A few days had passed since Lizzy’s visit to teach me the finer points of noblewomen’s speech and Agnes’s stay, during which she spent time playing with Eris.

As usual, I was in etiquette training with Head Maid Melissa when she suddenly looked me in the eye and made an unexpected announcement.

“Lady Lilith, I believe your etiquette lessons have come far enough.”@@novelbin@@

“You’ve worked hard. Starting tomorrow morning, there’s no need for you to attend the training room anymore.”

Out of nowhere, Melissa had declared that I’d “graduated” from her lessons.

…To be honest, I felt uncertain. I still thought there were many areas where I was lacking.

“Are you sure it’s all right to end here? I feel like I still have a long way to go.”

“Of course, compared to noble ladies born and raised in prestigious households, your refinement may be a bit lacking. However, you’ve reached a point where you can confidently present yourself as the wife of our young master.”
