I pulled out of the kiss and looked at his eyes. I bite my lip while thinking of how lucky i am to meet this man.
"Well?" I teased. I hope this proves my forgiveness to him.
Heph looked at me then shook his head.
My smile immediately ran off at that act. "What?"
"Nothing, let's go." He pulled me out the store and carried me up the horse which is tied down near the fences.
"Where are we going?" I asked as i wrap my arms around his waist after he climbs up himself.
"You'll see." He took my hand and kissed it before focusing on the road.
Are we heading to the palace? I asked myself.
Yeah i guess so.. I'm sensing something bad though..
Is it the enemy? I asked as i tighten my grip on Heph's waist.
"Sweetheart are you okay?" Heph slowed down the horse and rubbed my hands.
I rested my chin in his shoulders then kissed his cheeks.
"Nope, I'm just excited. What do you have in store for me?" I asked grinning like a child.
Heph let out a relieved sigh then chuckled at my remark. "You'll see."
I raised my brows at him even though i know he can't see it.
Anyways, back to you Drac. Is there something i could do to stop it? I asked starting to get worried again.
I didn't mean the situation bad for you..
Huh? What does that even mean?
Nothing. Draco whispered then cut off our connection.
Huh.. i know you can still hear me Drac, you can't block me off entirely.
Yeah yeah, please mademoiselle I'm reading leave me alone. He begged then cut off the mind link again. I rolled my eyes and looked at upfront.
After a few minutes we arrived at the back of the palace the horse barn is located.
"We're here." Heph announced and carried me down the horse. He gave the horse to a soldier then pulled me towards the palace, he looks like he's growing impatient every passing minute.
I smiled and allowed him to pull me to our destination- the destination which turned out to be his room.
As soon as we entered the room his sweet smell embraced me. I bit my lip and looked at Heph, he smirked at me then pushed me down his bed before closing the doors and curtains.
"Hmm," i hummed while smiling like an idiot.
I like where this is going..
I hate where this is going..
Draco interrupted like he did back in the lake. But unlike before i decided to push him away and welcomed Heph in the bed.
"Someone is looking happy." Heph said looking at me. He took off his sandals and mine before hovering over me.
I can't help but to feel butterflies in my belly while my middle starts to drip wet.
"Cause i am happy," I replied then wrapped my arms around his neck. Damn this man is gorgeous.. I'm drooling.
Heph chuckled before claiming my lips. My body rejoiced as i close my eyes to savor his kisses. I kissed him back with the same force, pulling him down, encouraging him to deepen the kiss.
His kisses were wet and dominating leaving me wanting more.. i need more..
"Umm.." i moaned parting my lips open. Heph took my invitation and immediately explored my mouth, his hands making his way to my love buds.
"Ahh!" I gasped in shock as he pinches my nipples. Heph chuckled at my responsive behavior sending vibrations in my body to my core.
Heaven..
I shook my head as my hands finds its way to the hem of Heph's shirt. I pulled it off him then met his kisses back, his kisses much more aggressive that before.
I wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled him closer.
I'm ready..
As the kiss was about to get deeper, Heph pulled out and looked at me, his eyes looking at me lustfully. I whimpered and met him eye to eye.
"Are you ready to do it with me?" He asked in a husky voice. I bit my lip and wrapped my legs around waist.
"How's that as a yes?" I said in a secy voice then smiled at him.
He smiled and before dipping down, his lips traveling from my mouth to my neck.
"Let's remove this shall we?" He sat back up while smirking at me. He pulled my cloth belt out then ripped my dress off me.
"Hey! I loved that dress," I frowned at him as i attempt to take back the belt from his hand.
He expertly catched my hands as he took this opportunity to tie my wrists the tie it up again to the head board.
I gulped as i watch him take off my clothes then stripped slowly in front of me. His little Heph saluting proudly at me.
Heph parted my legs, dipped down and licked my juices. I arched my back, shuddering in response.
I love this.
"I hate this!" Roxana's voice travelled fast in the hallways.
"Huh? Is that Roxana?"
"That's Roxana Right?"
Me and Heph said at the same time.
"Don't mind her it's just her daily tantrum." Heph discarded the noise and started lapping me down there.
"Ohh-ahh!" I shouted and grabbed at the headboard.
"I hate you! I hate you! I hate you! How dare you!" Roxana's voice echoed in the room, her voice is cracking.. she's crying.. but why?
"Don't mind her sweetheart." Heph whispered the bit my clit.
"Hephaestion!" I shouted as i arched my back. "Soo good." I whimpered as my legs start shaking.
Heph chuckled then inserted his middle finger inside me.
I gasped at his sudden intrusion as i moaned and moaned at the pleasure he is giving.
"Heph, ahh." I bit my lip as he inserts another finger inside me.
"Am i not enough Alex!? Why!? Look at those two they are no where near as beauy as me! Or had you been bedding them and that you can compare their expertness to mine!? Urgh!" I heard Roxana's voice again and her stomping feet.
I started to loose my fire and pulled out of Hephs mouth. As much as i want to be dominated i decided to put Roxana over my libido and find out what is going on. We can't continue doing this when a woman -sounding exactly like me- ruins the moment for us both.
"Heph untie me now, i need to know what's happening." I spoke to Heph softly.
"No." Heph pulled his fingers out and licked them.
"Please?" I bit my lip and used my puppy eyes on him.
"Margaux please, I'm too horny for us to stop." He pleaded.
"But Roxana's hurt. I have to see her, we can't continue to do this when the mistress of this house is angry." I reasoned with him.
Heph looked at me with a hint of disapproval, i continued using me puppy eyes on him until he eventually gave in, nodded and untied my hands.
I sat back up and kissed him.
"Let's continue this later okay?" I whispered then stood up.
I rushed to his cabinet and took one of his shirts before running out towards the door.
I stopped and turned around. "I love you." I smiled at him.
"I love you too." He responded and went straight to the walk in bathroom. I heard him cuss at Alexander's name as i walk in the corridors. Don't worry babe I'll come back but then.. Alex? What does Alex have to do with this?
"Roxana!? Princess!? Princess Roxan- oh!" I literally dropped down my butt as soon as i saw Roxana walk out of the other way.
She looked pale. Her eyes are bloodshot red while her white dress shows evidence of tears.
"Roxana!" I pushed myself back up then run towards her. I hugged her tightly as she stands there still.
"Roxana?" I raised my head and looked at her. Her silent response triggered me that I sensed immediately danger, making me take three steps back.
Did Roxana found out Alex's feelings for me? I gulped and looked at her.
After a long silence she opened her mouth.
"They're here Margaux.. they're here." Roxana kneeled down then started cry.
"Here? Who's here?" I asked and knelt down with her. I am slightly feeling guilty for feeling relief that it isn't me she's angry about.
"Those wretched princesses! They're here! And Alexander is planning to marry them.. but why? Am i not enough?" Roxana bursted into tears then leaned on me.
"Oh.." i managed to say.
I've read this in history.. the Susa Weddings.. poor Roxana..
I whispered soothing words at her ears while trying ti remember the things I've read from Alexander the Great's history book.
Wait a minute.. Alex won't be the only one marrying.. my Heph too.
I gulped at that realization as a heavy lump got stuck on my throat.
No.. no.. this is not possible!! No!!
I immediately felt cold and stiff as i cried silently, all while rubbing Roxana's hair.
I took a deep breath again and tried to remember what the names of Alex's 2cnd and 3rd wife names are.
What are their names? Parasite and Statara? I clenched my fists and looked at the corridor where i hear up coming footsteps.
I recognize those footsteps anytime.
I took another deep breath when Alex appeared before us. I parted my mouth attempting to cuss and pull the idea -marrying the princesses- out of Alex's mind when Roxana stood up. I stood up with her and patted her back.
"Leave us alone.. please." Roxana mumbled and hugged me once again.
I bit my lip and looked at Alex who has a blank expression then walked out of the scene.
How dare he?

I leaned on Heph's chest while he carries me to my room.
He knocked the our door a couple of times before Draco finally opened it. He barged his way inside and layed me down the bed.
"Take care of her. She's tired, i tried to convince her to stay in the palace but she's persistent and wanted to come back here." Heph whispered, little does he know that i am still awake, it's just that my eyes are closed.
"I will sir." Drac replied back then i heard their footsteps descending and the door closing.
After i heard the click from the door, i immediately pushed myself up and looked at Draco.
"How is the calling in my heart? Did it change direction?"
"A little bit.. why are you asking?" He looked at me confused.
I did not think about anything and remained silent.
"You're scared seeing your Sweetheart getting married.. right?" Drac walked towards me and sat down right next to me.
I started to cry and looked at him.
"I want to get angry at Alex since i know he'll be the one pushing Heph into marriage while i also want to blame Heph for what is upcoming.. but Draco.. it is written.. their fate is written.. I can't change that, can i? Cause even if i try the results remain the same. What do i do!?" I shouted and started to punch him.
He let me be, he accepted all my punches until eventually i stopped and pulled him into a hug.
"Draco.. the pain.. the pain.. it's too unbearable.. please.. please make it stop?" I begged him while still crying.
Draco took a deep breath and rubbed my back.
"Shh, it's okay.. it will soon be okay i promise, and i know it will. Don't you trust me?" Draco pulled out of the hug and looked at me.
Using his thumbs, he wiped my tears away before kissing me in the forehead.
"Let's sleep mademoiselle. Tommorow you'll have a long day." He whispered and layed me down the bed.
I wrapped my arms around his waist and closed my eyes. Doing my best to sleep.
From time to time i wake up in a nightmare but Draco never failed to be there for me, easing my heavy feeling.
Something that i am thankful to have..

I woke up feeling down. I had a runny nose but nothing much for a tablespoon full of cough syrup.
"Water mademoiselle?" Drac gave me a glass of water which i accepted.
I drank it all not leaving a single drop then went towards the door.
"Mademoiselle, please, your appearance.. not that i know it doesn't matter to you right now but you really have to. You look like one of the walking dead." He tried to joke but failed.
I just sighed and the nodded before sitting down the chair.
I put on a light lipstick and make up, enough to cover my bulging eyes then brushed my hair afterwards.
I didn't bother doing some twirls around it and just tied it up into a ponytail then to a bun. After that i took and used the biege colored tunic before using my viel.
I sighed and looked at the table where Hephs necklace decorated with his insignia is placed.
I contemplated on whether to take Heph's necklace or not.
"Maybe i shouldn't.." i spoke to my self but in the end i took it with me after some serious talking with Draco.
"Do i really have to? The last thing i need is something to remind me about what comes next..." I whimpered.
Draco stood his ground and nodded his head.
"It's a protection mademoiselle. Think about your safety.. please." He pleaded and put the necklace in my pocket.
I groaned as i allow him to add final touches to me then pulled me down where we reached the carriage sent by Roxana.
"Here we go again." I groaned as Draco helped me up before joining me inside.
"Roxana needs someone to lean on. Remember that." Draco whispered as the carriage starts to move.
I took a deep breath and looked outside.
The feeling of no one being with you during these kinds of times hurts. "I'll do my best.."
"That's the spirit." Draco cheered then pulled me into a hug.
I let out a deep breath once again and waited until we reached the palace.
"We're here." Draco announced then opened the door for me.
I walked out the carriage and went straight to Roxana's room. I can hear her sobbing as i walk near to her room.
Okay wish me luck Draco.
I stood in front of her door and raised my hands to knock. Before i could attempt to knock i heard a soft angelic voice comforting her.
Huh who's in there with her? Maid perhaps..
I proceeded to knock at the door taking their attention. I waited the door to open slowly before i could enter.
I was about to pass the person who opened the door when i noticed a fragrant smell from the person i just passed.
That's definitely not a normal perfume for someone who is just a maid.
I turned around to look at the person who opened the door. She is beautiful but not any better than me and Roxana.
"Uh who are you?" I raised brows at her.
"She's my cousin." Roxana stood up then welcomed me with a tight hug.
I hugged her back and let her sit in the bed. I looked at her and caressed her cheeks.
"How are you coping up?" I asked as i pull a clean handkerchief from the side and wipe her tears with it.
"Fine.. still fine." Roxana, despite her pained expression, managed to smile at me.
I smiled back at her and assisted her back to the middle of the bed. I joined her there and allowed her to weep in my shoulders while i caress her hair.
I looked at Roxana's cousin as she sit's in the opposite side of the bed offering a plate full of fruits.
I smiled at her and took a slice of apple.
"So what is your name?" I asked and took a large bite.
"Parysatis, what about you?" She said softly. My eyes widened in shock that i choked from the apple i just bit.
"Margaux? Oh my gosh." Roxana wrapped her arms around my waist and pulled my tummy to force the food out of my throat.
I coughed out the food and immediately rubbed my throat.
"Thanks.." i managed to mumble before looking at the woman.
Huh, well what do you know. The 2cnd wife of Alexander the Great stands before me, what would Roxana's reaction be when she'll know that this woman.. will be one of Alexander's future wife?
