record time growling at the witch as she jerked Nikko from her touch. 'Mine' she stated rather firmly almost jumping on the female and I almost felt bad for her but even a witch could tell a mated person from what I was told. So she clearly had it coming as Nikko held her there by his side making sure she didn't lunge at her.

I sighed and stood up slowly walking towards them I rested my hand on her shoulder.

'Baby calm down' Nikko wrapped his arm around her waist quickly soothing her. 'we'll find another witch ok lets go home'

Running into Tanner's arms I nearly knocked him off his feet as I locked my legs around his waist and showered little kisses over his face and neck. Completely ignoring the woman who had been trying to talk to him. 'Baby! I thought you said you'd be gone all day' he gave me a kiss on the lips as his arms slid around my waist.

'I was suppose to be gone but the skanky witch was trying to put the moves on Nikko so we have to find a new witch. I picked us up some food and I got a treat for you' I wagged a eyebrow at him making him grin.

'room now' he grunted out as he quickly carried me down the hall an to our room. Kicking the door open he strolled  in and kicked it shut. 'so now that I got you to myself' he muttered as he sat on the edge of the bed. He kissed the tip of my nose. 'I missed you baby'

'I missed you to' I smiled into his eyes as I wiggled my butt against him. 'so I was thinking...'

'thinking what?'

'can you take the day off today? We could watch movies and stay in bed' I muttered softly. 'we don't like being away from you to long, it bugs us' he gave me a kiss.

'I feel the same way I know I shouldn't worry but I hate how Nikko's scent is all over you' he growled out through clenched teeth his hands griped my sides making me shiver. 'mine' I nodded as he stood up and put a knee on the bed working up he gently laid me down and slid his body on mine his lips trailing on my neck over the mark making me shiver and tug his hair.

'Tanner I'd hate to break the moment between you to but the King and Queen of the North are here with Prince Darcy' glancing at the door I gave a growl as Dustin backed out quickly closing the door behind himself.

Growling softly he rolled off of me with a pout. 'I guess we should go see them'

I nodded slowly. 'I guess' I grumbled as I slid out of the bed getting off the bed he took my hand and led me out of the room and down the hall.

'we will finish that I hope you know so if I have to come up with an excuse I will' he pointed out stiffly making me grin like a dork as I nodded. 'so don't get all whiny'

'Tanner I don't get whiny'

'SOSO!' looking up I waved at Darcy as  I let my hand slip out of his. Lunging at him I wrapped my arms around his neck making Tanner protest. 'Looking good' Tanner growled at his compliment as I let go and moved back to Tanner's side.  'Mom and Dad wanted to come see you' he rubbed the back of his neck. 'hope you don't mind'

'You could of chose different timing' Tanner whined.

'It's nice to see that you've grown into a fine young woman Annabel' I looked at the aged female in front of me her eyes filled with sadness. 'so much like your mother' a tear slipped down her cheek. I shifted nervously from foot to foot. 'so much like her'

'Mom you promised not to cry' Darcy groaned out with a whine.

'You can blame your mom, She was friends with Annabel's mom sense they were born.' His father pointed out.

'o look at me' she fussed and brushed her tears away as she took a large box from her husband.  'your mom and dad had a suite in our home and  I thought you'd like some of her things' handing me the box I slid my nail down the tape as I glanced in finding a black fur coat. 'that was your fathers' I continued to shift through the box finding a couple of necklaces a ring, and a picture of us all back when I was five. My heart quivered in my chest as I ran my thumb over their faced. It was all off us, Alexander holding me on his back and mom and dad standing behind us smiling.

'th-thank you'

'we've been looking for you for seven years Sophia' Darcy rolled his eyes as he looked down the hall. 'we're just happy your alive and found your mate it's a special thing to have a mate by your side' his mom smiled as she slid her hand into her husband's.

'your not mad that I cant be with Darcy?'

They shake their head. 'Darcy wants you to be happy and it would be a crime to tear you two apart you look so in love, well we just wanted to bring you that' she waved and they both left Darcy gave a deep groan and threw his hands up into the air. Well that was quick

'I told them not to come but they wouldn't listen' he whined softly.

'dad'  I touched the coarse fur feeling it between my fingers. Handing the big box to Tanner I held the coat in my fingers as I took a sniff his scent filled my lungs filling my mind with many memories. His scent woodsy and reminded me of pine trees and oak. Sliding the coat on I wrapped the front around me a twice.

'you dad must have been a big man' Tanner joked.

I grinned and nodded. 'he was 6'9, shoulders were wide he was a monster' I laughed. 'mom was so tiny it was kind of funny now that I think about it'

'well I thought you'd want this' he reached into his pocket and pulled out a necklace that had a Tinny bottle attacked to it. 'their what's left of Alexander's remains. As your older brother I thought you'd like that to have a piece of him with you' I licked my dry lips and nodded slowly.

Growling Tanner frowned. 'thanks'

Ruffling my hair he smiled. 'I can see you two already marked each other'

I nodded with a blush.

'so when can I expect a baby shower invite?' he teased lightly. 'will I be the god father?'

'Not any time soon I don't think' I answered softly with a blush.

Sniffing the air he leaned in slightly,  his nose scrunched up. 'your heat is coming soon' he grinned with a wink before he turned and walked down the hall. 'I'll leave you guys to it'.
