Chapter 69: Starry Night

LUNAWords: 541

Midnight, at a day in April

Looked up at the night sky, filled with stars and darkness

A picture of you came in my mind

Then told myself again, I am fine

The stars in the sky are droplets of white on a black canvass

Stars so bright, and golden like the touch of Midas

Tears fell, like a rain on Egypt

Too unexpected, too painful to accept

A starry night you are, before you chose to be a storm

A starry night, until you chose to be the one who breaks the armor

A starry night is what I think of you

But you were actually just a shade of blue
