“Eh! We are the bad ones....” Feng whispered and stepped back slightly. Ethan and Aiden supported her from either side.

Hearing her surprised exclamation, Clarian glanced their way.

The little blond girl looked surprised and slightly dubious. She hesitantly walked closer. “Are you here to play?”

“Yes they are, I thought you would feel lonely,” Hibi immediately said with a smiling face. “Go on then,”

Feng’s eyebrows twitched. ‘The fuck! He is lying through his teeth’ she watched the little girl excitedly jump around. ‘And she seemed to believe that?!’

‘This is bad. We can’t afford to get close to the main characters. It will only spell our doom. Especially if we considered the villains.’ Feng gritted her teeth silently.

Both the twins and Elle had more than enough and were about to go on a rampage, but Feng held them back. ‘this kind of shameless guys needed to be dealt with differently.’ She subtly pinched the kid’s palm and whispered, “Act along.”

When Clarina happily came close, Feng stumbled back, acting surprised. “Don’t come close!!! I-I am scared. We didn’t do anything. Please don’t do anything to us~” she cried pitifully.

Hibi sighed loudly. “But you cried all night because of how they mistreated you.”

“That.... that was nothing. They didn’t do anything to me,” she whispered, tearing up a bit.

Those words seem all innocent and but the underlying meaning in this context only means that they did hurt her.

That enraged the man even more.

Feng flinched. ‘What is this girl doing? Is she not going to explain? Why is she crying pitifully again?’

“Master Hibi, don’t worry too much I-I’m well,” Clarina started to comfort him by patting his knees. “I-I will be good. Then.... then someone might want to be my friend,’

Feng just blinked in astonishment. ‘Is this girl intentionally doing this? Shit, we can’t stay here any further. If that guy really decides to fight us, someone is bound to get hurt.’

Feng silently observed Clarina. She was silently looking at her feet.

“I have had enough.” Ethan pulled Feng back and glared at them. “It’s Miss Feng for you!! Unlike that maid’s girl she is adopted by lady Hiliana. You have to no right to disrespect her!”

“Ethan, wait..” Feng tried to control the situation.

“He is right, Meimei,” Elle came forward as well. “You are the rat here. You ask us to apologise to a maid girl? Not happening,”

Even Aiden, who was calm headed, was gearing up for a fistfight.

“Guys, let’s go!!!” Feng swiftly pulled the twins and Elle out the door. The other burly looking men chased them but Aiden froze the floor making it slippery.
