Y/n's P.O.V
Harry and I were walking on the station with Hagrid behind us. It was quite until.
"What did you name your owl???" Harry asked me catching me off guard
I chuckled and said "....Haru"
"Haru??? What does that mean?" He asked me
"Hagrid gifted him to me..so gave him name after him. HA from Hagrid and RU from Rubeus... adding them up.. we get Haru... what did you name yours??" I asked him even though I knew
"Oh.. um.. Hedwig.. Its a word I read in a magical book last night"
"That's a pretty name" I smiled as we walked up to the flyover. Since Hagrid was giant, everyone was looking at him
"What are you looking at?" He asked them as I chuckled. Hagrid took out his pocket watch and gasped. "Blimey! is that the time??.. Sorry Harry and Y/n, I'm gonna have to leave you two. Dumbledor would be wanting his..."he said tapping his pocket. "Well, he'll be wanting to see me. Now your train will leave in 15 minutes. Here's your ticket. I hope you have it too Y/n?" I nodded ."Good.. Stick to to your ticket you two..that's very important."
Harry looked at ticket and I was peeping too. He said, "Platform 9 3/4??? But Hagrid, there must be a mistake. This says platform 9 3/4. There's no such thing, Is there?" We looked at Hagrid but he was nowhere to see.. "where did he go?" Harry asked me
"Maybe, he used magic to teleport?" I suggested and started walking
"But Platform 9 3/4 ??" Harry asked confusedly following me
"Maybe it is some where around here.. Mine says the same" I walking down to stairs
"Let's find it then.." Harry said walking by my side
Now... I know we have go through the wall... but I can't find which wall... every platform is same here... I'm confused as well. we were walking trying to find the wall. But Harry went and asked the Train Station manager about it...'I forgot to stop him'
"Excuse me, excuse me. Excuse me sir.. Can you tell me where I might platform 9 3/4?" Harry asked him while I was just standing watching the scene
"9 3/4?? Think you're being funny, do you?" He said and left and I went next to Harry
that when we heard
"Its same as every year. Packed with Muggles"
'oh'
Harry whispered "Muggles???? Let's go there" He told me and started walking as I followed him
"Platform 9 3/4 , this way" She said again and we followed them. I was trying really hard to stop smiling. everyone of them were the same
"Alright Percy, You first" She said and He walked through the wall. I was watching it with amaze while Harry was shocked
"Fred, You next" She turned back
"He's not Fred, I am"
"Honestly women, You call yourself our Mother?"
I chuckled. "I'm sorry George." She pointed her hand to the wall. He walked there and said. "I'm only joking, I am Fred" He said and ran through the wall and George Followed him. right then Harry approached her and said
"Excuse me, Could you tell us how to?"
"How to get onto the platform? Not to worry Dears" She said and looked at both of us smiling. "Its Ron's first time to Hogwarts as well." She said I looked at Ron, gave him a smile which he replied with a nod. 'see him Potter???? He's your best friend' I smiled to myself.
"All you do is walk straight at the wall, between platforms 9 and 10.. Best to run if you're nervous" She explained and Harry Looked at me
"You go first, I'll follow you" I said smiling and nervously nodded and looked front
"Good Luck" Ginny said to him. 'and that's is your wife, Potter'. He ran right between 9 and 10 and disappeared. Mrs. Weasley turned to me, I walked to her
"Are you...perhaps.. the lady of Weasley Family?" I asked her and she smiled
"That's right.. How do you know me dear?"
"Heard about you from someone.. pleasure to meet you" I smiled
"Its nice meeting you too dear, now go on. you don't want to keep your friend waiting its almost time for departure" She said and I nodded and stood infront of the wall. I took a deep breath , closed my eyes and ran through the wall. I exactly couldn't feel anything. It was like running into air. I walked next to Harry
"what took you so long? He asked his eyes still on the train
"I was little scared.. nothing much.. lets go" I said and walked towards the train with Harry following me
Time skip
Harry and I were sitting across in our compartment. Harry was memorized by the view. I was too..but I was waiting for something else
"Excuse me,"
'there is it' we both looked at compartment gate
"Do you mind? everywhere else is full" He asked us
"Not at all" Harry and I said in Unison. He smiled and took seat next to Harry
"I'm Ron by the way.Ron Weasley" He introduced himself
"I'm Harry, Harry Potter" He replied
Ron Gasped. "So its true! I mean , do you really have the?" He hesitated
"the what?" Harry asked
"He means your scar" I said and Ron nodded. Harry smiled and showed him his scar. Ron exclaimed "wicked!" and turned his head to me
"Oh.. You're the girl who knew My Family's Name! ...I'm Ron" He smiled
"I am Y/n..... Kim" I still hesitated calling myself a Kim. and once again Ron Gasped
"Blimey. I daily read about you in the newspaper.. My whole family wanted to meet you" He said
"It would be great." I smiled at him, just then
"Anything off the trolleys dears?" She asked
'What a timing'
"No thanks. I'm all set" Ron said showing his sandwich, smiling sadly. Harry looked at me and I nodded
"We'll take the lot" Harry and I said in Unison taking out Gold coins from our pockets
And Ron Gasped "Wow!!!"
Ron right now was teaching us about candies, I was silently listening to him while eating a lollipop.
"Bertie Bott's every flavored bean? " Harry asked
"They mean every flavor" Ron said
"I won't try that" I said but Harry opened and ate one
"There's chocolate and peppermint and also.. Spinach, Liver and tripe.... George sweared he got a booger flavored one once" He said and Harry took the candy out, I laughed at him and he smiled back
"Are they real frogs?" Harry asked
"Its just a spell Harry" I said
"she's right, but its the card you want...Each pack's got a famous witch or wizard. I've got about 500 myself"
"That's great amount" I said and Harry opened the box and the frog in it jumped. "Watch it!" I said but when i said it that frog went and jumped out the window
"That rotten luck. They've only got one good jump in them" Ron explained and they talked about the card. meanwhile I was waiting for something Iconic. and right then Pet- no Ron's rat made a sound we looked at him
"This is Scabbers.. Pathetic isn't he?"
"Just a little" "Not at all" Harry and I said in unison
"Fred gave me a spell to turn him yellow. you two want to see?" He asked us, Harry nodded and I just shrugged. and as the cue.. The person I was waiting for arrived
"Has anyone seen a toad?.. A boy name Neville's lost one" She asked and we shook our head. "oh! are you doing magic, let's see, then." She said sassily
"Sunshine, daisies, butter mellow..Turn this stupid fat, rat yellow" He said but nothing happened. "Are you sure that's a real spell? Well, its not very good, is it?." She said and Ron us a look and she didn't that and continued "Of course, I've tried only simple ones myself..but they've all worked for me." she took her wand out and took a seat next to me
"For example" She pointed Harry "Oculus Reparo" She said and Harry's Glasses became like a new one. "That's better, isn't it?" She asked Harry smiling
"Holy cricket! You're Harry Potter, I'm Hermione Granger.. You?" She turned to me
"I'm Y/n, Y/n Kim" I smiled
"Oh wow.. I read about you and your family.. Its so nice to meet you and you are?" She asked Ron
"I'm Ron Weasley" he said while eating
"Pleasure" Hermione said in disgust and continued "You three better change into robes. I expect we'll be arriving soon." She got up and walked out but came back "You've got dirt on your nose. Did you know?Just there" she pointing at nose, Ron cleaned it and she went back
"I thought you had it on purpose" I said to Ron and He just smiled awkwardly
'He's afraid to talk back to me... maybe because of my family....I need to gain few more trusts...............wait..... Did I say my family???'
Time Skip
We wore our robes and I think we have arrived now, the train was stopping slowly. we were waiting in a line to go out. we could hear Hagrid
"Right then, first years, this way, please!.. come on now, first years, don't be shy. come on now, Hurry up!"
One of the older student opened the gate and we went out. Harry, Ron and I were walking ahead with others following
"Hello Harry and Y/n" Hagrid greeted us
"Hi , Hagrid" We greeted back in unison while Ron gasped being amazed by Hagrid's height. I looked back to find Jake, but I couldn't find him, instead I made a small eye contact with a blonde boy, I quickly looked front at Hagrid
"Right then,This way to the boats. Come on now, follow me" Hagrid said and started walking and we followed him.
I sat on the same boat as Harry and Ron.. we were now on the lake, looking at the beautiful castle
"It's beautiful, isn't it" Someone gasped on the other boat
"I can't believe, Its already my second time coming here" I thought and smiled but Harry and Ron turned back to look at me
"Second time??" they asked in unison
"I was just joking" I laughed, they smiled and turned back to look castle..'crap.. I said that out loud'

We were inside the castle and were walking towards the great hall. And that's when we saw her... She was standing on the top of the stairs. we went there
"Welcome to Hogwarts..Now in a few moments, you'll pass through these doors and join your classmates. But before you can take your seats,you must be sorted into your houses..They are Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw and Slytherin." She explained and I looked at the blonde boy smirking in the corner.
"And while your hear, your house will be like your family. Your triumphs will earn you points. Any rule- breaking and you'll loose your points. At the end of the year, the house with most points wins the house cup"
"Trevor!" He yelled from behind me and ran to get his frog. He looked up to The teacher and came back saying a little 'sorry'
"The sorting ceremony will begin momentarily" She said and went inside
"So, its true then. what they're saying on the train. Harry Potter has come to Hogwarts" He said and everyone started whispering, I just smirked a little
"This Crabbe and Goyle And I'm Malfoy" He came forward and stood in front of us "Draco Malfoy" He said Ron snickered "Think my name's funny, do you? I've no need to ask your..Red hair and Hand me down robe? You must be a Weasley." He said and Ron glared at him
"You'll soon find out some wizarding families are better than others, Potter. You don't want to go making friends with wrong spot." Malfoy said looking at Ron
'No matter how his father treated him... this is a little rude' I signed and Malfoy glanced at me
"I can help you there" He said pulling his hand out to handshake. Harry looked at his hand.
"I think I can tell the wrong sort myself, Thanks" He said and both of them glared each other. Right them professor came and tapped Malfoy's shoulder. He glared Harry once again and went back
"We're ready for you now..Follow me" She said started walking, we followed her walking in the line. Hermione was beside me and Harry was in front of me. Everyone was watching the castle, and the roof, I was too but my mind was some where else.
'Where is he?' I thought but Hermione broke my thoughts
"Its not real, the ceiling. It's just bewitched to look like the night sky. I read about it in Hogwarts, A history" She explained
"You managed to read that in this small time??" I asked amazed and she smiled just right then I saw him
"Remember what I said?? I doesn't matter which house you go in" Jake said to me while I was walking, I smiled and nodded
"Will you wait along here, please? She said and we waited. "Now, before we begin, Professor Dumbledor would like to say a few words" She said and he stood up
"I have a few start-of-terms notices I wish to announce. The first years. please note that the Dark forest is strictly forbidden to all students. Also our caretaker, Mr. Flich has asked me to remind you that the third floor corridor is out of the bounds.. to everyone who does not wish to die a most painful death... Thank you" He said and sat down
'He said it just like that' I chuckled quietly
"When I call your name,you will come forth. I shall place the sorting hat on your head and you will be sorted into your houses.....Hermione Granger. " she said
"Oh, no. okay relax " Hermione whispered and i smiled
"Mental that one, I'm telling you" Ron whispered to us
"Don't say that Ron" I whispered yelled at him. and Hermione took a seat on that chair and Professor placed the hat on top of her head
"Ah. right then.. right...okay. GRYFFINDOR" Hat yelled and Gryffindors clapped loudly
"Draco Malfoy". He went forward
"SLYTHERIN" hat yelled even before touching him and Slytherins clapped
"Every wizard who went bad was in Slytherin" Ron explained us
"No wonder he was that evil" I smirked
"You're right" Ron chuckled
'Does he think I was talking bad about Malfoy???? Well its good for me' I thought
"Susan bones" she went
'She was never in films after 2nd part' I thought but then Harry groaned "Harry, what it is?" he said I looked at Professor Snape, he was looking at Harry "Nothing, Nothing I'm fine" He turned back and Professor turned back. But then he looked back..... at me?
"I know ! HUFFLEPUFF!" Hat yelled
"Ronald Weasley" He went
"Good luck Ron" I whispered to him, he nodded
"Ha!.. Another Weasley! I know just what to do with you...!GRYFFINDOR!!" hat yelled and Gryffindors yelled again and Ron signed in relief. we smiled at him
"Harry Potter" He went. the whole hall was full with whispering... I saw Dumbledor sitting straight
"Difficult, very Difficult.plenty of courage, I see. Not a bad mind either. there's talent, oh, yes,and a thirst to prove yourself. But where to put you??"
Harry was whispering eventhough I couldn't hear him but I know what he was whispering
"Not Slytherin, eh?, Are you sure? You could be great, you know. Its all here, in your head. And Slytherin will help on the way to greatness, no doubt about that . NO? well if you're sure. better be.. GRYFFINDOR" Hat yelled and it was more louder than before. I smiled at him and he smiled back. I could also hear the twins yelling "We got Potter!" I saw Dumbledor raising his glass to Harry and then he turned to me doing the same. I smiled

Now almost everyone was sorted, I wasn't I was still waiting for my turn. Since I got letter at last moment, I guess its that why. there were only about 3 kids including me here. I could feel stares behind my back so I looked back and made eye contact with Jake, He smiled at me and I turned to others. Harry, Ron and Hermione all smiled at me. I turned to other houses. They were staring at me
'The news didn't reveal me.. I wonder why they are staring'
"Dean Thomas" He went
"Um.. oh.. okay... GRYFFINDOR!!!" They clapped
"Y/n Kim"
