Next morning. The sun raise fell on our couple that were sound asleep on the bed, cuddling each other. Soon enough the room filled with the annoying sound of the alarm set on Ahana's phone. Neil groaned, hiding his face more into Ahana's neck while Ahana started to reach for her phone while her eyes still closed. She took her phone off the table next to her and switched the alarm off.
Ahana:(Rubbing her eyes slightly as she blinked them open)"Ne..Neil get up. We have a lot to do before heading to Lonavala."
Neil:"Hmmm 2 min"(His eyes still closed)
Ahana Sighs as she headed to the washroom to freshen up. After 30 mins when she returned, Neil was still sleeping. She smiled seeing Neil sleep like a baby and went to sat next to him, Not before setting her hair right in the mirror. Ahana was wearing a red suit. The ladies had decided to wear suits as they are most comfortable for travel purposes. Though They had a little convincing to do for Angali as she always wore a saree. At the end of the day, She also agreed.
Ahana:(Sitting on the bed next to him) "Neil..Jaan we have to go. Common get up"(She said as she ran her fingers through his soft hair While Neil snuggled into her stomach more)"Neil stop acting like a baby and get up. I have to go and wake up your 3 munchkins also after this."
Neil:(Smiled as he looked up at her with his droopy eyes)"Just with 3 munchkins you are tired what will happen when the 4th one comes"(He said with a smirk only to get a blushing Ahana to wack him on his back As Neil Laughed)
Ahana:(Blushing)"Even when half asleep you wont leave you shamelessness right. Now get up"(She got up and left to the kids room)
Before heading to the kids room, she stopped hearing Shruti's voice.
Shruti:(While walking towards Ahana in a green suit)"Sameer I am telling you in the next 20 mins if you and Ryan are not up and dressed I will take all your video games Away."(She yelled towards The kids room)
Ryan:(from his room)"We are up mommmm"
Shruti:(Smiled at Ahana)"Good morning Ahana"
Ahana:"Good morning Bhabhi"
Shruti:"God these kids. You know I spend the last 10 mins trying to wake up Sameer."
Ahana:"Bhabhi I haven't reached my kids room. I spend my last 10 mins trying to wake up the kids father, who might I add is more babyish then the kids"(They laughed)"Okay I'll go see the kids"
Shruti:"Okay. I'll check on breakfast "
Ahana headed towards the kids room. As she entered she saw all 3 of her kids sound asleep. Her eyes wondered from Aryan to Ansh to Naira. As her eyes went to the innocent face of Naira, flashbacks of yesterday's revelation came in. Her eyes watered as she slowly made her way towards Naira's bed. Ahana sat down beside Naira pulling her so that Naira's head layed in her Lap. She bend down and kissed her forehead as she held Naira close. Just then Neil entered the room dressed in a casual t-shirt and jeans, Which is what the men decided to wear.
Neil saw Ahana's emotional state and immediately understood her inner emotions. His eyes wondered off to Aryan and Ansh. A soft smile came upon his face as he headed towards them. By now Ahana looked up and noticed Neil's presence but she stayed in the same position. Neil went and kissed Aryan's forehead, who was on the top bunk before he sat down on the lower bunk next to Ansh. Neil ran his hands through Ansh's hair as he remembered the last night conversation.
Ansh:(Stirrings in his sleep as he snuggles more closer to the warmth)"P..papa"(He mumbled still half a sleep)
Neil:(Smile grew wider as he looked at his son)"Yes baby you papa is here with you. Forever "(He kissed Ansh's forehead)
Aryan:(Who woke up looked to see his Mom and Dad in the room)"Papa..mumma "(He asked out in a sleep voice.)
Ahana and Neil instantly looked up at Aryan and Smiled. Neil got up and picked Aryan in his arms as he brought him down. Aryan rested his head on Neil's chest while Neil sat down again next to Ansh.
Neil:(Whipering to Aryan)"Common champ don't sleep Again. Remember what today is? It's the first day of our vacation. Don't you want to go with Sid chachu to pick up the mini van"
Aryan:(Instantly looking fresh)"Yes yes."
Ahana:(Chuckled)"Then common Aryan go and freshen up then while we wake your brother and sister up"
Aryan:"Okay mumma"(He ran to the bathroom to freshen up)
Ahana:"Naira, princess get up. See it's morning already "
Naira:"no waky waky"
Ahana:"Yes waky waky. If you don't wake up and Sid chachu will leave you and go pick up the mini van."
Naira:(looking up at Ahana with droopy eyes)"Mini van?"
Ahana:"Did you forget what today is sweetheart "
Naira:(Eyes widen as she stood up on the bed fully awake)"Holiday holiday "(She jumped up and down even waking Ansh from the sleep while Ahana and Neil laughed)
Ansh:"Mumma"(Neil looked at Ansh and picked him up)"Papa"(Neil kissed Ansh's forehead as he made Ansh sit on his lap)
Just then Aryan came out of the bathroom after brushing and freshening up. He was still in his Sleep wear that means he hadn't taken a bath.
Ahana:"Okay Naira let's get you freshened up"(She picked up Naira and walked to the bathroom.)"Mumma is at the door, you finish you business"(With Naira and Ansh They hadn't started to lock the door while using the bathroom so, Neil and Ahana always stayed with them outside the door.)
Neil:"I'll take Aryan for a bath while you get Ansh and Naira brushed"
Ahana nodded. After an hour or so all 3 kids were ready. it was around 8 when everyone headed downstairs for breakfast. The plan was that after breakfast, sid, Rohan and the kids, as per the kids demand, Would go and get the mini van they had booked while everyone else would take a last look at all the preperation. They had planned the departure to be around 10.
Ahana:"Wow mom, Dad you book look so good"(Angali blushed while Rahul smiled)
Rahul:"Thank you beta"
Looking at Angali and Rahul, Ahana and Cleary tell where Neil got his handsomeness from. Infact even sid and Rohan bhaiya were no less handsome, All thanks to the good genes of their parents.
They had breakfast as normal before Sid and Rohan along with the kids left to get the vehicle for this trip. Ahana packet all the other things that were left for this morning like everyone toothbrush and other neccessary items. Around 9:45, Sid and Rohan returned with the van. Everyone started to stock the suitcase along with extra pillows and blankets in the van. It was a 14 seater white van. After making sure everything was in placed. Shruti locked the door of the house and they all set on to their family vacation.
Neil along with Rohan sat in the front seats while The others sat behind in the rest 12 seates. The back seats were taken by the kids while The others sat middle seats. It had been 30 mins, Everyone was busy within themselves talking. The kids were busy playing as the music played in the background. The trip was supposed to be about 2 hours long but they had decided to stop somewhere in middle for lunch causing to the trip to extend to about 3 hours.
Ansh:(45 mins into the trip)"Mumma I am bored "(He hugged loudly)
Ahana:(Who sat 1 seat ahead of the kids turned around in amusement)"Already? What about the games you brought "
Naira:"No mode to play"
Aryan:"When will we reach there?
Ahana:" but baby it has only been 45 min. We still have 30 more mins before we take a stop"(The kids look down sad.)"Alright How about I Play with you. Sameer would you came front"
Sameer:"Yes chachi"(Sameer switched places with Ahana and got busy in his phone while Ahana sat between Aryan and Naira as Ansh sat next to Naira by the window seat.)
Ahana started to distract the kids with random games. Soon about 30 mins or so, Neil stopped the mini van at a small restaurant. As he started to get up he saw Ansh rush up to him from his seat.
Ansh:"Papa papa "
Neil:"Hey champ? Hungry"(Ansh nodded)"Then let's go"
Ansh:"Papa mumma slept "
Neil looked up to see Ahana sleeping in a sitting position. Aryan and Naira talking to Sameer about something on his phone.
Ansh:"Mumma was telling us a story then slept "
Neil:"It's okay. I'll wake up mumma you go with Rohan Tauji okay"
Ansh:"Okay"
One by one everyone got of the van and headed inside of the restaurant. Neil walked back to the last aisle and sat next to Ahana admiring her for few minutes. After few mins, he slightly bumped his shoulder with her to nudge her up but all that caused was Ahana to move closer to him and snuggle in his warmth.
Neil:(Wrapping his arms around her)"Shona, Get up baby. Don't you want to eat. "
Ahana:"Hmm stay like this for few moments na. It's feel nice"(She mumbled into his chest making him smile)
Neil:"I can stay like this was ages but don't get angry when the family members tease you"
Ahana:(Slowly opening her eyes and looking around)"Wh..where is everyone?"
Neil:"In the restaurant"(He said pointing out of the window)
Ahana:"Then what are we waiting for let's go"(She started get up only to be pulled down by Neil who layed down on the longer seats and pulled Ahana on top of him)"NEILLLL" (She called his name as her eyes widen at his bold move that too in public)
Neil:"What sweetheart?"( He shrugged as if all his actions were natural )"You only said to stay like this for a moment. I am just full fillings you wish."(As he wrapped his arms around her waist pulling her more down so that he can snuggle into her neck)"This does feel nice"(He whispered in her ears in a husky voice)
Ahana:"Neil please na. Let's go for now. "
Neil:"But I want some me and you time. Since morning i didn't even get 1 kiss. That reminds me. My morning kiss is also pending"
Ahana:(blushing)"Neil not now. Later. When we are alone. I'll give you all you want but not now pleaseeeee"(Neil smirked)
Neil:"Are you sure?"
Ahana:(In a rush)"Yess yes promise"(Neil let go of Ahana and They both stood up. Neil smirked as he slightly flicked her nose with his fingers)
Neil:"Don't forget your promise shona."(He said winking before he got of the van leaving a confused yet flushed Ahana behind)
