It was a dark and stormy night when a group of friends â Lina, Maya, Dito, and Rafa â decided to spend the weekend together in an old kampong house that they had heard was haunted. The kampong house had a long history with several unexplained deaths and accidents that had taken place within its walls. Despite its dark reputation, the group decided to go there anyway, seeking adventure and thrills.
As they arrived, thunder rumbled in the background and the wind howled through the trees. The friends found the door to the house slightly ajar and pushed it open. The house was dark and quiet, with only a faint smell of mold present. The four friends stood at the threshold, taking everything in.
"Guys, are you sure we should go in there?" Lina asked nervously. "It's creepy and it feels like someone's watching us."
"Don't be silly, Lina," replied Maya, "It's just an old house. Nothing's going to happen to us. Besides, we already paid the entrance fee."
The entrance fee was a significant amount, paid to a mysterious and elderly man who claimed to be the caretaker of the house. According to the man, the entrance fee would ensure their safety throughout their stay.
As they ventured further into the house, they saw a lot of abandoned furniture covered with a thick layer of dust. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls, revealing the rotten wood underneath. The stairs creaked under their feet, and the echoes haunted the halls.
"Guys, I have a bad feeling about this," Dito whispered.
"Don't be scared, Dito. Just hold my hand and we'll explore the house together," said Rafa, trying to reassure him.
As the friends continued to explore, strange things began to happen. The sound of footsteps could be heard, but no one was there. Shadows moved in the corners of their vision, and they heard strange whispers and voices coming from unknown sources.
"This is crazy," Maya said, looking around in disbelief. "We have to get out of here."
But as they reached the front door, it slammed shut, and they were trapped inside. They heard heavy footsteps coming from upstairs, and the sound of something dragging on the floor.
"Guys, we have to get out of here NOW!" Lina screamed.
The friends huddled together, trying to calm each other down. They heard a loud bang, followed by eerie laughter coming from upstairs. Then, through the darkness, a figure slowly descended down the stairs.
It was the ghost of a woman, with long black hair and a white dress. She was holding a bloodstained knife, and her eyes glowed red in the dark.
The friends were paralyzed with fear, unable to move or speak. The ghostly figure approached them slowly, and they could see her face twisted in a terrifying grin.
"I've been waiting so long for new visitors," she whispered with a raspy voice. "Welcome to my home."
The ghostly figure disappeared just as suddenly as she appeared, leaving the friends trembling in fear. They then realized that they were trapped there with the ghostly figure, with no way to escape.
The friends huddled together in terror, trying to figure out what to do next. They then heard the sound of the front door slowly creaking open.
"Quick! Let's make a run for it!" yelled Dito.
The group made a break for the front door, with Maya in the lead. But just as they were about to escape, the door slammed shut again, and they were once again trapped inside the house.
The friends then heard the ghostly figure laughing maniacally, as if she was enjoying their fear and desperation.
"This is it! We're never going to make it out of here alive!" screamed Lina, unable to control her fear anymore.
Just as they were about to give up hope, they heard the sound of multiple footsteps coming from outside. The door then burst open, and several police officers entered the house, pointing their guns at the ghostly figure.
"Police! Drop the weapon and surrender!" yelled the lead officer.
The ghostly figure then disappeared, and the friends were left alone in the abandoned house. The police searched the entire house but found no trace of the ghostly figure. The friends were then escorted safely back to their homes.
After the incident, the friends never talked about their experience again. They all knew that they had come close to experiencing something truly terrifying, and they never wanted to risk it again.
The kampong house remained abandoned for a long time, and many believed that it was still haunted by the ghostly figure. But as time passed, the legend faded away, and the house was left to crumble into dust.
