And if sheâs having trouble sleeping because of the pain, perhaps⦠well, engage in some comforting, couple-specific activities,â the doctor suggested.
The hint of suggestion in her voice caused Lyndonâs expression to darken momentarily.
âI understand.

âDaddy !â
Sheldonâs voice rang out cheerily as he called out to Lyndon from the sofa.
Noticing Tilda wasnât around, Lyndon approached Sheldon, kneeling to check his temperature with a gentle hand to his forehead.

Nodding, Lyndon studied his bright face, wondering aloud, âDo you know what Mommy loves doing most at home?â
He was searching for ways to bring a smile to Tildaâs face, and who better to provide insight than her son?
Sheldon thought for a moment, then answered, âReading.

âPlaying with me,â Sheldon declared with a smile.

Outside of her professional life, Tilda dedicated much of her time to her son.
It was no brainer that she loved playing with Sheldon on her free time.
âAnything else?â he prodded gently.
Sheldon, sensing Lyndonâs earnestness, tilted his head and asked, âWhat do you want to know exactly, Daddy?â
Lyndon took a moment before confessing, âIâm trying to figure out how to make your mommy happy.
â
Brightening, Sheldon exclaimed, âOh, Daddy wants to win Mommyâs heart!â
