Chapter 49: Terrifying

LUNAWords: 1136

No drafts, no scratch papers

This poem is as raw as children thinkers

On a night in march, on a Saturday

Suddenly thought about these feelings that won't go away

Started young, started innocent

In circles still we went

Affections grew, heart shattered repeatedly

A smile you threw, heart fixed immediately

Affections so deep, the ocean would be embarrassed

Affections too large, the universe would be embarrassed

Affections too hot, lava itself starts to melt

Affections too complicated, nothing can be dealt

My love for you is as large as the universe,

As deep as the sea, deeper than an abyss

My love for you is an endless poem, never runs out of verse

Purer than water, sweeter than a kiss

It terrifies me, to look at a person beyond their form

It terrifies me, to see you as someone who'd complete me whole

It terrifies me, to look at you like you were my whole world

It terrifies me, when I suddenly realized that you are nothing than just one boy

Terrifying, yes, but magical too

Hey, I just saw a guy as my world and everything too

He may not see me the same way

How could he? When "I love you", was something I was scared to say
