Given that VTubing is a relatively new profession and not yet mainstream content, opinions are bound to differ.
Still, there is a general understanding.

There are VTubers with personas of being an 8000-year-old demon, descendants of dragons, or even beings that have lived in humanity's dreams.
Of course, no viewer actually believes these personas are real.
Itâs all just a concept to make the broadcast more entertaining. A tool to help viewers immerse themselves in the show.
Most VTubers donât even commit to role-playing that seriously.
Or rather, it might be more accurate to say that the structure of VTubing doesnât allow for consistent role-play.
How can VTubers, who arenât professional actors, maintain a constant stream of lies and performances? If they were that talented, they would have become actors instead.
Plus, putting in the effort to maintain such a character is exhausting. If you have the energy for such intense role-play, wouldnât it be more productive to prepare content for the next broadcast?
Moreover, VTubers often feel the urge to share their true stories with their audience. And viewers, too, want to see the real side of VTubers.
In the end, VTubing is a bizarre form of streaming, where both VTubers and viewers crave the truth within a web of agreed-upon lies.
So, no one really believed that Aurora was a villainess exiled from a ducal family.

After all, how could that girl who guzzles pork soup in the morning while grunting âPork soup, yum!â be a noble lady?
Sometimes, she does give off a vibe of being a rich girl, but when you see her mixing canned tuna into plain rice and devouring it, it just feels like a passing thought.
