As she went out, she saw bhavik standing in the balcony, staring at the moon, the moonlight across his face making him look like a prince charming.
Avni thought "there he is!" And took a deep breath.
Avni called "bhavik!"
He turned around but doesn't respond and continues to stare at her with some distance with a ciaggrate in his hand.
Avni came a bit closer and added further "bhavik, is tarah achanak dinning table se uth ke aa jana rude hai (bhavik, it rude to just suddenly leave the dining table like that.)"
Bhavik replied with an emotionless face"or vo rude nhi hai jo mujhe ek aisi shadi ke liye force kr rhe hai jo me nhi krna chahata (and they're rude for forcing me into a marriage i never wanted.)"
Avni asked surprisingly"aap nhi chahte ye shadi krna? Aapse pehle kisi ne aapka opinion nhi pucha? (You don't want to get married? Didn't anyone ask for your opinion before?)"
Bhavik laughed sarcastically"hn? Tumhe lgta hai ye sb meri marzi se ho rha hai? (Huh? Do you think all this is happening with my consent?)"
He added further"aisa ho he nhi skta, ki me us se shadi krne ke liye ha krdu! (It is not possible that I would say yes to marry her.)"
Avni replied in a low voice avoiding eye contact with him "lekin ye shadi aapki family ke liye bohot matter krti hai (but his marriage means a lot to your family.)"
Bhavik replied "well, mere liye nhi. Me aisi ladki se shadi nhi kr skta, jis se me pyar nhi krta (well, not to me. i refuse to marry a woman i don't love.)" he looks at her, his eyes are full of love and truth. The affection in his stare teases the emotions within him.
Noticing his disappointment, avni tried to tease him to lift his mood, she giggled and taunted "ohhh... jis se me pyar nhi krta us se shadi nhi kr skta.... pr...mr.vaidya, pr aap to mujhe aaj tk ek baar bhi romantic type ke nhi lge (Ohhh... I can't marry someone I don't love... but... Mr. Vaidya, you have never seemed like the romantic type to me even once till date)"
Bhavik replied with a gentle smile"well, me nhi tha romantic type. Pr sirf jb tk, jb tk me tumse nhi mila tha. Tumse Milne ke baad mera shadi ko dekhne ka way badal gya, avni.(well, i wasn't. not until I met you. meeting you changed the way I view marriage, avni.)"
Listening this, avni's heart beat impatiently and she can almost feel it beating loudly continuously inside her ear. His unclear words leave her more confused than ever. Avni thought "i want to know everything that's in his heart, I want to hear it all"
Avni replied"bhavik meri taraf dekho, me jan na chahti hu ki aapka dil sch me kya feel krta hai(bhavik look at me, I want to know what your heart really feels.)"
The air rush heavily between them as she closes their distance and places her palm on his chest."mujhe btao na, aap sch much mere bare me kya feel krte ho, bhavik.(Tell me, what you truly feel about me ,Bhavik.)"
He leans in, his heavy breath touching her neck and leaving a mark of electric sensation on her skin. He asked slowly placing his head on her neck "kya tum sure ho ki tum ye sb kch handle kr skti ho, avni?(you sure you can handle it all, avni?)"
Avni can feel his quick and heavy heartbeats throbbing against her palm, evidence of his tangible emotions.
Bhavik replied "tumne mujhse pucha tha na ki agr ye deal itni he important thi to mene vaibhav se fight kyu ki?(you asked me why I fought with Vaibhav if the deal was so important.)"
He added further"sch to ye hai, ki agr mujhe aisa firse krna pda to me firse krunga, kyuki tum mere liye kisi bhi deal ya kisi bhi promise se zyada important ho (The truth is, I'd do it again if I had to, you mean more to me than any deal or any promises.)"
Hearing bhavik say these things out loud took her by surprise. For her, it felt like all her dreams were suddenly not just far off dreams, but her reality.
Bhavik catches her hand when it begins to Shiver. He place a kiss on it before putting it back on his chest. He replied in an intense tone "you mean a lot to me, avni, or isliye me is bakwas shadi se go through nhi kr pa rha hu(you mean a lot to me, avni, and that's why I can't go through this useless marriage.)"
He informed further"me janta hu ki mere dad ne underworld me apni power bdhane ke liye meri shadi krane ka plan bnaya tha, lekin jb tk me tumse nhi mila tha, mujhe is loveless marriage se koi problem nhi thi (i know my father had plans to get me married to extend his reign in the underworld, but I was okay with the loveless marriage until I met you.)"
Avni replied shyly"ab aap akele nhi ho (you're not alone anymore.)"
Bhavik replied"i know, avni"
He added further"is raat ne to mujhe pagal he kr diya hai (this night has driven me to the edge.)" and smoked his ciaggrate again.
Avni replied childishly"mujhe bhi do na(give me some of that too)"
Bhavik replied teasingly"accha? Dekho ab tum big girl bnne ka try kr rhi ho(oh?look at you trying to be a big girl.)"
Avni replied in a childish voice again. "mujhe chidhana bnd kro or do mujhe ye (stop teasing me and just give me that. )"
And then she took the ciaggrate from his hand a bit forcefully and smoked it.
Bhavik taunted "mene tumhe Kam smjha tha, tum utni bhi kamzor nhi ho jitna mene socha tha (i underestimated you, you're not as fragile as I thought.)"
Avni replied"never....you thought wrong."
Bhavik flashes a boyish smirk and she can't help but get shake by his dominating charm. There's just something about him that draws her closer to him every time.
Avni thought while blushing "i just wanna stay like this with him. If only that's possible....."
Just then they heard lateeka's sound from downstairs."we're sorry, mr. Bhanushali. Hame ye dinner yehi khtm krna pda (we're sorry we had to cut this dinner short mr. Bhanushali.)"
As Avni hears the sound of everyone getting ready to leave, she got upset of the thought of going back to the Bhanushali's residence.
Bhavik lift her chin up and Said in an intense voice "goodbye, beautiful."

Back at Bhanushali mansion,
As the night comes to an end, avni find herself unable to sleep. So, she decides to take a walk in the huge mansion.
Avni was in the balcony while she suddenly hears Rama's sound talking to someone on the call.
Avni thought looking at her from upside "is that rama?who could she be talking to at this time of the night?"
She tries to focus on her words, and overhears her conversation."chinta mt kro. Ek bar ye shadi ho gyi to me bhavik vaidya ke sath jo chahu kr skti hu. Me apne promise ko pura krne ka pura try krungi (don't worry. once this marriage is done, I can do anything I want with bhavik vaidya.I'll make sure to keep my end of the bargain.)"
Avni thought shockingly"what????"

Back In avni's room,
Avni thought "I still don't know what rama ji meant by her promise."
Avni looked at the clock and saw that it's already 5 am and she didn't sleep the whole night.
Just then kitty meowd, and jumped from the bed and come to avni. Avni took her in her lap and started talking to her "tumhe pta hai aaj kya hai, kitty? Aaj bhavik ki engagement hai(you know what day it is, Kitty? it's the day of bhavik's engagement.)"
Avni disappointedly caress Kitty's fur as it pleasantly meowd and rubs it's legs on her lap.
They say pets can boost your mood and this is the only thing that can keep avni normal now.
Avni thought "the thought of bhavik marrying another girl makes my heart bleed" and again got upset and put kitty on the bed.
She thought further "there's still time to tell bhavik that his marriage with isha is just a trap. I have to find a way"
