WOW! We've reached the end of "The CEO and Her Driver!" And per usual, I am shocked to be here.
None of this would have happened without all of your (hilariously amazing) comments, your encouragement, and demands for MORE MORE MORE! Seriously, you made my day so often that I couldn't wait to work on the next set of chapters just to see your reactions. Which led to lots of chapters dropping early. So thank you for causing my words to explode onto the page SOOOOO much faster.
A special shout out to Wattpad for creating such an amazing platform that allows writers to express themselves to such a large audience around the world. I used to fill notebooks with stories that no one ever saw, so getting to be here and share this with all of you is truly incredible.
Allie's story came from a lot of different places. But it started with a pair of heels, a broken heart, and a creative person's desire to be left alone to get writingâ errr I mean designing clothes done. Her story was inspired by those pieces of ourselves that whisper lies into our hearts in our darkest moments. And I wanted to showcase what that was like, and how that can be conquered.
Like with most things with Allie, her story was THE MOST CHALLENGING ONE FOR ME TO WRITE SO FAR because she refused to fall in love easier, love herself faster, or frankly, make dumb mistakes to move the plot forward. Even when it would have made my life a lot easier!!! (GRRR) A lot of times I was left looking at her chaotic life going...
Which would then lead me to go and take a very long nap until I could figure out how to fix her messes, like her own personal clean-up crew. Psh. Not cool, Allie. But who doesn't love a little drama and chaos? Allie sure does!
And here we are... at the end of this book. I know you have come to love Allie, Tate, Delle, Laliana, Iz, Misty, Laurence, Aiden, and of course mamma Katherine as much as I do. And I am so touched that you have stuck with it to the very end.

I've never been a fan of writing out the words "The End," in a story because I have NEVER been a fan of goodbyes. It makes it sound like forever, and I love the dramatic pause of potential for MORE. And I have been asked quite a few times if there is a sequel planned for this book and...
There is another story I'd like to tell with these characters! But instead of Laliana, or Allie being front and center... Delle is gonna take the spotlight with her detective skills, love of punching stuff, and her determination to never fall in love! So it's not a sequel so much as a spinoff.
