Silver with Kuro ^
It's been 5 years since that ball, my mother died a week after I came back, after that my father was more violent, he would hit the maids for the slightest mess up, and he would abuse me whenever I was in his presence.
He became like my father in my previous life, when my mother died then. Today I woke up to the soft licking of Kuro, my father had ordered that no one give me food, so I ate with the servants, of course I never stopped cooking them my marvelous food.
Cindy walked into my new room, which was now the basement and said "princess I have gotten you your new dress." I nodded and once again looked at myself in the mirror before changing.
My new dress was a black one, Cindy always went and bought them for me since I wasn't allowed to leave the castle, the fact of the matter was, my father didn't know I was going to school today, he was holed up in his room again.
(Imagine she's younger and her hair is more silver/white!)
Cindy then said "do you want to take some of the library books before you go princess?" I nodded and then we went the library.
I didn't talk much anymore, not even to Cindy or Kuro. Cindy was worried about me but then again, i never speak because my father said that me speaking is a sin, and to never do it.
We arrived at the library and I just admired it for a little while.
Then I grabbed the 40 books I hadn't read yet and put them in my space storage. I then said to Cindy "are you packed?" She nodded and showed me her suitcase, I then put it in my space storage, and Kuro meowed and said "let's go Nya!" I nodded and smiled.
We used the secret passageways and went to the carriage waiting for us. Once we got on, we left immediately before my father found out, I left a note in my 'room' saying
"Dear Father,
I would like to tell you I'm going to magika academy and I wish you not to interfere, don't think this is entirely your fault, I planed this when I went to the ball before mother died, so I have finally reached the age I'm aloud to enter. Anyway, I chose to leave today, since your abuse has gotten worse, and I was afraid I'd end up hurting you if I got mad, so goodbye father.
Sincerely, Silver Sora No~"
That's all I wrote.
Well after 3 hour carriage ride, we finally arrived at the magika academy, in the DemonWood kingdom.
I got out with Kuro on my shoulder and Cindy behind me. We went up to the gates and handed the guard my letter from the king and queen. The guards eyes went wide, they bowed to me, and then let us in.
Once we got inside I went wide eyed the whole school was beautiful.
I loved it! Cindy smiled at me and said "since I'm in my 20's I'm allowed to apply for a job as a teacher! So I might take over your new class, who knows!" I smiled and nodded.
I stoped and said "Cindy, in this place I'm gonna speak, I hate being silent all the time, but I'm still gonna be silent ok!" She smiled and me and we continued.
Cindy has to go to a separate area for her exam, so I proceeded to my exam with Kuro on my shoulder. The first exam was the written exam, we are answer all the questions, it is said that only 4 other students in the latter 10 years have ever gotten more than 80% correct, and no on has ever gotten 100% correct.
I didn't want to stand out too much so I did the test so I got 100% but I made it look like o was struggling and I also pretended to be doing the test till the end time.
I noticed that afterwards the examiner wanted to talk to me, I got up when everyone left and walked up to the examiner and handed in my exam.
He told me "can you please wait Princess?" I nodded and he correct or graded my exam as some would say and went wide eyed after 10 minutes, he said to me "your graded 100% correct!" I nodded and said "I pretended to be struggling but I finished this in 20 minutes." He was shocked.
He then said "princess you have break now, the physical or combat exam as you'd call it, is ok 2 hours your required to come." I nodded and left towards the cafeteria.
The other students at the school had the day of while we had our exams, I arrived at the cafeteria and Kuro said "master can I have fish!" I giggled a bit and said "you always do!" And she laughed.
I went up the chef and said "do you have any fish, my familiar only eats fish." She nodded and handed me a plate with fish on it, I then ordered the fries they had and paid.
I went to a table away from the others in the room, and put the fish on the table, Kuro looked at me and said "master can I have the usual way you cook it!" I nodded and used my fire magic to softly cook the fish without affecting anything around it.
He then ate it and I ate my fries, finally after 2 hours I had arrived at the training field for the combat exam.
He called us one by one, finally it was my turn to fight, i was up against the strongest fighter in the school, I waited for him to make the first move and he did.
I saw him swing his sword at me, I grabbed my dagger I hid and used it to duck under the blade and nudge it, then I in one motion went behind him and held my dagger to his neck and said "give up." I let a little of my killing intent out and he said "I give up!" And I returned to my usual cute self and said "thx for the training!" Everyone stared and I said "what?" But no one answered.
The we had our magic exam, they brought out a grey orb and told all of to line up. We did as they said and one by one we placed our hands on the orb and channeled our mana into it and it told us our element and then it appeared with how much mana we had.
After a few 10 minutes it was finally my turn, everyone was watching intently, I just casually touched the orb without doing anything and it exploded, I got cut a bit, but quickly healed myself before they noticed, I also protected everyone with my shield magic.
But in that split second before it exploded I saw the infinite sign, and I also saw three question marks. I turned to the examiner and said "how about we go for a guess here and say "that my magic power is to High for it to measure and train me in all types of magic to see which one is my affinity." They nodded and we all went home, well I was led to my dorm, because I was told I already passed and that I was in silver class, which is a class for all of the most powerful students.
