Meanwhile At london airport...
Around 6:12 in the evening, A person is shown entering the airport with their luggage and passport. They do all the checking work required before they headed to their boarding area.
As they settle down on the benches and plug in their phone on the outlet. They look down at their boarding pass which stated the flight from London to New Delhi.
The boarding started as one by one everyone entered the flight. The person found their seat and settled down on it. They looked out of the window as they saw the airport and smiled.
Person:"Just 9 more hours then I'll be in My country. ( They pulled out their phone and looked at a picture)" 9 hours and 1 night train journey is the only difference between us. Just wait 2 more days, I'll be with you again soon"
Ahana's eyes opened widely as she sat up startled causing Neil to jerk up from his sleep as well.
Neil:( Worried and shocked)" Ahana? Shona what happened"
Ahana:( trying to even her breathing)" Wa...water.."
Neil Rushed and got her some water as he dialed the doctors number. It was around 6 in the morning.
Neil:" Hello doctor?... Yes... sorry to disturb you but Ahana ....her condition is scaring me."
Ahana:"I...I am fine Neil ...just it feel weird in my chest "( She said keeping her hand on her chest)
Doctor:"Neil put the phone on speaker please."
Neil:(does as said)"Yes doctor..."
Doctor:"Ahana I need you to take a deep breath inside and release it.."( Ahana does as asked while Neil sat next to her supporting her... Soon after few mins she starts to calm down)
Ahana:"I...I feel much better doctor "
doctor:"Good...Neil no need to worry. It is normal for women to have these feeling during pregnancy. Maybe due to some stress
or a bad dream Ahana's body triggered her anxiety. Which might have became instance due to her emotions being high because of pregnancy. It all normal but I would want you both 2 come for a check up tomorrow well I guess today just to be sure"
Neil:"alright doctor we will be there"
Doctor:"I'll set a appointment and send you the timing. Take care both of you"
Ahana/ Neil:"Thank you doctor"( Neil cut the call before turning to Ahana and taking her into a hug)
Neil:"God you scared me Shona"
Ahana:"Sorry Neil...I don't know what happened. I just had this feeling in my dream or something that I can't explain but it wasn't good and then it might have trigger the anxiety attack "
Neil:"It's okay Baby... Now tell me what is bothering you"
Ahana:"I don't know...I just.. there is a heavy feeling in my heart which I can't put my mind to "
Neil:"Okay okay... let's just try and forget it... Why don't you get some rest... There is till 2 hours before breakfast"
Ahana:"But Neil you have office"
Neil:"No I am planning to take a day off. I have to take you to the doctor and then maybe My baby, you and me can spend some time together "(He said with a smile to which Ahana nodded)
Neil helped Ahana lay down and go back to sleep before he freshened up. Later he headed up to the kids room as it was already 7:15. He got the kids up and ready for their school day before informing Sid, to drop them off and also about his day off.
Ahana got up around 9 in the morning and did her normal morning routine before heading to the hall around 9:45. She saw Neil seated in the living room with Angali and Shruti. Ahana guessed that the kids were already at school and so were the rest of the men. She sat down next to Angali and layed her head on Angali's shoulder who smiled and ran her hand over Ahana's hair.
Angali:" are you feeling better Beta? Neil told us what happened "
Ahana:"Haan maa much better. Though the uneasy feeling is still there but it isn't much. "( She said looking towards Neil who she could tell was looking at her worried to know how she felt now)
Angali:"It happens sometimes Ahana. Usually when a mother takes stress but everyone body also reacts differently. Don't worry or stress much Ahana."
Shruti:"Maa I'll bring Ahana breakfast and you can feed her"
Ahana:"No it's okay I'll..."
Angali:"Oh hush... Shruti go beta.. Today I'll feed my daughter "
Ahana nodded with a smile while Neil smiled seeing the bond between in mom and His wife. His phone pinged getting him out of his trance and looking at it.
Neil:"Okay Beautiful ladies I have to go attend a quick meeting, You all enjoy girls time. Shona I'll be in our room, the doctor has set today's appointment for 12:40 so be ready we will leave by 12"
Ahana nodded as Angeli fed another bite of food to her. Neil left the ladies in the living room who were Soon joined by Preeti who had gone out for something, as they talked about today's plan and other ladies stuff.
After sometime Ahana looked at the clock to see it was already 11:40. She excused her self and headed upstairs to get dressed. She entered her room to see Neil on the video call. She noticed that he was already dressed in a black Jean's and white half sleeved tshirt. His black leather jacket layed on the bed. As Ahana entered, He looked up for a brief second and smiled before going back to his stern face as he look black on the screen.
Neil:(to the client)" No Mr. Mehta We have compromised alot now and I don't want to wait another second on this. Either by tomorrow finish the task or pass the project to Mr. Singh."
Ahana stayed quite as she entered the bathroom and washed her face a little before changing into comfortable clothes for a doctors visit. After some time she came out to see Neil had already completed his meeting and currently was busy on the phone call with someone.
Neil:"I can't Rohit... You know how much time we have wasted on this project. It is taking longer then it should. No no...just fix things Rohit. Alright..."( He talked to his PA as he struggled to put on his jacket)
Ahana smiled a little before she moved towards him and held his jacket, helping him wear it. After helping both of his hands go through the sleeves, She came forward and adjusted the Jacket on his shoulder while Neil just looked down at his wife admiring her.
Neil:"huh?"( He was brought back by rohit calling his name on the call. Ahana looked up as Neil smiled cutely as he answered to his PA)" Sorry? Come Again Rohit, I didn't hear right"
Ahana started to back away after completing her task when she felt Neil's hand on her waist stopping her. He pulled her closer as She bumped into His chest. He Replied to Rohit through the call but his eyes never left Ahana's. She glared at him slightly, Indicating him to leave her but his smile just grew as he pulled her more closer.
Neil:"Yeah okay Rohit... keep me updated"(He finished the call before turning to Ahana. He smiled at her as he kissed her forehead)" Shona you know these small actions of yours makes my heart dwell with joy. I swear if we weren't getting late I would have kiss you right now"
Ahana:( tracing her arms from his shoulder to his neck)" I don't think being a little late would matter"( She said with a naughty glint in her eyes causing Neil's smile to widen)
Neil:"Oh I agree..."(He says as he pulls her closer into a kiss while she giggles a little before deepening it..)
After few mins of their Make out session, Ahana and Neil head out for the hospital. It was about 15 mins drive to the hospital which got extended due to traffic signals and road traffic.
When Ahana and Neil finally reached, they headed to the doctors clinic for check up. The whole check up took about 1 hour before they finally headed out of the hospital. Ahana's reports came out fine and the doctor was right about Ahana's condition that occurred in the morning. He prescribed few medicine to help prevent that and suggested to keep Ahana away from stress the most they could.
As Neil helped Ahana settled down in the car, she looked down at her small yet not noticeable bump. Neil saw her hand placed on her bump as she looked at it lost in her thoughts. Neil sighs as he realizes that Ahana still has the weird feeling from morning. He closes her door before settling inside the car as well.
They sat in silence as Neil drove the car while Ahana started out the window. After few mins, Neil entered into a parking lost area making Ahana frown. They were at DB Mall, But weren't they suppose to head home.
Ahana:"Neil?"
Neil:" What? "(Ahana looked out then looked back at Neil who sighs holding her hand in his)" Can't I bring my wife and my baby for some family time outside. Since our little munchkin is so bound to trouble her...( Looking into Ahana eyes) or his mother. I thought why not make them both distracted by doing their favorite thing. Some yummy food and some shopping. What say Mumma Bear are you excited"
Ahana:( Laughed a little at his last sentence)" Oh Neil... you ..your... your the best"(She said not being able to Express her emotions in words)
Neil:"Oh I know "(He said with a smirk)"Now common Mrs. Malhotra, I know you won't want to miss the yummy food"
Ahana chuckled as they exited the car and headed inside. First they went to the top floor where the canteen was. Multiple fast food chains were arranged next to each other. Today Ahana had a desire to eat Pau Bhaji ( Indian dish). So Neil had ordered 2 plates and the couple enjoyed the food while communicating on random topics. Later they went to different shops and shopped for themselves and the kids. They even brought some items for the unborn baby.
Neil had noticed how eager Ahana was to buy baby clothes when the pregnancy was first announced. He didn't understand the obsession women had with baby stuff. As if now, Ahana had already bought 10 sets of clothes for the baby, The only thing stopping her from purchasing more is the fact that the baby's gender was unknown.
After a 2 hour shopping spree, It was already 3:30 in the afternoon. Neil had called Preeti to pick the kids up as they were on the other side of the city. After completing the shopping, Ahana and Neil exited the Mall as they headed to the parking lot with Neil holding about 15 bags or so.
Ahana:" You sure Neil you can hold them. Give me one or 2. it won't hurt me"
Neil:"Not a chance Shona. I got them. All I need you to do is Smile for me and that's enough"
Ahana:( Laughs)" Your crazy you know that"
Neil:( cheekily)" For you... Yes!"
Ahana laughs More loudly, Hearing his cliche flirting reply causing Neil to grin as he admired her Smile. As Ahana was walking a little front of Neil, She turned around to look at him with a smile as she walked backwards.
Neil:" Ahana walk straight, you will hurt yourself"
Ahana:( Nodded as she was about to turn around when a person, who was talking of the phone came in the opposite direction and bumped into Ahana)" Sor...."(Ahana froze while Neil rushed to Ahana.)
Neil:"Ahana are you okay... Ahana?"( He looked to see her shocked face. He looked forwards and seeing the person in front of him, He froze as well as his hand left Ahana's)
Ahana:"Y...you"
Neil:"Ho ...how ..is ...this...possible"
