Jaybum’s POV:

You all probably think it was fate, destiny that brought Dadda and TaeTae together. Well… you’re not entirely wrong, but let me tell you something—you’re not entirely right either.

Because you see, it wasn’t just destiny.

It was me.

Yes, me, the one and only Jaybum! The mastermind, the secret matchmaker, the one pulling all the strings behind the scenes.

Let me take you back to the beginning. You thought TaeTae found me in that alley, didn’t you? Nope! It was me who spotted him. The moment I saw him, my instincts screamed that he was the one.

So, I did what I had to—I cried and pretended I was lost, knowing he would come to me. I mean, who could resist my big, teary eyes and adorable face? Certainly not TaeTae.

You might wonder how I knew. Well, let me tell you a secret.

My mom—my biological mom—was blessed by the moon goddess, and it seems she passed some of her blessings on to me.

Now, I too carry a blessing. Like the moon goddess herself, I have a purpose: to bring the fated ones together.

At first, I didn’t know TaeTae and Dadda were mates. I’m still young and don’t know much about mates yet. But I had dreams—visions, actually—of TaeTae. I saw him before I even met him. In those dreams, I just *knew* he was meant for Dadda. How could I not step in and make it happen?  Afterall ,dadda was my everything.

But let’s not forget how much Dadda hated vampires back then. He would’ve never gone near TaeTae willingly. That’s why I went to Uncle Chimmy first.

Uncle Chimmy has a way of convincing people, and it worked like a charm. Soon enough, TaeTae became my babysitter.

But oh, you don’t know how much work I had to put in to stop their endless bickering. My goodness, it was exhausting. Every day it was “Jeon, you’re an idiot!”

or “Kim, shut up!” Still, I was determined to make them see what they couldn’t.

Do you remember the day at the park? When I made those flower rings and told Dadda to put one on TaeTae’s finger? That was all part of the plan! TaeTae turned into a blushing mess, and I couldn’t stop laughing.

And yes, I admit I’ve said a few unexpected things here and there, like when I talked about wanting my dadda to marry TaeTae  in front of everyone.

Sorry not sorry but Dadda choking on his drink was totally worth it, though.

And let’s not forget today at the photobooth. Leaving them alone there? Genius, right? I could practically hear TaeTae’s heartbeat from where I stood.

Now, don’t get me wrong. I was nervous too. Even though TaeTae was meant for Dadda, there was always a chance he wouldn’t be a good person. But TaeTae proved me wrong. He’s amazing, kind, and loves me so much. I couldn’t have asked for a better parent.

Maybe my biological parents aren't here anymore but i guess moon goodness really blessed me with dadda and TaeTae......

Speaking of which...… what do I call TaeTae now? Dad? Papa? No, *Appa*! Yes, Appa sounds perfect.

But hey, my job isn’t done yet! They’re together now, sure, but they’re not married. How can I rest until I see them exchange vows? And don’t even get me started on siblings.

I’ve decided I want one—preferably a vampire sibling. How cool would that be?

Oh, and yes, I know how babies are made. You hold hands, kiss your partner, and pray to the moon goddess. She blesses you with a baby. Easy, right? See, I’m a genius!

Dadda and TaeTae still have a long journey ahead, but I’ll be there every step of the way. What about you?

**End of Jaybum’s POV.**

As Jaybum stood by the doorway, grinning to himself and watching his handiwork unfold, a familiar voice called out from the other side of the house.

“Jaybum, where are you, bun?” Jin’s gentle voice echoed down the hall.

Jaybum turned, stealing one last glance at the balcony where his Dadda and Appa stood under the moonlight. He smiled, satisfied that his plan was finally taking shape.

He padded softly away from the doorway and tugged on Jin’s clothes from behind.

“Uh, here you are!” Jin said with a relieved sigh, crouching down to his level. “Don’t run off like that, bun. You scared me!”

“Sorry, Uncle Jin,” Jaybum said, feigning innocence.

Jin ruffled his hair and scooped him up. “Come on, it’s time for more dessert. Let’s

leave the adults to their boring talks, huh?”

As Jin carried him away, Jaybum glanced back over Jin’s shoulder, grinning to himself.

Mission accomplished. For now.

But hey ,you have to keep our Jaybum's secret hidden okay?

The atmosphere in the mansion was calmer when Jungkook and Taehyung finally came back downstairs.

But while most of the guests were oblivious to the shift in their energy, Yoongi and Namjoon noticed immediately. Taehyung’s face was slightly flushed, and the faint streaks of dried tears on his cheeks didn’t go unnoticed.

Yoongi was the first to approach, his brows furrowed in concern.

“Tae, what happened?” he asked, his voice low but firm as he gently grabbed Taehyung’s arm. Namjoon stood just behind him, his own worry evident as he glanced

between Taehyung and Jungkook.

“Yeah, you okay? You look like you’ve been crying,” Namjoon added, softer this time.

Taehyung looked at both of them, his lips curving into the smallest smile. He bit the inside of his cheek, as if trying to hold back the emotions that were still swirling inside him. Finally, he spoke. “Hyung…” he started softly. “I found him.”

Yoongi blinked, his grip on Taehyung’s arm loosening slightly. “What?”

Taehyung’s smile widened a bit more, and he glanced briefly at Jungkook, who stood a little behind him with Jaybum  now nestled in his arms. “I found my mate,” Taehyung said, voice trembling just slightly with the weight of the words.

For a moment, the room felt still. Yoongi’s eyes widened, and Namjoon, always composed, looked genuinely surprised. But then their expressions melted into something else entirely—pure happiness.

“No way,” Yoongi said, though his voice was filled with warmth, a faint smirk playing on his lips. “About damn time, Bear.”

Namjoon chuckled, shaking his head. “I knew it. I *knew* there was something there.” He looked at Jungkook, who avoided their teasing gazes by pretending to focus on Jaybum. “Jeon Jungkook, you better take care of our bear,” Namjoon said, his tone only half-joking.

Jungkook finally looked up, a small, shy smile tugging at his lips. “I will. You have my word, hyung.”

“Good.” Yoongi smirked, folding his arms. “Otherwise, you’ll have to deal with me.”

Taehyung rolled his eyes at their dramatics, but he couldn’t stop smiling. For the first time in a long while, everything felt… right.
