the next night, felix was in the back room of the cafe sorting the dessert stocks when he heard the bell ring again.
"i'll be out in a second!" he called. not long after, he made his way back to the counter and saw the customer was the same tall male he'd seen the night before.
"hi again! same as yesterday?" felix guessed.
the male nodded silently with his gaze still on the floor as felix turned around to make it.
"that's 3,500 won again." felix smiled gently and placed the drink on the counter.
the male placed the money on the counter as he did the night before, but this time was a little different- a quiet little 'thank you' was heard before he bowed and left.
felix picked up the money and smiled to himself slightly as he put it in the till.
"at least he spoke to me today." he mumbled gently, packing up to end his shift.
