It's been a week now since Wangji was living with Wei ying and Grandma Wei.
Wangji didn't went to Lan mansion to meet his dad. He was angry with his dad. Qiren did came to meet Wangji but Wangji clearly refused to meet his dad. Qiren thought 'he's angry with me now but soon he'll go back to normal again'. Qiren offered a big house to Wei ying to live but Wei ying refused because his grandma didn't wanted to leave her old house.

Wangji used to complain all day and Wei ying would silently listen. Wangji used to stay in his room most of the time. As his final exam was near so he used to study except for complaining. He didn't even talked properly with grandma in this one week. Wangji used to sleep on the bed and Wei ying on the floor.
In this one week, Wen Qing also visited but her mood got spoiled seeing Wangji. Wen Qing and Wangji were having glaring compition during the whole time.
Wen Qing, "I don't know how does Wei Wuxian tolerate you?"
Wangji, "None of your business. If you can't tolerate me then why don't you just leave. Or you come here to see my handsome face, huh?"
When Qing, "Handsome face, my foot". . Wen Qing then left stomping her feet. Wangji rolled hid eyes.

Wangji was pissed off because he couldn't sleep early at night. He was trying to get himself used to the new environment. He used to throw tantrums at Wei ying.
Wangji really liked Wei Ying's cooking. Only at breakfast, lunch and dinner would Wangji be a little bit happy. This would make Wei ying smile, as at least his husband likes his (Wei Ying's) handmade food.
Wei Ying used to buy gifts for Wangji but Wangji never accepted any gifts saying, "I don't need these trash".

Today, as always Wangji was sulking while watching something in his phone. Wangji heard a child's voice. He went out to see who has came.
He saw a little boy of age 5 years old hugging Grandma Wei. Wangji saw Wen Qing standing there with a smile. Wen Qing frowned when her eyes fell on Wangji. Wangji rolled his eyes. Wen Qing showed a fist to Wangji.
Grandma Wei saw Wangji and said, "Son! Come here. Meet this sweet child. His name is Wen Yuan. He's Wen Qing's nephew".
Wangji, "oh nephew.....then he'd be as annoying as Wen Qing".
Wen Qing, "You!"
Yuan came towards Wangji and hugged his legs saying, "Handsome gege! Can you take Yuan in your arms?"
Wangji separated Yuan from his legs and said, "Why should I hold you? Tell your aunty to hold you", saying this Wangji went back to his room.
Yuan started crying saying, "Handsome gege is so rude".
Wen Qing took Yuan in her arms and started patting his back to shush him. Wen Qing was really pissed off with Wangji.
Wen Qing thought, "How could he treat a child like this? Arrogant brat".
Just then, Wei ying entered. Seeing him Yuan ran towards Wei ying and hugged his legs.
Yuan, "Xian gege! Yuan missed you".
Wei Ying hugged Yuan and said, "Xian gege missed Yuan too".
Yuan pouted and said, "Xian gege! That handsome gege is so rude, he pushed Yuan away from him".
Wei Ying at first didn't got whom Yuan is talking about but then he got it.
Wei Ying thought, "Yuan must be talking about Wangji. At least he shouldn't treat a child like this".
Wei Ying, "It's OK Yuan. Handsome gege is tired. You shouldn't tease him".
Yuan cutely said, "But I want to play with handsome gege".
Wen Qing,"Forget about that bad handsome gege. We'll play with you".
Yuan, "OK".
After doing lunch, Wen Qing left. Wangji didn't ate with them saying, "He isn't hungry". Well it's not the first time Wangji made an excuse. He'd often do it whenever Wen Qing used to visit.
Wei Ying took out food for Wangji and went to his room. Wangji was sitting on the bed.
Wei Ying put the food tray in front of Wangji and said, "Eat up. You must be hungry".
Wangji ignored Wei Ying's question and started eating. Wei ying smiled.
Wei Ying thought, "He looks like a baby while eating and sleeping".
Wangji,"Don't stare at me like that. I might choke".
Wei Ying, "oh sorry", he looked away. Wei ying then went out of the room.

One day, Wangji fell ill. He was having high fever. Wei ying took good care of Wangji.
Wangji's fever has subsidized. Wei ying was about to get up from the bed but Wangji caught his hand saying, "don't leave. Bobo is scared". Wangji said this with eyes closed. Wei ying smiled. He sat there. Wangji hugged Wei Ying's arm and smiled a little.
The next day Wangji got up. He saw Wei ying sleeping in sitting position. Wangji also saw that he has held Wei Ying's arm. He left Wei Ying's arm.
Wei Ying opened his eyes.
Wei Ying asked worried, "Are you feeling better now?"
Wangji,"What happened to me?"
Wei Ying, "uh... You were having high fever that's why I asked".
Wangji, "fine".
Wei Ying got up from the bed saying, "You freshen up, I'll bring breakfast for you". Wei ying was rubbing his neck like he neck was paining.
Wangji ignored Wei ying, got from the bed and went to bathroom to freshen up.

One day, while Wangji was sitting in his room he heard Wei ying calling him. Wangji went out of the house. He saw Wei ying sitting on a bike.
Wei Ying, "Wangji! Get on. Today I want to take you on an outing. I borrowed this bike from Xing Chen for one day. Come on".
Wangji didn't went out since last week so he agreed. He sat on the bike.
Wei Ying, "You can hold me if you want".
Wangji was hesitant first but then wrapped his arms around Wei Ying's waist. Wei ying smiled.
Wei Ying and Wangji spent the whole day outside. They ate many kinds of snacks. Wangji wasn't ready to taste the street foods but seeing Wei ying enjoying Wangji decides to take a bite. On taking a bite, Wangji liked it. He also enjoyed the snacks. They tried juices too.
Wei Ying bought ice-cream for Wangji. While they were enjoying the ice cream, they saw 2 kids crying and tell their father to buy cotton candy for them. Their father said that 'he doesn't have extra money, he has to buy groceries with the money'.
Wei Ying bought cotton candies and gave them to the kids. The kids became really happy, they thanked Wei ying and hugged him. The father also thanked Wei ying. Wei ying smiled.
Wangji thought, "Today I got to know that in little money, you can also be happy".
Wei Ying came towards Wangji and said, "Let's go". Wangji nod. They sat on the bike and went away from there.
While they were on the way, few drunk men stopped them.
Wei Ying, "Get out of our way".
One of the drunk man said, "Ayee...what's the hurry. You got a beautiful husband.... Will you share him with us".
Wangji, "Shut your mouth you bastards".
One of the drunk men tried to touch Wangji.
Wei Ying couldn't stand it anymore, he started fighting with those men. Wangji tried to stop Wei ying but couldn't. Those men escaped after got beaten by Wei ying. Wei ying got injuries during the fight.
Wangji, "Why you started fighting with those bastards? Look at yourself now. You got injured".
Wei Ying, "It's OK. They dared to lay their dirty eyes on what in mine. Let's go back".
Wangji stayed quiet. They came back home. Grandma Wei got worried seeing Wei ying.
She asked, "a-ying! What happened to you?"
Wei Ying, "It's nothing. Just had a fight".
Grandma Wei, "a-ying! Let me apply medicine on your wounds".
Wei Ying, "OK".
Wangji, "Grandma! I'll do it".
Wei Ying and grandma looked at Wangji. It was the first time they saw Wangji talking politely. Wei ying went inside his room.
Wangji went to take out first aid box. Wangji first cleaned the wounds and then applied medicine on it. Wei ying was staring at Wangji. Wangji's face was close to Wei ying.
Wangji, "Don't stare at me like that".
Wei Ying then looked away. Wangji got up when he was done.

One night, there was storm. Wangji was trying to sleep but he couldn't. He looked at Wei ying who was sleeping peacefully. Wangji was tossing and turning in the bed. He got off the bed and came near Wei Ying's bedding. He lied beside Wei ying. He covered himself with a blanket. He was looking at Wei Ying's face. Wangji wanted to touch it but he refrained. Wangji closed his eyes. He somehow felt warm and comfortable near Wei ying.
At midnight, Wangji felt like he's gonna suffocate. Wangji opened his eyes and saw Wei Ying's face close to him and Wei ying was sleeping tightly hugging Wangji.
Wangji tried to get free from Wei Ying's tight embrace but couldn't. Wangji stopped protesting when he heard Wei ying mumbling something in his sleep.
Wei ying mumbled, "Don't leave me. Please stay with me. I love....". Wei ying kept quiet then. Wangji was wondering 'who is Wei ying talking about?'
Wangji somehow felt annoyed. Was he perhaps 'jealous?'
Wangji came out of his thoughts when Wei ying rubbed his face on Wangji's neck. Wangji was frozen on the spot. Wangji smiled a little. He doesn't know when his eyes closed and he slept.
In the morning, Wangji got up first. He looked at Wei ying who was sleeping peacefully. Wangji removed Wei Ying's arms from himself and got up. He lied on the bed.
Wangji thought, "I slept so well last night". Wangji looked at Wei ying who had a pout on his lips. Wangji smiled.
After sometime, Wei ying woke up. Wei ying looked at Wangji who was sleeping backfacing Wei ying.
Wei Ying thought, "wasn't I sleeping with someone last night? Or was it a dream of mine?"
Wei Ying shrugged his shoulders, he got up and went to bathroom to freshen up.
Wei Ying came out of the bathroom. He went out of the room to prepare breakfast for himself. After doing breakfast, he left for his work.

At night, Wangji was sitting on his bed.
Wei Ying asked, "Aren't you sleepy?"
Wangji said nothing.
Wei Ying, "Do you need anything?"
Wangji unconsciously nodded.
Wei Ying, "What is it?"
Wangji, "Nothing. Go to sleep". Saying this Wangji lied on the bed and covered himself with blanket. Wei ying also laid down.
Wangji couldn't sleep. When he noticed that Wei ying is sleeping, he lied beside Wei ying. Wei ying covered Wangji with blanket saying, "You could have told me directly rather than sneaking".
Wangji was shocked, he asked, "Weren't you sleeping?"
Wei Ying, "I was but because of you I got up".
Wangji, "Humph". Wangji blackface Wei ying and closed his eyes. Wei ying smiled.

Three days passed. Wangji used to sleep on the floor with Wei ying. Wei ying would hug Wangji in his sleep. Wangji slept peacefully these days. His behavior also got better with grandma Wei. When Wen Yuan visited Wangji also played with him. Wen Qing was shocked to see the change in behavior. But Wangji attitude was still the same with Wen Qing.

One day, when Wei ying came back home he didn't saw Wangji.
Wei Ying asked grandma, "Grandma! Where's Wangji?"
Grandma, "Mr. Lan took Wangji with him".
Wei Ying, "Why?"
Grandma Wei, "Mr. Lan said that he would take Wangji with him as Wangji exam is starting from tomorrow. And Lan mansion is near to Wangji's college, so that's why".
Wei Ying, "oh, he didn't told me anything".
Wei Ying went to his room. Wei ying sighed. It would be a lie if Wei ying say that 'he won't miss Wangji at all. He will because he got used to Wangji's constant ranting and complaining '.

On the other hand, Wangji was feeling lonely in Lan mansion, his home where he grew up. Wangji was kind of missing Wei household.
A maid came to Wangji's room and said, "Little master! Lunch is ready".
Wangji, "OK I'm coming". The maid bowed and left.
Wangji came to the dining room and saw Qiren waiting for him at the dinner table.
Wangji sat on the chair beside Qiren. The servants served the food. Qiren and Wangji started eating. Wangji didn't liked the taste of the food. The food he ate since childhood didn't taste good to him. He got used to the food cooked by Wei Ying.
Wangji after finishing his food went to his room. He opened his book and started to study. He remembered the time when he used to study and Wei ying would be sitting on a chair doing his work. Wangji shook his head and tried to focus on his studies not other matters as he has paper tomorrow.
At night, Wangji lied on his comfortable bed but he wasn't feeling sleepy. He missed Wei Ying's warmth. He sighed for the nth time and again shook his head. He closed his eyes. Wei Ying's sleepy face came in his mind. He smiled. The bed he used to sleep on since childhood didn't looked comfortable to Wangji. After much time he slept.

Wangji exam finished in a week. In this one week he really missed Wei ying, grandma Wei, Wen Yuan, even his fights with Wen Qing. He wasn't sure about his feelings for Wei ying. He has never fallen in love so he didn't knew the unknown feelings. He wanted to be with Wei ying, see his face everyday, his beautiful bunny smile, eat the food cooked by Wei ying, sleeping in Wei Ying's warm embrace, seeing Wei Ying's sleepy baby face and his pouty lips. Wangji just wanted to go back as soon as possible. Wangji would have called Wei ying if he had Wei Ying's number. Wangji didn't asked for Wei Ying's number from his dad. Wangji would decide to visit Wei ying in hotel but didn't had the guts to visit.
On his last paper Wangji came back home. He told Qiren that he wants to go back.
All these days, Qiren knew that Wangji is missing his new home but isn't showing it. He noticed change in Wangji's behavior. Wangji didn't acted like a rich spoiled brat. He even talked politely with the servants. The servants were also shocked by the change in their Young master's behavior.
Wei ying would call Qiren to ask about Wangji. Qiren didn't told Wangji that Wei ying calls him (Qiren) to ask about Wangji.

Wangji packed his belongings and was ready to go back to Wei household. He met with his dad and bid farewell to him.
Qiren kissed Wangji's forehead and said, "God bless you my son. I'm happy that you have changed. I knew it from the start that only a-ying could change you. Son! If you need anything just call me. Don't be mad any more, OK?".
Wangji, "OK dad. Take care".
Qiren, "You too". Qiren hugged Wangji. Wangji then left with driver to Wei household.
Wangji entered his house. He saw grandma Wei combing her hair.
Wangji went near her and suds hugged her. Grandma was shocked to see Wangji.
Wangji, "I missed you grandma".
Grandma, "Son! You have came back".
Wangji, "Yes. I really missed you".
Grandma, "I missed you too my child".
Wangji, "Isn't Wei ying back yet?"
Grandma, "No he said he'll be back late today".
Wangji, "oh.... Have you eaten grandma?"
Grandma, "Yes I have. Wen Qing brought pasta for me".
Wangji, "oh OK".
Grandma, "Wangji! How did your exam go?"
Wangji, "It was good. Grandma! Can you call me a-Zhan?"
Grandma smiled and said, "a-Zhan! My child".
Wangji also smiled. He was feeling happy. Wangji went inside his room. He wanted to surprise Wei ying.
Just then the door opened and Wei ying entered. Wei ying was shocked to see Wangji.
Wei Ying, "Wangji! What are you doing here?"
Wangji, "What do you mean?"
Wei ying, "I thought you'd never come back".
Wangji came near Wei ying and asked, "did you mind that I came back?"
Wei Ying, "No it's no like this".
Wangji, "Then?"
Wei Ying, "Nothing. I want to freshen up", saying this Wei ying went to bathroom. Wangji didn't get it. Wei ying never ignored Wangji's question. It was the first time.
Wangji, "He must be tired. I'll ask later". Wangji also met with Wen Yuan and Wen Qing. He had a small fight with Wen Qing. He really missed it. He played with Yuan. Wen Qing was also shocked to see the change in Wangji's behavior. She was happy that Wangji has changed as to Wei ying wouldn't have to bear much now as Wei ying tolerated Wangji's bratty attitude for many days.
That whole day, Wei Ying didn't talked properly to Wangji. He was avoiding Wangji's questions. Wangji was pissed of.
At night, when Wei ying came to his room he saw Wangji coming towards him with fury. Wei ying wanted to escape but Wangji caught Wei Ying's both wrists tightly and pinned Wei ying on the wall.
Wei Ying, "Wangji! What are you doing? Let me go".
Wangji angrily said, "Why are you ignoring me?"
Wei Ying, "Am I?"
Wangji, "Have I done something wrong?"
Wei ying could see the worry on Wangji's face.
Wei Ying, "No you haven't done anything wrong".
Wangji, "don't lie. Tell me the truth".
Wei Ying first closed his eyes and then opened his eyes. He freed his hands from Wangji and said, "Fine I will tell you. No I will show you". Wangji got confused.
Wei Ying took out an envelope from a drawer and gave it to Wangji.
Wangji, "What is it?"
Wei Ying, "Don't act innocent now. You know what is inside".
Wangji opened the envelope and was shocked to see what was inside the envelope.
Wangji, "I didn't send these".
Wei Ying crossed his arms and said, "How could you deny it. Your sign is on it".
Wangji, "I didn't signed it. I'm not aware of it".
Wei ying sighed and said, "I will sign on it soon. Then we'll go on our own ways", Wei ying was about to leave but Wangji caught him (Wei ying) and kissed him. Wei Ying's eyes widen in shock.
Wangji left Wei Ying's lips, he held Wei Ying's hands and said, "Wei ying! Please believe me, I didn't signed on these. I never even thought about it. I don't want to part from you. I always want to be with you. This one week I stayed away from you were like years for me. I... I really missed you. I couldn't stop thinking about you. I think.... I think I have fallen in love with you. I love you Wei ying ".
Wei Ying was shocked to hear the confession. He never thought he'd be able to hear these three words from his beloved. Yes Wei ying has also fallen in love with Wangji but he realized it late.
Wangji was looking at Wei ying expecting an answer.
When Wangji got no answer, he became sad he left Wei Ying's hands and went towards his bed. He hugged his knees and said, "It's OK. I can understand you. How can someone fell in love with a rich spoiled brat like me. I hurted everyone. I kept a bad relationship with others. I always thought that all poor people are the same. They are only after money. But now I get it that..how wrong I was. I was living all these years in hate. Because of mother.... All this happened. I became like this. Living with you, I understood that.... How wrong I was. I feel ashamed of myself. I'm sorry". Wangji had tears in his eyes.
Wei Ying felt bad for Wangji. Wei ying went towards Wangji. He sat beside Wangji and hugged him. Wangji hugged Wei ying tightly and cried his heart out. Wei ying kept patting Wangji's head lovingly.
Wangji parted from the hug and said, "Wei ying! I didn't send those divorce papers. Maybe... Someone wants to separate us".
Wei Ying, "Maybe. But who?"
Wangji held Wei Ying's hands and said, "Wei ying! Do you....do you hate me?"
Wei Ying, "No... Why will I hate you. In fact I.... I love you. I fell in love with you at first sight but I didn't realized it. When I saw the divorce papers I got enraged. I wanted to tear those papers but then I didn't because I thought..... If you want freedom from me, I'll gladly give you. I know you have grown up in a rich family. You married me because your dad forced you. I couldn't always keep you with me. I'm not selfish. I thought if you'd be happy like this... I'll do it for you. I wanted to sign on the divorce papers but I couldn't. I didn't had the heart to sign on it... I".
Wangji, "I can understand you. I know dad forced me to marry you and was strongly against it. I was enraged when I got to know that dad is marrying me off to a....you. I was uncomfortable during first days but then... I got used to it. I was trying to accept my fate. And when I stayed away from you I got to know your value. I was a jerk back then. I always hurted you. I'm really sorry".
Wei Ying wiped Wangji's tears and gave a peck on Wangji's lips.
Wei Ying cupped Wangji's face and said, " it's OK. No need to apologize again and again. That was in the past. Forget about it and let's start a happy life from now on".
Wangji nod and said, "Still we have to find you signed on divorce papers".
Wei Ying, "Yes. Now go to sleep and don't cry again. I can't see tears in Your eyes".
Wangji, "And don't ignore me again. I can't tolerate".
Wei Ying chuckled and said, "OK I won't... Wangji".
Wangji, "Lan Zhan".
Wei Ying, "Huh?"
Wangji, "Call me Lan Zhan".
Wei Ying, "Lan Zhan? Is this also your name?"
Wangji, "Yes. It's my birth name. Only You can call me that".
Wei Ying giggled and said, "So only I got the liberty, huh?"
Wangji, "Yes because you're special for me".
Wei Ying smiled widely. They both hugged.
Wangji and Wei ying lied side by side on the floor.
Wangji, "Hug me".
Wei Ying, "OK". Wei ying hugged Wangji tightly. Wangji snuggled more to Wei Ying's chest and inhaled Wei Ying's lotus smell.
Wei Ying kissed Wangji's forehead saying, "Goodnight my love".
Wangji, "Good night, hubby".
They both closed their eyes and slept.

In the morning, Wei ying got up first. He saw Wangji sleeping peacefully in his embrace. Wei ying smiled. He kissed Wangji's forehead and got up to get ready for his work.
When he came out of the bathroom he saw Wangji sitting on the bed.
Wei Ying, "You got up early?"
Wangji, "I... I want to go with you....to your work place".
Wei Ying, "oh... OK". Wangji went to bathroom to freshen up.
After sometime, Wangji came out of the bathroom. He came out of the room. He saw Wei ying preparing breakfast. Wangji sat at the table. He smiled looking at Wei ying.
After sometime, Wei ying brought breakfast for him and Wangji.
They did their breakfast feeding
each other. Wangji left with Wei ying after informing Grandma Wei.

Wangji was helping Wei ying as Wei ying was preparing a dish.
Wangji, "Wei ying! I'll come back in a while".
Wei Ying, "OK". Wangji went away from there.
Wei Ying was busy in his work. He looked up when he heard a voice.
He looked up and saw Nie huaisang standing there with a smile.
Wei Ying, "Huaisang! How are you doing? You came here after many days. How was your exam?"
Huaisang, "I'm fine brother Wei, how are you? And my exam was good"..
Wei Ying, "I'm also fine".
Huaisang looked here and there and then whispered, "Brother Wei! Have you divorced your husband?"
Wei Ying looked at Huaisang confused and asked, "Why are you asking this?"
Huaisang, "It's nothing. I'll give my order".
Wei Ying, "OK". Huaisang gave his order.
Huaisang's eyes fell on Wangji.
Huaisang, "Wangji bro! You're also here?"
Wangji, "Yes. I was bored at home so I thought I should help my husband in his work".
Huaisang, "oh... OK".
Huaisang took his order and sat at a table to enjoy it. Huaisang was looking at Wangji and Wei ying who looked happy with each other and were flirting. Huaisang clenched his fists.
Huaisang came out of the hotel. He came to a corner.
Huaisang, "my plan failed. How could brother Wei accept this Lan Wangji? Lan Wangji, you took away my love from me".
Huaisang got startled when he heard Wangji's voice.
Wangji, "So it was you who signed on the divorce papers, huh? I always took you as my best friend. I trusted you and you.....you backstabbed me. Why? Why you did it?".
Huaisang, "Because I love brother Wei. I have loved him since high school. And you...you took him away from me. I knew that you're relationship is not good. So I thought of a plan. I formed divorce papers and dud your sign on it. I thought brother Wei would divorce you right after seeing those papers but I was wrong ".
Wangji," You loved Wei ying but he deosnt. Did you ever try to seek whether Wei ying loves you or not? You just wanted to have him whether he loves you or not".
Huaisang, "Yes... I know he doesn't love me but I would have tried to make him fall for me".
Wangji was about to say something but stopped when he heard Wei Ying's voice.
Wei Ying, "Huaisang! I always treated you as a little brother. I didn't saw you other than a brother. I'd like to advise you. You should forget about me and find someone who'll love you and cherish you. Life is very beautiful. You should enjoy it. I love Wangji. I'm disappointed in you", saying this Wei ying left.
Huaisang sat on the ground. Tears fell from his eyes. After sometime, he felt a hand on his shoulder. He looked up and saw Wen Ning standing there. Huaisang hugged Wen Ning and sobbed.
Wen Ning, "Huaisang! I told you many times to stop chasing brother Wei. You should give others some attention too. There's someone who loves you but you never pay attention to him".
Huaisang looked at Wen Ning and asked, "Who is it?"
Wen Ning, "Who else? Of course me".
Huaisang smiled. He hugged Wen Ning.
Wen Ning, "Give me a chance. I'll try my best to keep you happy".
Huaisang, "Give me some time".
Wen Ning, "Take as much time as you want".
Huaisang nod. Wen Ning wiped Huaisang's tears.

After that day, Wangji used to help out Wei ying in his work. Wei ying and Wangji were living happily with each other. Wen Qing and Wangji became 'frenemies'.
Huaisang started dating Wen Ning.

Wei Ying and Wangji consummated their marriage. Wangji was very demanding in bed. He was like a power bottom. He gave a hard time to Wei ying. They continued their activity till down. Wei ying was really tired. He didn't had the strength to even get up. He lied beside Wangji and slept hugging Wangji tightly.
Wangji also came to know about his mother. His mother wanted to come back to China but on the way she met with an accident in which she died. Qiren was very sad that day. Wangji tried to comfort Qiren. Wangji has already forgiven his mother.

Wen Qing got married to Jiang Cheng. Wei ying and Wangji adopted
Wen Yuan.
