Back at the Orpheum, Julie paces in the dressing room, worried about the four ghosts in her band. She abruptly stops when there is a knock on the door, "Hey, Julie, it's time." Julie and Flynn, who is sitting on the couch, look over at the door.
Julie calls out, "Just a second." She walks over to Flynn and says on the verge of tears, "Something's wrong. Angie and the boys were getting those jolts pretty bad as I was leaving. And they wouldn't stand me up again. Angie wouldn't let them even if they tried, which they wouldn't. They must have run out of time."
Flynn shakes her head, apologizing, "I'm so sorry, Jules."
Julie looks away, subtly shaking her head before looking back at Flynn, "They didn't cross over." She looks down at the ground before continuing, "They're gone. And I didn't even get to say goodbye."
Flynn gives Julie a sad smile before she gets up from the couch. She makes her way to Julie, who is standing behind the couch. Julie looks at her best friend and sniffles as Flynn wraps her hands around her.
The runner, Rob, knocks again as he calls, "Hey, Julie, you're on." Julie runs out of Flynn's embrace and heads for the door.
Flynn calls out after Julie, "Wait." Julie opens the door and the runner looks at her as the girl rushes past him before running up the stairs, sobbing. Flynn runs out of the room and stands at the bottom of the stairs, calling after the distraught girl, "What are you doing, Jules?"
Rob looks over at Flynn, asking her, "Uh, Where is she going?"
Flynn throws up her hands and replies, causing the runner to look over at her, "Where do any of us really go?" She glances at the man as her smile falls before she rushes up the stairs after her best friend.
The runner watches Flynn as she rushes off, before putting a hand to his headset, "We've got a problem." He runs up the stairs after the two girls.

Julie bursts out of the side doors of the Orpheum before stopping in the middle of the alleyway. She sighs heavily as she looks up at the night sky. She turns to look down the alley before her head falls, looking toward the ground as she sobs. She throws up her hands before looking straight ahead, "I don't know if you can hear me, mom, but..." She chokes on a sob as she shakes her head. She throws up her hands, continuing, "I can't handle it. And you know, Flynn says you're supposed to be behind everything, but I don't know." She pauses to take a breath, "If I was supposed to help Angie and the guys, I didn't. They're gone."
She closes her eyes and shakes her head, sobbing, "And I'm so sorry." She looks down at the ground before looking back up, "They were my friends. My band." She lets out another sob as she shakes her head, looking down before throwing out her arms, "My family." Julie lets out a sniffle, "Why can't you just come pick me up... and..." she wraps her arms around herself, "And hold me in your arms," she throws out her arms, "And just tell me that everything's gonna be okay and that I'm gonna get through it?" She puts her hand over her stomach as she lets out a sob.
"And that..." she breathes shakily before throwing out her arms, "That even though they're not here with me, they're still up there with you." She closes her eyes and shakes her head, "I just wish you were here." She opens her eyes and looks down at the ground as a woman with a grocery bag walks by. The woman stops and turns to look at the sobbing girl before walking back over to her. Julie looks over at the woman, who takes a dahlia from her grocery bag and hands it to the distraught girl. Julie takes the flower and smiles at the woman, who rubs the girl's shoulder.
Julie lets out a sob as she looks down at her mother's favorite flower as the woman walks away. Julie looks back at the retreating woman before turning back to the flower. Julie lets out another sob, shaking her head. She sniffles as she looks back up before hugging the flower to her chest, letting out a sigh.

After Angelina is able to rush away from the stage, she ends up in a dressing room that Caleb set up for her, thinking that the four ghosts would actually take up his offer. The blonde girl rushes over to the vanity. She rests her hands on the table as she stares at her reflection in the mirror, her pink guitar rests on her back. Reggie, Luke, and Alex enter the room after her, worried about her. Alex tentatively calls out, "Lina, are you okay?" The blonde doesn't answer as a tear runs down her face.
She's angry at Caleb for manipulating them so they would join his house band. She's also angry at the man for using his weird ghost powers and killer stamp to take over her body, forcing her to play in his house band. Most importantly, she is mad at herself for getting in this situation to begin with. Reggie speaks up, "Ang, you're scaring me. Is everything okay?"
The blonde girl's gaze moves from her reflection to a vase of flowers that sits on the right side of her vanity. Caleb had flowers put in her room to congratulate her on an amazing performance and for joining the Hollywood Ghost Club for all eternity. He had everything prepared, assuming that the four ghosts would have actually taken his offer. The flowers that reside in the vase are dahlias. A smile grows on Angelina's face as she lightly runs her hand over one of the flowers. This is a sign from Rose, saying not to give up. To find the courage and strength to leave and refuse Caleb's offer. To sing with Julie, like she was always meant to.
Luke speaks up, really worried for the girl, "Angel?" With that, a leather jacket poofs on the girl's shoulders and pink and black vans replace the black heels that were on her feet.
She turns around to face the three boys, "I've never been better." She smirks at the three boys, who furrow their brows in confusion and look at the girl with concern written across their faces.
"What are you talking about, Lina?" Alex cautiously asks his twin.
She looks between each boy before saying, "I've just realized that even when we are knocked down to the ground and there is no way to get out, I'm gonna stand tall." Luke smirks at the girl, who continues, "Even when we hit rock bottom and all hope seems lost, I'm still gonna stand tall." Alex smiles as the girl finishes, "And even now, when it seems like the only option that we are forced to make is staying here for the rest of eternity, I'm gonna stand tall and tell Caleb to go shove it. I already have a band and we've got a gig tonight." A grin dawns on Reggie's face as they look between each other, smiling and knowing what they must do.

Rob panics as he puts his left hand over his heart and puts his other hand over his headset. Flynn looks over at the runner with a concerned look on her face as he speaks into the headset, waving his left hand around, "Let Panic! know they are going on now." He removes his right hand from the headset as Flynn looks around the stage with a worried look on her face.
Julie opens the door to the backstage area as Rob looks back at her. Julie walks forward, stopping between Rob and Julie. She holds up the flower as both the runner and her best friend look at her, "Signs." Julie looks at Flynn before she walks in the direction of the stage.
Flynn calls after her, "Wait. Where are you going?" Flynn holds out her hand, pointing to Julie, "She's going on stage."
Rob puts his hand over his headset, saying, "Hold on." Flynn drops her hand as she gives a proud smile to her best friend. "Julie just walked onto the stage."
"That's my girl!" Flynn exclaims through her teeth.
Julie walks up onto the stage and heads for the keyboard as a voice announces, "Welcome to Live at the Orpheum. Now give it up for Julie and the Phantoms." The crowd cheers and some people let out whistles as Julie stops at the keyboard. Julie sets the dahlia onto the keyboard as the crowd continues to cheer.
Julie takes the microphone off of the stand before she speaks into it, "Hi. I'm Julie. Um... Tonight, I'd like to dedicate this song to my mom, who's been there with me every time I've played. And thank her for..." She looks up at the ceiling as she shakes her head, "Not giving up on me." She pauses as she looks back out at the audience before adding, "I'd also like to dedicate tonight's performance to... four special friends... who have changed my life completely, who have brought music back to me. It was their dream to play here, and... this is for them. This song is for anyone who's lost their way. Step into your greatness. Don't give up. Stand tall. Thank you."
The crowd cheers as Julie puts the mic back onto the stand. She places her hands on the keys and looks up to the ceiling, taking a deep breath. She looks back down at the keyboard and adjusts the mic before placing her hand back onto the keys. She starts to play the song that Luke helped her and Angelina finish writing. The song that the two girls had started writing with Rose but never got to finish due to her passing. Julie starts to sing as orange flecks start raining down on the screen behind her.

The crowd starts to cheer at the sight of the girl as Julie looks over at the blonde, a look of shock on the lifer's face. Julie gets over her surprise and smiles at Angelina with tears in her eyes.

Alex appears on the stage before he starts to play his drums. Angelina places her mic on the stand before she swings her guitar to her front and starts to play with her twin. The crowd starts to cheer and whistle for the twins. Alex looks over at Julie, biting his lip as he tries to hide his ever growing smile while Julie smiles at the boy. The audience screams in excitement as Reggie appears, playing his bass and standing between Julie's keyboard and Angelina.

Julie looks back down at the keys as Angelina steps up onto the drummer's platform to jam with Alex. Reggie turns back to Julie with a smile on his face.

Angelina moves her guitar to the side as she hops off of the drummer's platform. Angelina starts to sing into the mic as Luke, playing his guitar starts to flicker in and out. The blonde picks up her mic stand and slowly walks over to where Luke is glitching. The brown haired boy vanishes and Angelina's heart drops. The audience gasps. To them, it looks like there are some technical difficulties.

Reggie and Alex look to each other with concern for their best friend before they look back to the spot the boy was standing in.

Luke flickers in for just a moment before he disappears once more. He appears again, looking at Angelina before disappearing just as fast as he came.

Angelina reaches the spot where Luke is supposed to be as she sets the mic stand on the ground. The boy poofs in, singing as he stops playing his guitar for a moment. Luke looks over at Angelina, the two smiling at each other as the crowd cheers.

Julie stops playing on the keyboard as she takes the microphone off her stand before rushing to the center of the stage. Angelina spins her guitar to her front and starts to play as her and Luke stare at each other. Reggie hops up onto the drummer's platform as Julie starts jumping up and down in the center of the stage, looking at Angelina and Luke.

Angelina and Luke look over at each other as Julie stands next to the blonde girl and Reggie stands on the other side of the lifer. Luke scrunches up his nose and Angelina can't help but think how adorable he looks. Reggie sings out to the crowd as Julie looks over at Luke and Angelina, smiling knowingly at them.

The crowd cheers as Luke and Angelina move away from each other, not breaking their loving gaze. Luke moves his guitar to his side while Reggie moves his bass to his side. Alex grabs Luke's hand and looks out at the crowd. Angelina and Julie smile at each other while Luke and Reggie share a smile. The band looks out at the audience and soaks in the applause as they smile at the people cheering for them.
They lift their hands into the air, Luke raising up his guitar in his right hand, before they simultaneously bow. The four ghosts disappear, causing the crowd to gasp. Julie stands up and looks around for her bandmates before waving over to her family. Julie turns and waves to the people in the audience. She blows kisses and waves at the audience as she backs up to the center of the stage.

The four ghosts land back in the studio, in a pile on the floor. Turns out playing at the Orpheum wasn't Reggie, Luke, and Alex's unfinished business either. Which means that they either have to join Caleb's club or they are going to cease to exist since they don't have much time left. Alex is sprawled out on the floor by the amp and Luke's blue electric guitar. Luke's head is resting on Alex's chest as Reggie lays next to the brown haired boy. Angelina has her head resting on Reggie's stomach as she stares up at the ceiling. The four ghosts are hit with a jolt and they groan out in pain. Angelina flinches as she grasps onto her wrists, feeling the scorching sensation from the stamp.
Angelina sighs before she tells the boys, "I have a confession to make." She pauses for a minute as the boys let out groans, acknowledging her and urging her to go on, "I knew that playing at the Orpheum wasn't my unfinished business."
Luke lifts his head and looks at the blonde girl as he exclaims, "What?"
"Why didn't you say something?" Reggie asks the blonde.
Angelina slightly nods her head, "I thought it was your unfinished business and I wanted you guys to cross over more than I wanted myself to. I wanted to focus on getting you guys to play the Orpheum instead of trying to find out what my unfinished business is."
"Why didn't you tell me? We could have helped you find out your unfinished business so you could cross over," Luke says to the blonde.
Angelina scoffs, "Would you have listened to me if I told you that playing at the Orpheum wasn't my unfinished business?" Luke stays silent and doesn't answer Angelina. It is quiet for a couple minutes before the blonde speaks up again, "I'm glad you guys are here with me."
Alex furrows his brows and asks his twin, "What do you mean?"
Angelina shakes her head and keeps her eyes on the ceiling, "I was so prepared to vanish forever by myself after you guys crossed over. But now that you guys aren't able to cross over, I won't be dying all over again alone. I'm glad that you guys will be there with me til the very end."
A tear runs down each of their eyes, sad they have to say goodbye to one another. Angelina lifts up her hand above her head and grabs a hold of Luke's hand. Both holding on tightly as if their lives depended on it. They aren't ready to let go of the other. Not when they just got each other back. Luke whispers to the blonde girl, "We will always be by your side, Angel."
Angelina smiles in appreciation of the brown haired boy as another tear falls down her face. The blonde starts to lightly sing her favorite song, trying to cheer the boys up.

They stop singing and let out a laugh before they are hit with another jolt. They gasp out in pain as Angelina squeezes Luke's hand to make sure that he is still there. The blonde lets out a sigh of relief when she feels Luke squeezing her hand back, letting her know that he is still with her. Reggie rubs his wrist as he winces through the pain and Alex touches his chest, trying to ease his pain and catch his breath.
They all lay on the floor in silence, waiting for their time to come. Luke rubs his thumb on the back of Angelina's hand as he thinks back on all the times he has spent with her. Memories run through Angelina's head. Memories about Julie, Rose, the boys, times she spent when she was dead and alive. She wants to remember all the best times in her life when her light is inevitably snuffed out.
A few moments later, moments that feel like hours, Julie opens the doors to the studio. She stands in the doorway for a few minutes as she looks around the dark room. Julie lets out a sigh, "I..." she pauses as she glances down at the ground before looking back up, continuing as she nods her head, "I know I already said this but, uh... thank you, guys."
Reggie groans out, "You're welcome."
Alex groans at the raven haired boy as Luke says, "Dude!"
At the same time Angelina lets out, "Reg!" Julie furrows her brows before she rushes over to the light switch and turns the studio lights on. She walks back to the doorway as Alex lets out a groan and Angelina tilts her head to look at the lifer. Luke coughs as he turns his head to look at Julie as Reggie lets out a groan. When Julie sees the four ghosts, she walks deeper into the studio.
Julie shakes her head as she looks between them, asking, "Why... Why are you here? I-I thought..." Julie is cut off as another jolt runs through the ghosts, causing them to scream out in pain. They groan and cough through the searing pain that has only gotten worse. Julie looks between them, worry written on her face as she says, "No... no! I-I thought you crossed over. Why didn't you cross over?" Angelina lets go of Luke's hand as the four ghosts slowly sit up. Reggie drapes his arms on the armchair before he leans on it. Angelina slowly moves over to sit next to Luke, resting her head on his shoulder.
Alex groans out, "I guess playing the Orpheum wasn't our unfinished business."
Reggie sadly mutters, "Point Caleb."
With tears in his eyes, Luke admits, "We wanted you to think that we crossed over, so we pretended to. We just..." Luke looks down at his hand and shakes his head.
Angelina grabs the boy's hand and squeezes it before telling Julie, "We had nowhere else to go." Luke lets out a sob and Angelina rubs her thumb along the back of the Patterson boy's hand.
Julie looks sadly at the two ghosts before turning her head to Reggie, who throws up his hand as Alex uses the amp to help himself stand up, "We thought you'd go straight to bed."
Alex leans on the amp as he retorts, "Yeah, well, Lina and I knew she was gonna come out here, but nobody ever listens to us." He barely has a chance to finish his sentence before they are hit with another jolt, causing Julie to flinch. Alex doubles over as Reggie grips tightly onto the armchair. Luke's hand is put on the ground as he falls to the right, bringing his hand intertwined with Angelina's to his stomach. The blonde girl leans to the right onto Luke as she brings her left hand to her chest, letting her cold hand rub her chest. The four of them let out groans at the pain they are experiencing.
Julie rushes over to Reggie as she sobs, "You have to save yourselves right now." She rushes over to Alex as Reggie uses the armchair to slowly stand up. "Go join Caleb's club. Please." She makes her way over to Angelina and Luke as she continues to beg, "It's better than not existing at all." Luke slowly stands up before he helps the blonde stand as Reggie sits down on the arm rest of the armchair. Julie walks to the entrance of the studio, gesturing to the doors, "Please just go. Go!" She turns back to the ghosts as she sobs, "Poof out! Do something! Please. Do it for me. Please."
Reggie shakes his head, "We're not going back there." Luke and Angelina walk toward Julie, hand in hand as the boy breathes heavily.
Luke furrows his brows as he tells the lifer, "No music is worth making, Julie, if we're not making it with you."
Angelina shakes her head as tears run down their faces, whispering, "No regrets." Julie sniffles as she rushes forward and wraps her arms around the two ghosts. Luke and Angelina return the favor as they embrace the Molina girl. They sniffle and cry into one another as Angelina squeezes the both of them as if they could disappear any moment.
Julie sniffles before she says, "I love you guys." Reggie slowly exhales, looking at Julie, Angelina, and Luke as tears stream down his face. Angelina and Luke start to glow as Alex looks up at them. Julie pulls away from the ghosts, realizing that she is touching them. She reaches out to touch Angelina's hand, trying to make sure she wasn't imagining things. When Julie touches the blonde girl's hand, she looks between Angelina and Luke, asking them, "How can I feel you?"
Luke and Angelina look at each other speechless before the brown haired boy turns back to Julie, replying as he shakes his head, "I-I-I don't know." Angelina reaches forward and brushes her other hand across Luke's face. Julie lets go of Angelina's hand as Luke turns to face the blonde. Angelina puts both of her hands on each side of Luke's face. Luke puts his hands on Angelina's cheeks, wiping away her tears with his thumbs. They chuckle at each other as Luke lets out, "I..." He gets lost in Angelina's eyes as he stares into them.
Without another word or any hesitation, Luke brings the blonde's face closer to his and he kisses her. Julie and the other two ghosts smile brightly, finally glad that the two have finally kissed without any interruptions. Angelina and Luke pull away from each other, laughs bursting past the large smiles on their faces. Luke shakes his head as he whispers, "You have no idea how long I've been wanting to do that."
Angelina smiles even brighter as she admits, "I've been waiting just as long, hoping for you to kiss me." Luke lets out a laugh before removing his hands from Angelina's face.
They embrace one another as Alex shouts out, "Finally! It took you guys long enough." Angelina and Luke pull out of their loving hug before turning to look at the blonde drummer. Luke grabs Angelina's hand as Alex continues, "You guys probably would have kissed days ago if Reggie didn't keep interrupting you guys."
Reggie furrows his brows and asks as he looks at Alex, "What? What are you talking about?" The raven haired boy looks over to Julie for help.
The Molina girl gives him a look and nods her head, agreeing with Alex before she adds on, "Twice."
"Twice?!" Reggie exasperatedly asks as he pouts, upset that he didn't realize he stopped his two best friends from finally kissing and admitting their feelings for one another.
The blonde girl shakes her head at Reggie and Alex before she speaks to the former, "It's okay, Reggie."
Angelina holds out her left arm and beckons Julie over. The lifer moves over to the blonde girl, who wraps her left arm around Julie's shoulder. The two girls let out a light hearted laugh as they rest their heads against one another's. Luke turns to Alex and Reggie, his hands holding onto Angelina's right one as he says, "I feel stronger." He turns his head to look back at Angelina.
Julie looks over at Reggie and Alex, calling them, "Alex, Reggie, come." Angelina pulls her hands out of Luke's as Alex and Reggie walk over to them. Reggie stops next to Angelina and Luke while Alex stops next to Julie and Luke. They give each other a group hug. Alex and Reggie start to glow as well. They pull away from one another and gasp.
"Whoa..." Reggie lets out before he looks over at Julie, shaking his head, "I-I-I don't feel as weak anymore."
Angelina smiles at all of her bandmates as she tells them, "Same here."
Luke lets out a chuckle as Alex looks between his best friends and says, "Yeah, me neither. Not that, you know, I was ever that weak." They all laugh at Alex's comment before the four ghosts hold out their wrists.
"What..." Julie lets out as the stamp on their wrists glow before it floats into the air and disappears, causing them all to look up. Julie furrows her brows, "What do you think that means?" A tear runs down Reggie's face before he smiles.
Luke lets out a chuckle, causing all eyes to turn to him. Luke smiles at Angelina before saying, "I think the band's back." Reggie lets out a chuckle as they look at each other with smiles on their faces.
Angelina smiles before she tells them, "I love you guys."
Alex glances to each of his bandmates before asking them, "You guys think we could try that hug thing one more time?"
They let out a laugh as Reggie nods his head, "Yeah." They wrap their arms around one another in a group hug once more.
Julie pats Alex and Angelina's back as the blonde drummer mutters, "Hugs are good." They let out another chuckle before pulling out of the embrace.
Reggie nods his head and looks between each of them before admitting, "I like this."
They laugh before they go back into the group hug as Julie says, "Me too." They let out carefree laughs as Julie cheers, "We played the Orpheum! Whoo!" Reggie lets out a chuckle as they all start jumping up and down in a circle, arms still around one another.
"Yeah, we did!" Alex laughs out.
Angelina smiles brightly as she meets Luke's eyes while exclaiming, "We are going to be legends!"

The next day, Nick stops at Julie's house with a bouquet of flowers for the girl. He walks up to the front door before ringing the doorbell. Caleb appears behind the boy and says, "How sweet." Nick turns around to look at the creepy man, who walks up to the boy as he continues, "The broken hearted teenager fighting for his girl."
Nick looks Caleb up and down before asking him, "Do I know you?"
"You will," Caleb says before he puts his hands on the back of Nick's neck. Caleb opens his mouth as purple smoke comes out and enters the young boy's mouth, allowing the older man to possess Nick. Caleb disappears as the last of the purple smoke enters Nick's body.
A possessed Nick cracks his neck before he smirks, "I have a fight too."
Julie opens the door and greets the possessed boy, "Hi, Nick!" The possessed blonde lifer creepily spins his head around to look at Julie. He slowly turns around before swaggering up to Julie, holding out the flowers as he smirks.
Julie happily sighs and takes them before looking up and smiling, "Thanks."
Angelina walks over to the door asking the lifer, "Who's at the door, Julsie?" When she stops behind the girl, she sees Nick, who brought flowers for Julie. The possessed boy quickly glances in the direction of the blonde ghost before he looks back to the Molina girl. The movement is so quick that both Angelina and Julie don't notice it. Angelina smirks as she says, "Aww, How cute. Nicky-poo brought you flowers." Julie grits her teeth in annoyance at Angelina as she smiles at Nick.
