Chapter 84: Chapter 83 - Business

Raphael POV Raphael POV Watching Olivia jump at that bitch made me proud and extremely horny. I can't believe that my little quiet girlfriend had that fire in her. I keep thinking if I ever cheated on her. Does having sex while still going after her counts? We weren’t together. Hell, we only got together for a few days and then shit hit the fan. Did I ever cheat on her? I keep trying to remember and for the life of me, I can’t think straight.

After changing Mike into his new clothes we put him in the car seat and home we went.

Olivia booked her next scan for tomorrow so we will be able to find out if we are having a girl or a boy. I would like a girl. Would be lovely to have a little princess. Especially if she looks like her mother. Maria will babysit Mike while we go. It gives them time to bond. I think she needs it. She doesn’t like to go to the hospital. It makes her anxious so she hasn’t been with him a lot. Now she will have all the time in the world with him. I offered her the guest room if she wants to stay over and she accepted. She says her flat brings bad memories. I feel bad for her. Hopefully, Mike will bring back her smile.

I can’t wait to have both my babies in my arms. I never thought I would be the kind of person that would settle and have babies, a family. But here I am. Walking into Mike’s nursery holding him while he sleeps. I could do this forever. Never leave his side.

I put him down on his crib and turned the video system on. I take the screen with me and walk towards the office.

I sit on my desk and pass my hands through my hair. I have a lot to deal with. Some new drugs are appearing in the market and I haven’t even gone through it. I need to see what profit it would make.

I call Joseph asking him to come around so we can discuss business. He is bringing Petra so she can meet the baby and keep Olivia company while we deal with all this paperwork.

Olivia knocks on the door.

“Hey, do you want anything to eat?” - she asks “I’ll have a sandwich please “ - I say not taking my eyes away from the papers.

“Do you need help?” - she asks me.

“No thanks, Joseph is coming around, can you tell him to come in when he arrives?”

“Sure, I’ll take the monitor with me so you can focus”

“You are a star” - I tell her Olivia takes the monitor and not long after Maria walks in with my food and some coffee.

“You need to eat” - she says and I smile at her.

“Thanks”

Joseph arrives while I am eating and we start discussing the drugs and guns shipments. I haven’t had any problems with English lately. The Spanish are quite as well and the Russians have been doing deals with us. I still need to sort out Olivia’s ex excuse of a boyfriend.

About one hour later I hear a knock on the door and Olivia walks in holding Mike. The sight of them together brings a smile to my face.

“Sorry I just want to know if you want to feed him or should I do it?”

“Do you mind doing it? I still have quite a lot here to deal with”

Joseph looks at me and when he is about to speak I cut him off with my eyes.

“Yeah, no problem” - Olivia says and walks out to feed Mike.

“I thought we were done here” - Joseph says “I need to know if you found the ex-boyfriend “

“We have been following him. Checking his routine and if someone will miss the excuse of a man”

“Good, I want a report in this desk tomorrow night, I want to know what time he farts” - I say and Joseph laughs.

“Not a problem” - he says and we start discussing my new business. A new strip club that Olivia doesn’t know about. I don’t like to hide things from her, but this particular one I don’t want her to know for now. We took it from the brits and the women were all mistreated and illegal in the country. Human trafficking. We are now sending them back to their homes with money. And then we will hire new strippers and legalise the business so we can launder money.

I need Olivia not paying attention to this business and Joseph is making everything he can to keep Olivia in the dark. Not even Petra knows about this one.

After we finish this meeting is almost dinner time and we invite Joseph and Petra do stay for dinner.

Olivia needs some girl time and I don’t mind looking after Mike.

Olivia has been looking after him all day. Maria helped me a lot but she also has some work to do.

The drinks before goes on well and I can tell Olivia is having fun with Petra. What she doesn’t know is that I invited John and Anna as well. Anna is bringing Olivia’s brother and John is bringing his new boyfriend. That was a surprise for me. I didn’t know he was gay.

When everyone arrives Olivia is so happy that I can feel my heart skipping a beat. She looks radiant.

Maria is in heaven taking care of two baby’s. Mike is only a few weeks younger than Anna’s baby.

I stand up to check on Maria with the baby’s in the nursery and when I open the door I can hear her talking to Mike about Tammy. I stand still without making noise.

“Your mommy loved you very much” - she says “She would’ve been so proud of you”

“I will always talk to you about her, I want you to know who your mommy is” - I don’t know why I got upset by this.

I get that Tammy is his biological mother but Olivia will be his mommy, she will be the one raising him with me. She will be the one loving him, taking care of him when he is sick. She will be the one losing nights of sleep.

I turn around and leave closing the door quietly.

I will talk to Maria at a later point. I am more than happy for her to talk about Tammy. But I don’t want her to make believe that Olivia is nothing to Mike.

As I am walking to the dining room my phone starts to ring.

“Robert” - I say while I answer the phone “Boss, we need you at the club”

“Which one?”

“The new one”

“Shit, I’m on my way with Joseph”

I quickly text Joseph letting him know we are leaving while I walk into my office and grab my gun from the safe.

I grab my leather jacket, keys and phone and walk to the dining room.

“I am sorry everyone but we have to leave. Business needs out attention” - I say not giving a lot away.

I walk to Olivia and I place a soft kiss on the top of her head.

“Is everything okay?” - she whispers.

“I don’t know yet, don’t wait up” - I say as we walk out towards the lift for the garage.

I drive to the club that is in Queens. Once we got there my soldiers were holding two man inside.

“What happened?” - I ask as I walk inside next to Joseph “Those two tried to grab the strippers” - Robert says “You called me here for that?” - I ask “No boss, not only that. We searched them and they had the new drugs with them. They were trying to deal to the girls.

I walk to the two men and I can see the fear in their eyes. They thought they could just come in sell the drugs have fun with my girls and then get out as if nothing happened. That’s where they are wrong.

“I am only going to ask this once. So think carefully before you answer”

Both of them look at each other and nod their heads.

“Who do you work for?” - I ask “I don’t know his name, he has a weird accent and he told us this was an easy place to sell”

I believe them but I still need to send a message.

I grab my gun and shoot one of them in the head. The other one is now crying.

“Go tell your boss the Shark sends regards” - I say I walk towards the back of the bar and Joseph follows me.

“Are you sure it is a good idea to let him go?”

“He was shitting is pants” - I say “Still”

“Have someone follow him discreetly”

Joseph walks out to get one of our men to follow the imbecile and I sit on my desk in the back office.

This is disgusting and distasteful. I need to have all of this moved out and new furniture brought in. - I think to myself More tomorrow Love Peyton
