Life looks a little different now a days.
I'm not staying up till 2am,
Going on wild adventures,
And driving to the city
Way too late at night.
Nowadays,
I'm not too cool for campus life.
I go to class
I go to a shoot
And I even
I go to the football games.
Most of all,
I still go out,
At 11pm,
To get Taco Bell...
But this time, I'm going
With people
Who love me
And who go with me,
Not for the adventure,
But out of love.
My life may not look
A lot different,
But the way I am loved sure does.
My sleepy friends,
Drive with me to Taco Bell.
My servant hearted friends
Offer me food and take out our trash.
My committed friends
Will wake up with me at 6:30am
To go garage sale shopping at 7am...
And most of all,
My loving friends will pray for me.
How blessed I am
That love,
And life,
Look a lot different now.
