{ Ehann: }
Chapter 25
"..I'm sorry, I'd hate to interrupt this beautifully quiet moment of just walking on grass.." Ehann trailed off his sentence.
"But.. where exactly are you taking.. me?"
"You'll see, trust me its nowhere scary." Aelius laughed a little.
"But if you're scared..."
Aelius hesitantly reached his hand out towards the prince, and the prince just stared at him with a questioning look.
Was he expecting him to hold his hand?
"Of course i was just- just joking i didn't expect you to anyway. Hahaha" Aelius muttered, enough for the prince to hear.
Aelius was hiding his hand in his pocket now, for some reason. He felt bad for making Aelius feel bad, and he's actually never felt like this.
Like wanting to hug and make him feel better. The prince darted knifes into Aelius's hand, pondering whether he should hold his hand or not.
And in the end, he swiftly grabbed his hand out of his pocket and started to hold on his hand. And turned his head away.
The prince heard a small gasp escape from the boy next to him.
"Just to be clear this is not because I'm scared, i just.. simply wanted to hold you're hand." Ehann flusterly warned Aelius.
"I- okay.." A smile of victory could be heard in Aelius's voice, which only made the prince fluster more.
The prince and the boy kept walking for like what seemed a few minutes, the sun was still out just blankly though.
They reached a place where there could be seen a little passageway made by trees.
"We've arrived." Aelius smiled.
"Where?"
"Right though there." Aelius pointed at the passageway.
Making the prince look where he was pointing, the place looked like it had been fixed by someone, but still kept it's natural appearance in tact.
"Did you fix it's passageway?" The prince asked.
"Only a tad bit."
"This can be our little place, of course -if you want it to be." Aelius semi-confidently said.
From the other side of that passageway was a beautiful, beautiful place. They were on the edge of the forest and on a big hill, the place was filled with green a blue.
A place he's truly never seen before in his life. You could see the valleys that took place, and a large mountain Infront of the hill.
The birds sang and the wind flourished in the air, it was such a refreshing place to be in.
"Do.. you like it?"
The prince instantly turned his head around and towards the boy next to him.
When they locked eyes, the prince had never seen a scene so beautiful.
Aelius's hair was flowing in the wind, his eyes sparkled with brown and green splotches; and his skin that shines with the cloudy days light.
"You're joking right.. this place." The prince mumbled out.
He was to amazed at everything around him that he was just at a loss for words, and he still kept unconsciously holding Aelius's hand.
"I'm so happy, ..i could actually..." The prince glimpsed at Aelius's lips.
"..It's so beautiful!" The prince was continued on.
The view was just so perfect, it actually gave him chills knowing this was in his kingdom without him knowing, he was mesmerized into the view - almost forgetting why he was there.
Untill he felt a little squeeze in his left hand, then he turned his head around and looked at his hand, and he noticed he was still holding Aelius's hand.
Just as he was going release their hands from each other Aelius tightened his grip on the prince's hand, having Ehann unable of releasing his hand away.
"Wait why-"
"I'm so glad you loved this place, i almost gave up searching for a place." Aelius confidently smiled.
"I found a little flat spot earlier today in this hill, want to follow me?"
"..Lead the way."
-----
Aelius gently placed the food he had brought in a blanket he had in a bag he carried.
With the lantern from his hand in the middle of the long beautiful blanket, it was navy blue with gold scattered on the edges.
The prince and Aelius talked for hours and more, eating everything that was brought for the date.
Both ate till the very end of it, leaving themselves the fullest they've ever been. And now they were laying down in the blanket looking up at the rising full moon and a finally - leaving sun.
"Oh that's right, i had almost forgotten." Aelius sat up.
"What do you mean?" The prince sat up.
Aelius showed the prince this beautiful golden leafed ring bracelet with navy blue rhinestones planted on every edge.
"It's for you, i bought this at one of the shops, and i just thought you would like it." Aelius brightly smiled.
"It's beautiful, you really didn't have to."
The prince was in awe of the beautiful thing, he had seen people wear them - and he always wanted one, just that he could never get the chance to have one.
"If i knew we were bringing gifts to eatchother i could have brought you one." The prince sadly smiled.
"I wanted to give this to you as a surprise, i don't expect anything in return anyway."
Aelius gently grabbed Ehann right hand and placed the ring bracelet on him, never letting go of his hand.
The prince gazed into his eyes, only one thought kept repeating in his head.
Why does he keep trying ?
Something bad is bound to happen to them if this gets further. And he knows it, so why?
"Why.. why do you keep trying?" The prince mumbled out.
"Trying on what?"
"To make me love you." He stated.
"Is it.. working?" Aelius inched closer to the prince - looking at him in the eyes, then to his lips.
"Let's say, that for some reason."
"It's working, by a lot. What would happen next?"
The prince placed his hand ontop Aelius's, subconsciously getting closer to him.
They got so close that their lips we're brushing against eatchother ever so slightly, both were waiting for the other to do the next move, neither backing down.
"...Then i would have no choice but to.. take responsibility, right?" Aelius tilted his head closer, almost in a teasing way.
"This is all a bad idea, are you sure of this?" The prince whispered out.
"Of course."
Then they're lips became one, swirling against eatchother with an even rhythm, the more they kissed the more they yearned for more.
As if their bodies had been waiting a milenia for that moment, it was a sweet -and wet kiss, Aelius gently tangled their hands together and cupped Ehanns neck, having him slightly move his head upwards
Aelius gently bit Ehanns lower lip, the prince gasped at this move, then both sucked in a breath.
Giving aelius enough space than was needed.
Then the kiss turned into a more passionate one.
He slided his tongue inside Ehanns mouth, maneuvering it everywhere he could reach.
The prince quietly moaned a bit into the kiss, and wrapped his hands around Aelius's neck and swirling his hands around his curly hair, attempting to hide what he just did.
It seemed like Aelius heard it, and so he slightly speeded the pace, and pressed their faces closer than before, all the prince could do at that point was to try and keep up with him.
The prince felt defenceless against Aelius's touch, the prince didn't try fighting back for dominance - if he had to be completely honest, he stopped trying when he had tilted his head towards him.
The prince and Aelius started to slow down after a little, once Ehann felt like an appropriate time to stop, he ended it with a peck on his lip.
Ehann opened his eyes to the most beautiful scenery he could imagine, a closed eyed Aelius with a flushed face and parted lips.
"Why did you end it?" Aelius whispered.
"I need to breathe you know." The prince giggled at the boys question.
"Hmn.." Aelius sighed out. Finally opening his eyes.
"What now?" He asked him.
"We.. can lay down."
"No, i meant.."
"What are we?" The prince asked.
"What.. are we." Aelius repeated.
"Yes, what are we now?"
The prince looked straight into Aelius's eyes. He seemed to be focused on what to tell the prince. Was it an explanation, was it nothing, was he going to respond to his question?
"Will you."
"Prince Ehann Astaseul." Aelius gulped.
"Be mine?"
Ehanns heartbeat quickened, knew that was the answer to his question, just that he wasn't prepared for him to actually say it.
"Yes."
They stayed there rest of time in that place; giggling, playing guessing games, talking about things, and just staring at the sky.
And their time together came soon to an end, the prince and Aelius both went on their separate ways, one in one direction, and one a whole nother direction.
The prince struggled to climb back his window, climbing bricks and falling off the wall. It took every will in him not to give up and just sleep in the grass, but that wouldn't look right on his reputation.
Finally, he entered his chamber and instantly fell asleep, dreaming of the day he's had.
