Jeno woke up to something touching him, he usually would be weirded out but for some reason the person who was touching him felt familiar. Jeno slowly opened his eyes and was shocked when he saw Jaemin completely awake with a smile on his face towards him.
Jeno almost lost his shit, Jaemin looks absolutely amazing still and he was still smiling but that is how Jaemin is, he smiles all of the time and he has different smiles but with this smile it was hard to tell if Jaemin was hurt or not.
"Nono." Jaemin said in a raspy voice because he has been passed out for almost 4 days. Jeno wanted to kiss and hold Jaemin but he has to call the doctor first.
"Nana, hold on let me get the doctor." Jeno said as he pecked Jaemin's head before running out of the room to get a doctor. There was one doctor that was actually right next to the door, so Jeno asked him to check on his boyfriend.
"Nono, what happened?" Jaemin asked in a lighter tone than before because the doctor had given Jaemin some water. Jaemin looked confused and worried especially when he saw his leg in a cast.
"Yeeun attacked you but I think we saved you just in time, but if we didn't find you, you would probably ...." Jeno stopped talking once he almost said 'dead', he didn't even want to think about the possibility of having his soulmate dead.
"Yeeun, why would she do that?" Jaemin said in a surprised tone, it was like as if Jaemin forgot about Yeeun or something. Maybe Jaemin just forget about the other night overall and honestly Jeno wasn't sure how he felt about this.
"She was jealous that I got you and she tried to kill you but me and the others got there just in time. This wouldn't have happened if I had told you that was going to happen." Jeno explained as tears started running down his eyes and to his cheeks.
"Jeno, what are you trying to tell me?" Jaemin asked as he looked at Jeno with confusion all over his face, he looked so innocent and sweet that it broke Jeno even more as he started crying even more.
"Yeeun walked up to me at the mall and she said that she had a plan to get me and that I should watch out. I was debating whether to tell you that day but you were so happy and I didn't want to end that but now here you are in the hospital because of me not telling you. If I had told you then you would be in the hospital." Jeno explained as he rolled himself into a ball and cried, he expected Jaemin to be pissed and maybe even hit him or something but instead he felt himself getting hugged by Jaemin.
"It's ok Nono." Jaemin said as he smiled at Jeno before kissing Jeno's lips.
"God you really are an angel." Jeno said as he caressed Jaemin's cheek and smiled, he wiped his own tears away and kissed Jaemin one last time.
"Well the doctor said that you would have to stay in the hospital for a whole week but after that then you can come home." Jeno said as he chuckled at Jaemin who giggled excitedly, he really just wanted to sleep in his bed so badly.
"Sweet." Jaemin replied.
