Kulsum's POV-
"I thought you've changed.....but clearly I was wrong. You're still that manipulative liar you used to be." His voice darkened.
I don't know why or how it sent chills down my spine.
"You don't wanna believe me? Don't. I don't care about what you think. But you can't change the truth." I breathed.
He clenched his jaw as our gazed locked and I could sense the fire in his eyes.
I'm not new to accusations and scandals. It's not the first time someone has framed me for their dirty work.
I got over that and I'll probably get over this too!
But the fact that he's not believing me is making my heart ache.
He pulled away and I quickly left the room and headed downstairs to clear my head.
I was on the couch with my palms on my head when I felt a feathery touch on my shoulder.
I looked up to see Zohra Hatun, my mother-in-law smiling at me with comforting eyes.
And behind her stood Aslihan and Zakariya who looked at me with pitiful expressions.
"I know you didn't do it honey, don't worry we're with you." She sat down beside me and hugged me.
And I can't express how much it means to me.
She treats me like a daughter and I can't thank her enough.
"Yeah, she's just a crazy moron. Don't let her get to you." Aslihan spoke softly.
I smiled. "Yeah now please eat this yenge." Zakariya interrupted with a smile as he held a bowl of soup in his hand.
I took the bowl and chuckled softly. "When are you going to stop calling me that?" I looked up at him.
"Let me guess.....when my nephew or niece will be born." He grinned and I gasped.
"Ya Allah, Zakariya you're so shameless!" I threw a pillow at him as we all laughed.
I felt so relieved to know that atleast some people trust me.
It feels nice to have people around who genuinely loves you.
It's like I've finally found a true family for myself. And I didn't wanted to loose them.
It's only for 7 months.
The reality hit me.

The next day-
I was in my office with Emir as we discussed the business plan and market strategy.
He must've noticed my frowning as he sit up straight. "Okay, what's going on with you?" He asked sternly.
My eyes widened. "What do you mean?" I shot him a nervous smile.
"You're obviously not in the mood today." He folded his arms.
"What? No it's nothing like that! I'm perfectly fine." I said avoid meeting his eyes.
He then snatched the pen from my hand and I got startled.
"What in the-" My eyes widened.
"It's okay you can tell me." He gave me a reassuring smile.
I couldn't hold it back anymore and I just told him everything about Esra's behaviour, comments and the evil act she encountered yesterday.
I can't keep it within myself. I needed to let everything out and rant about it. It's the only way I'll find peace.
After I was done, Emir was stunned like a statue as his emerald eyes widened and his eyebrows raised.
"She. Did. That?" His jaw dropped. I nodded and he sighed.
"How can anyone do something like that?" He placed his hand on his forehead.
I just shook my head as I rolled my eyes. He suddenly got up.
"Lets go!" He said pulling out his car keys.
"What? Where?" I narrowed my eyebrows.
"You'll see." He smiled. We got in his car as he drove me to my favourite cafè.
We were having a great time with the crossironts and coffee as he cheered me up.
I actually enjoyed his company, he's so kind and sweet. Such a gentleman. I wish all the guys would've been like him.
All the guys, I mean Abdul Razzaq.
My subconscious taunted.
We were having a great time until my eyes drifted to the people who just entered the cafe.
And they were none other than Abdul Razzaq and Esra.
My blood boiled like an active volcano upon seeing her.
Her head was wrapped with a band aid clothe as she keep on springing on his arms.
My heart pounded in my chest like a drum as I saw him.
I quickly looked away and pretended I didn't see him.
Soon after his eyes drifted and he noticed me.
Us.
I pretended I didn't see him glaring at me and I was smiling extra sweetly at Emir's conversations.
I don't know why I did it but the look on his face was priceless as he clenched his jaw and shooted death glares at us.
The rest to the time him and I just spared disgusted glances at each other.
Soon after we decided to head out and I got up from my seat.
But I suddenly tripped and was about to fall when Emir caught my arm just in time.
I looked in Abdul Razzaq's direction and I saw him stood up immediately as he flared his nostrils.
But I just ignored him and walked out with Emir as he dropped me home.
Abdul Razzaq's POV-
I dropped Esra to her hotel and headed back home with my mind still stuck on Kulsum and Emir.
I literally despise this man, he won't get away from her and he won't stop until he get what he wants.
But that woman is honestly like an 'Angel' who's too naive to see it.
Melekim.....the words rang in my ears bringing back that grain of a good moment we shared.
I entered my room and witnessed Kulsum folding her clothes.
She obviously sensed my presence as she blinked her eyes a couple of times as her eyelashes kissed her cheeks when she lowered her gaze.
I went up to the bed trying to capture her attention, but before I could approach her she stood up with the bundle of clothes and....yes as I expected she tripped.
As if my instincts got used to it, I held her by her biceps as the clothes scattered on the floor and she looked up at me with her hazel doe eyes widened.
She gazed into my eyes and I felt my heart race like a mad horse.
Wallahi! How does she manage to make me feel these things.
She shrugged off my hands forcefully. "Get your hands off me! I don't need your help!" She flared her nostrils.
Ooh. So my 'Melekim' is playing the victim card huh!
I grabbed her shoulders and shoved her against the wall caging her with my arms.
"Ooh so you don't want my help but you're okay with another man helping you?" I clenched my jaw.
"Oh yeah! You're the one to talk who doesn't believe his wife and hangs out with another woman!" She gritted her teeths.
I felt rage running down my nerves. Her audacity is astonishing.
She attacked her and expects me to support her!
"Shut up!" I clenched my jaws. She traced my face with her fierce eyes.
"Oh yeah! Make me....Mister bossy!" She breathed inching closer to my face.
This girl has some nerves. Nobody has never ever talked to me this way.
And one thing is for sure. I punish people for their disobedience.
"Don't test my patience, if you do, you won't like the consequences of it." My voice darkened.
"Oh yeah, you think I'm scared of you? Go ahead do whatever you want. Make me shut up....Mister bossy." She said with a sass.
This girl! Oh well she asked for it. I crocked my one brow and with that I stepped away.
She folded her arms and made a victorious expression.
But before she could even breathe, I pulled her by the waist and carried her in bridal style.
Her eyes were shot opened as her chest rose and she looked at me with horrified expression.
"What the hell! Put me down you idiot!" She exclaimed.
"You asked for it melekim....now pay the price." I smirked.
"Don't call me that! Razzaq put me down, or else I'll scream." She threatened me.
"Is that a challenge melekim? Because I love challenges....you know why? Because I always win. And I dare you to scream." I whispered.
"Razzaq I swear- just put me down!" She punched my chest which I felt like an ant is biting me, kicked the air like a baby as I opened the sliding door where there was my personal pool.
Her eyes widened upon seeing the pool which was immensely wide and almost 5 feet deep.
"No- no Razzaq you wouldn't!" Her eyes widened.
"Oh but I would melekim." I smirked.
"Wait no no no-" I dropped her in the pool cutting her off as it replicated a huge splash.
She finally came to the surface after an intense struggle.
I just smirked and jumped into the pool. She looked like she was going to chew me alive.
But before she could say anything, I grabbed her wrist firmly and twisted it behind her waist as her body collided with mine.
She gasped softly as our orbs locked into each other.
Her hijab, her clothes were completely wet.
Her mouth was dropped slightly as she struggled to get free from my grip.
I inched closer to her face inspecting her wet long lashes and her freckles highlighted on her shiny wet skin.
I came closer to her just an inch away from her pink wet lips.
"What did I tell you melekim? I would make you shut up. Take this as a lesson for next time, I don't loose. Think twice before challenging me, because next time.....your punishment won't be so lenient." I breathed.
