It was an eerie night in Jakarta, Indonesia, and a group of friends was sitting on the porch of a rundown house, trying to decide how to spend their weekend. One of them, Dinda, suddenly suggested, "Hey, have you guys heard of Taman Lawang Cemetery? It's supposedly haunted!"

The others laughed nervously, but Rizky, the bravest of the group, replied, "Come on, that's just a silly rumor. Let's prove it once and for all by going there tonight!"

The group agreed, and they set off towards the cemetery. As they arrived, they saw the imposing gate of the cemetery, which was mostly closed, except for a small entrance that was open. It led to a winding path that was obscured by trees and dark shadows.

After a little while, they saw a strange figure in the distance, which was slowly coming towards them. They froze, and Dinda whispered, "Guys, let's run!"

But Rizky, curious, stepped forward and said, "Wait, let's see who it is first."

As the figure came closer, they saw that it was an old man, dressed in ragged clothing, with a long white beard and a staff in his hand.

"Who are you?" Rizky asked.

The old man replied, "I am the guardian of this cemetery. What are you doing here?"

"We heard this place is haunted, and we want to prove it," Rizky explained.

The old man's face twisted into a look of fear, and he said, "You should not be here. This is a dangerous place, with secrets that should remain hidden."

But the group was not to be deterred, and they pushed forward, walking deeper into the cemetery. Suddenly, they heard a faint whisper in the distance, which sounded like a child's voice.

"Did you hear that?" Dinda asked nervously.

"Let's investigate," Rizky said bravely.

As they walked towards the sound, they saw a small child standing by a gravestone. The child's eyes were dark, and his clothes were torn and dirty. He looked at them, and then disappeared into the dark.

The group was terrified, and they began to run, but they soon found themselves lost in the maze of graves and tombstones. As they tried to find their way out, they realized that something was watching them, something malevolent and evil.

Just then, they heard the old man's voice, calling out to them. They followed it, running towards the sound, until they found themselves in a small clearing.

In the center of the clearing was a large gravestone, with an inscription that read, "Here lies the Dark Secret of Taman Lawang Cemetery". Rizky approached the gravestone, and with trembling hands, he began to dig.

As he dug deeper, he found a small box, covered in moss and dirt. He opened it, and inside were ancient scrolls, written in a language that he did not understand.

The old man approached him and said, "You have found what you were looking for. But be warned, the secrets contained in those scrolls are not meant for the living. They are the key to unlocking the true horror of this place."

Rizky, unable to resist temptation, took the scrolls and began to read them. As he did, the ground beneath them began to shake, and the sky turned dark and stormy.

The group was suddenly surrounded by ghostly figures, their eyes glowing with rage and hatred. They began to moan and wail, and the ground beneath them opened up, revealing a dark and terrifying chasm.

They all screamed as they fell, and the last thing they heard was the old man's voice, saying, "You have unleashed a curse upon yourselves. May God have mercy on your souls."

And so ended the tale of the Dark Secret of Taman Lawang Cemetery, a horror that no one dared to uncover again.
