So, me being a writer, I was up around 2 a.m. my local time when I saw this:
At first, I was like: hell yeah! We did it!
And then I went to the official ONC Contest Guidebook and realized they had simply take down the rules section where all the legal stuff and disclaimers were.
They also removed the 1-year premium subscription prize so I think we got what we wanted?
