VADA

“It’s just you and me now,” I whispered, staring into Patrick’s giant white eyes. “At least you don’t snore.

“You hog the bed like they do, because you’re enormous. But at least you lie still. I don’t wake up feeling like octopus prey, with hairy arms and legs trapping me in a cocoon of man sweat.”

I ran my hand over his soft chest, smiling as I recalled the night Garrett won him for me. Evan was so annoyed. He was such a grump sometimes. But he was a lovable grump.

Ironically, that was the day I had sex with Evan and Jake for the first time. Garrett was the one who scored Patrick with his amazing Skee-Ball skills, but he didn’t score any pussy that night.

My guys were amazing lovers. They had impressive stamina for older men. All three of them came with some serious cockage, and they knew how to use it.

And those tongues.

Man, what they did to me with their mouths.

I slipped my hand inside my panties, my fingers sliding through my slick folds. My pussy hadn’t seen any action in weeks. Not since I lost my baby.

I’d bled for ten freaking days after my miscarriage. What was the point of having the D&C? That doctor in Vegas was a quack.

When I went to my own gynecologist, she said I hadn’t needed that procedure. My body would’ve taken care of it on its own.

I closed my eyes, rubbing my clit softly as I coaxed her out of hibernation. Jake had this weird thing he did with the groove in the base of his tongue that always made me cum.

There was no way I could replicate it with my finger, or any of my sex toys.

Evan wasn’t afraid to give my nipples a rough working-over. He also possessed a very talented tongue.

I rubbed one of my nipples through the lace on my bra, tugging on it until it was rock-hard while my fantasy continued to play out in my mind.

I didn’t have any more hands for Garrett’s part. He would be behind me, feathering light kisses across my bum.

In my fantasy, Evan wasn’t freaked out by anal play. Garrett would finger my asshole or use one of the anal toys.

What had happened to all the sex toys? We’d accumulated quite a few between the snake motel and the erotic suite in Vegas.

The guys dropped off my suitcase and Patrick the day they returned to Miami. But they must’ve kept the toys.

A surge of jealousy ended my fantasy. Images of ~my~ guys using those toys with some other woman popped into my brain.

What if they’d already moved on?

Would they resume their search for a wife or just go back to picking up random women who enjoyed casual threesomes?

I jumped when I felt a hand slide up my bare back.

“What are you doing?” Mandy whispered.

My best friend was a tiny woman who moved like a graceful panther. I hadn’t heard her come in, and the mattress didn’t shift under her hundred-pound body.

“I was taking a nap,” I lied, pulling my hand out of my panties.

“Do you always finger yourself while you nap in your underwear with your giant starfish?”

“I wasn’t fingering myself.”

“There’s nothing wrong with that,” she whispered. “We learned to get ourselves off together. You don’t have to hide your masturbation from me.”

“I’m not hiding anything.”

“I’ve missed you,” she whispered, her hand coming around to cup my breast. “Let me help you, babe.”

My eyes filled with tears. The girl who never cried. Until I got pregnant and turned into a hormonal mess. And lost the most important person in my life.

“I bet your kitty has been really lonely,” she murmured, rubbing me through my panties. “You’re very wet, babe.”

I grabbed her wrist, removing her hand from between my legs. “No, Mandy,” I said. “I’m sorry. I can’t do this with you anymore.”

I climbed off the bed, grabbing my robe from the back of the chair.

“I’m sorry,” she said softly. “I thought you were ready.”

“I can’t go back to the way things were before, Mandy.”

“Why not?”

“I’m not the same person I was before I went on the trip.”

“I know that, Vada,” she said. “You lost a baby. I understand what that’s like. I’ve been through it. You don’t just get over a miscarriage. It’s something that stays with you for the rest of your life.”

“You were a lot further along than I was. And you didn’t just lose a baby. You lost your uterus. I was only five weeks pregnant. My baby wasn’t even really a baby. It was an embryonic sac.”

“Vada!”

“What?”

“That is ~not~ true at all. Your baby was a human being from the moment of conception. At five weeks the nervous and circulatory system start forming. He would’ve had a heart a couple of weeks later.”

“Really?”

“Yes.”

“It’s still not the same as when you lost your baby. You were four months pregnant. And I can have more babies.”

“That doesn’t mean you can’t grieve for the baby you lost,” she whispered.

I sat on the edge of the bed next to her, squeezing her hand. “How did this turn into a discussion about our lost babies?”

“I’m not sure.”

“I know we made promises to each other,” I said gently. “We were gonna live together forever. But things change. People change. We were fourteen when we started this thing between us.

“I never thought I would fall in love with one man, let alone three. But that’s what happened. And I can’t undo that. It’s out of my control.”

“I knew that was gonna happen,” she said, reaching for a tissue. She ripped it in half, offering me the smaller piece.

“There’s more tissues,” I laughed. “And why do you get the bigger piece?”

“Because I’m the one getting dumped.”

“I’m not dumping you, Mandy,” I whispered.

“Am I eating your pussy right now?”

“No.”

“Am I ever gonna eat your pussy again?”

“No.”

“I love you, Vada,” she sobbed. “I hope we can still be best friends.”

“Of course, we can,” I said. “That will never change.”

“I guess I better start looking for another place to live.”

“Why?”

“Are you gonna keep your condo after you move in with the guys?”

“I don’t know if I’m getting back together with them,” I sighed, picking at a loose thread hanging from the hem of my robe.

“Why?”

“How can I trust them after what they did?”

“They had no choice, Vada.”

“Sure, they did.”

“If they had betrayed your dad, would that make them better people?”

“No.”

“So what were they supposed to do?”

“They could’ve just said no to the entire thing.”

“They must’ve really wanted you, or they wouldn’t have done it, knowing that they risked losing you when the truth came out.”

“I suppose. But what did they think was gonna happen? Did they really think I’d forgive them for keeping my dad’s illness a secret?”

“I think they were hoping you’d fall so madly in love with them that you’d have to forgive them eventually.”

“That’s pretty arrogant of them,” I snorted.

“But isn’t that exactly what happened?” she asked with a knowing grin.

“Yeah,” I muttered with a reluctant sigh.

“So what are you gonna do about it?”

“I don’t know.”

***

“Get your sexy ass out of that bed!”

I screamed when a set of strong hands latched onto my ankles and dragged me across the mattress.

“Jasmine! What the fuck are you doing?!”

“We’re staging an intervention,” Destiny announced, appearing in the doorway with a suitcase.

Jasmine and Destiny were good friends of mine. They used to be friends with benefits before my pussy decided she only wanted cock.

And not just any cock.

I couldn’t get her off with any of my dildos. Not even Wanda, my expensive treat I’d bought myself after Dad passed away.

My pussy wanted a specific trio of cocks, and she wasn’t going to settle for anything else.

“I don’t need an intervention,” I sighed, grabbing my comforter and pulling it over me.

Jasmine yanked it off and grabbed me and tossed me over her shoulder. She was a bodybuilder and a cop. I didn’t stand a chance of getting away from her.

“Put me down, Jasmine! How did you guys even get in?”

“I let them in,” Mandy said, following us into the bathroom.

“Why?”

“Because your moping period is over,” Destiny informed me while she began pulling things from her rolling suitcase.

Destiny was an aesthetician. And by the looks of it, she was preparing to give me a wax job.

“I’m fine,” I said. “Go away.”

“Drop your shorts,” she ordered.

“No.”

“Why?” Jasmine chuckled. “We’ve all seen your pussy. We’ve all eaten out that sweet cookie many times. What are you hiding?”

“Nothing.”

“Liar,” she hissed, reaching for the waistband of my shorts.

“This is sexual assault,” I warned. “You’re a cop. Shame on you.”

“Nobody is sexually assaulting you, Vada,” Mandy said.

“Forcing me to get naked is assault.”

“It’s about hygiene.”

“Excuse me?”

“Do you want to go to the beach with your pubes hanging out of your bikini?”

“Who said I was going to the beach?”

“We’re taking you today,” Jasmine said. “To my beach house on Key Biscayne. We’re gonna spend the weekend there.”

“I’m not really into that anymore, Jazzy,” I said.

“Into what?”

“Girl orgies.”

“We aren’t taking you there for ~that~,” she sighed, shaking her head. “It’s just gonna be a fun weekend, hanging out on the beach and having a few drinks.”

“That actually sounds nice,” I said.

“But first, Destiny needs to take care of the bush in your panties.”

“Fine,” I relented with a reluctant sigh.

***

“You missed the exit!” I yelled when Jasmine flew past the off-ramp that would take us to the Rickenbacker Causeway and Key Biscayne.

“Shit!” she laughed, continuing down the interstate.

“Aren’t you gonna get off and turn around?”

“Do you know what happens to backseat drivers, Vada?”

“Uh, no,” I said with a nervous laugh.

“Do you wanna find out?”

“Not really.”

“Then zip it.”

“Where are we going?” I demanded when we took the exit for Coral Gables. “And your answer better not be Tahiti Beach.”

“Relax, Vada,” Destiny ordered.

“I knew it,” I muttered when Jasmine headed down Cocoplum Road. “You do realize that Tahiti Beach is a gated community. You can’t get in unless you live there.”

“Or you were invited by someone who lives there,” Mandy corrected.

“What did you guys do?!” I cried. “I’m not ready to see them. Please. I’m begging you, Jasmine. Turn this car around.”

“Vada, baby,” Destiny said. “Chill. We’ve got your back. Hear them out. That’s all you have to do. Then if you wanna leave, just say the word.”

“They asked you to kidnap me and bring me here?”

“Of course not,” Mandy said. “I called them and told them you were a basket case. And they suggested I bring you out here.”

“Why would you tell them that, Mandy?”

“That you’re a basket case?”

“Yes,” I snapped.

“Aren’t you?”

“Yes,” I admitted, gritting my teeth. “But they don’t need to know that.”

“I beg to differ.”

My lower lip was a mangled mess by the time we pulled up to the gatehouse. I couldn’t say for sure ~why~ I was so nervous.

The gate swung open, granting us entry into the exclusive oceanfront community. Jasmine drove slowly down the winding island road until we reached their driveway.

Mandy turned around in the passenger seat, her teary eyes belying her smile of encouragement. “You ready, babe?” she whispered.

“You’re acting like this is my wedding day or something,” I snorted. “I’m just coming to talk to them, and then we’re gonna go home.”

“Get out,” Jasmine ordered.

“You guys aren’t coming with me?”

“No,” Destiny said, patting my hand. “We’ll wait out here.”

I climbed out of the back seat and walked slowly up the sidewalk to the front door. Evan answered, dressed in a tuxedo.

“Hello,” I said slowly.

Jake and Garrett appeared, also dressed in tuxedos.

“Uh, what’s going on?”

“Come in, beautiful,” Jake said.

I stepped inside the foyer, glancing back at my friends before Evan closed the door. He placed his hand on the small of my back, propelling me forward into the great room.

“Look, guys,” I said. “My friends tricked me into coming here. They told me we were going to Key Biscayne for the weekend.”

“Would you rather go there with your girlfriends than be here with us?” Evan asked, an edge in his voice.

“Ev,” Jake warned.

“It’s a fair question,” Garrett said.

I licked my lips, glancing back and forth between them. Who was I kidding? The second I stepped through their front door, I knew I was never leaving. This was where I belonged.

“No,” I whispered.

“You’d rather be here?” Jake clarified.

“There’s nowhere else I’d rather be than here with you guys,” I said. “If you’ll have me.”

Evan reached into his jacket, producing the pink box that contained my ring. They knelt in front of me, gazing into my eyes with so much love that any lingering doubts I had disappeared.

I held out my hand, trembling when they slid the ring on my finger.

“Will you marry me, Vada?” Evan asked.

“Yes,” I whispered.

“Will you marry me, Vada?” Jake asked.

“Yes,” I whispered.

“Will you marry me, Vada?” Garrett asked.

“Yes,” I whispered.

“Today?” Evan asked.

“What?”

“Today,” Jake said.

“We’re getting married today?” I gasped.

“I’m not sure why else we would be wandering around in tuxedos,” Garrett chuckled.

“I don’t have a dress,” I said.

“Yes you do,” Evan said.

“I do?”

“And Rolf is outside on the terrace.”

“Who’s that?”

“The guy who does the ceremonies.”

“Oh.”

“What do you say, Vada?” Jake asked. “Would you like to get married on the beach this afternoon?”

“Yes,” I said, wiping away the tears I couldn’t hold back. “I would love to marry you guys today.”

They lifted me up, three mouths all trying to kiss me at the same time.

“I love you guys,” I laughed while tears poured down my cheeks.

“And we love you.”

***

I loved the beach.

Everything about it.

The heavenly fragrance of sand, seaweed, and sunscreen.

The rhythmic lapping of the waves as they rolled into the shore.

The warm breeze blowing through my hair.

They were waiting for me at the shore, their pant legs rolled up, the foamy blue-green water swirling over their bare feet.

My men were so handsome.

Evan, the tallest, clean-shaven, with his thick brown hair combed back. Jake stood next to him, just a hair shorter, his black beard neatly trimmed.

And Garrett. My silver fox. His unruly gray hair and scruffy jaw complementing his carefree nature.

I held my bouquet of pink roses in one hand, my framed photo of my parents in the other. The warm sand seeped between my toes as I walked slowly toward the water.

Mandy took my bouquet, holding up the photo while I joined my men. Jasmine and Destiny stood off to the side. There were no other guests for my impromptu wedding. And I was okay with that.

Jake and Garrett didn’t have any close family. I wondered briefly about Evan’s family. Did they know about his lifestyle?

“Welcome, friends,” Rolf began. “We have gathered here today to join our brothers, Evan Morgan, Jake Edwards, and Garrett Mitchell, with their chosen partner.

“Please form the circle of commitment.”

The guys joined hands with me in the center.

“Vada Collins, do you accept these three men as exclusive members of your harem?”

“Yes,” I said. “I do.”

“Please repeat after me.”

“I, Vada, take you, Evan, and you, Jake, and you, Garrett, to be my husbands in every sense of the word. I promise to love you and honor my commitment to you and our union for the rest of my life.”

“Do you, Evan, promise to love, honor, and cherish this woman for the rest of your life?”

“I do.”

“Do you, Jake, promise to love, honor, and cherish this woman for the rest of your life?”

“I do.”

“Do you, Garrett, promise to love, honor, and cherish this woman for the rest of your life?”

“I do.”

“Evan, Jake, and Garrett, do you promise to share this woman as your wife and mother of your children and adhere to all the rules of our chosen society?”

“We do,” they chimed.

“Vada Collins, these men have promised to love and care for you for the rest of their lives.

“On behalf of all the members of our group, I welcome you to our chosen family and now pronounce you wife and husbands. Congratulations. You may kiss your bride.”

They each took a turn, oldest to youngest, claiming my mouth with passionate kisses while the waves crashed in around us.

Evan, Jake, and Garrett.

My husbands.
