Aggresive Wife Chapter 95
âAngie, donât you dare!â
Jerry frowned.
âJerry, you gotta believe me. If you still donât believe me, I⦠I will jump down!â
Seeing that Jerry was still mad, Angie had no choice but to threaten him with her life.
Tears streamed down her cheeks.
Jerry was soft-hearted. He could not help seeing the tears on Angieâs face, and her swollen eyes.
âEnough! Donât try to threaten me with your life! Let me warn you one last time. If you do this to me
again, you and your whole family are doomed! I will not see you again in Imperia!â
Although Jerry warned Angie sternly, his heart softened. He walked up to her and carried her down.
âJerry, you have to trust me. I didnât do anything wrong to you. Those bastards forced meâ¦â
Lying in Jerryâs arms, Angie could not help sobbing as she explained. She put all the blame on Sam.
âHow could Sam do this to you? That bastard! Iâm not going to let him get away with what he had
done!â
Once again, Angie won Jerryâs heart. Jerry was completely convinced by her words.
âJerry, stay away from those bastards! I donât want you to get hurt!â
With her arms around Jerryâs neck, Angie reminded him in her soft voice.
âAll right. If you say so. We havenât seen each other for so many days. Do you miss me?â
Jerry held Angie in his arms. His hands were on her waist gently.
Immediately, Angie knew what was on Jerryâs mind.
She gently grabbed Jerryâs tie with her slender fingers and led him to the bed.
Jerry slumped to the bed. Although Angie found him unattractive, she still winked at him seductively
with a smile on her face.
Jerry could not resist anymore. He pinned Angie down on the bed and kissed her.
âThis house is too small. I have a villa in the suburbs. Pack your things and move there.â
Having enjoyed enough, Jerry slowly got up from the bed. He then took out a cigar and lit it.
âReally? I can move back to the villa? Oh god, thatâs great!â
With her arms around Jerryâs neck, Angie kept kissing Jerry. She was excited. It seemed that she could
turn the tables soon.
In the clinic at Golden Dome International, Noah gradually woke up after the blood transfusion.
He seemed to see a familiar face. Although he wanted to get up badly to talk to her, he was too weak.
The effect of the anesthetic was too strong. He gradually fell asleep again.
Three hours later, Noah woke up again. However, it was already 5 oâclock in the morning.
Noah opened his eyes. Immediately, he knew he was in Dylanâs clinic.
He struggled to sit up and glanced around. There was no one else in the clinic except him.
Was he dreaming?
I must be dreaming. How could that heartless woman stay here with me?
âMr. Quincy, youâre awake! I brought you some soup. Do you want to have some now?â Wayne came in
with a food container. He walked up to Noah as soon as he saw him woke up.
Wayne quickly put the food container on the table and helped Noah out of bed. He took care of Noah
diligently.
âWhat time is it now? How is Madeline? Is she hurt?â Noah recalled that they ran away together last
night. He was worried.
He remembered that he blacked out. He did not know what happened after that.
âDonât worry, Mr. Quincy. Ms. Madeline is fine. Dr. Felch took care of her.â Wayne helped Noah to the
living room. He then went to take the food container on the table.
Charles made the soup specially for Noah. It was good for patients who had excessive bleeding.
âShe was here?â Noahâs eyes lit up.
Did I really see her last night?
âYes, she was here. She went back after making sure youâre fine.â
âShe didnât do anything?â
âHuh? No, whatâs wrong?â
âNothing. The soup is too bland. Give it to Dylan.â
Hearing that, Wayne was rendered speechless.
Noah lost his appetite.
Seeing that Noah suddenly became silent, Wayne did not dare to say anything. He immediately went
upstairs to give the soup to Dylan.
Wayne did not want to lie. He promised Madeline last night.
After Wayne left, Noah still felt something was not right. Madeline was right beside him last nightâ¦
Thinking of that, Noah went to the security room to check the surveillance video. He set the time range
to watch the recordings last night. However, a message popped up on the screen saying that the
surveillance video could not be played.
What theâ¦
As soon as Dylan wanted to go to bed, he was summoned for breakfast by Noah. He had no choice but
to meet Noah with messy hair.
âNoah, are you feeling better now? Are you okay? Okay. I want to go back to sleep.â Half squinting his
eyes, Dylan yawned. He leaned against the door of the security room with a bowl of soup. Although he
had a few spoonfuls of soup, he was still sleepy.
âDylan, is the lab running out of money lately?â
âHuh? Noah, are you going to invest more money?â Dylan was excited as soon as he heard the word
âmoney.â
âI might consider it if you can tell me why the surveillance video of last night was missing!â
âErrâ¦â Dylan muttered.
âI read somewhere that there is a new data analysis system, but itâs expensive. It cost at least 3 billion!â
âHey, Noah. You donât have to check the video yourself. I can help you!â As soon as Dylan heard about
the new data analysis system, he was exhilarated.
Dylan had heard about the new data analysis system. Unfortunately, it was too expensive, and he
could not afford to buy it. He did not expect Noah would mention it.
Dylan was so excited.
âSure!â Immediately, Noah stood up so that Dylan could take his seat.
One minute later, Dylan finally retrieved the surveillance recordings of the clinic last night.
It seemed familiar when Madeline volunteered to donate blood to Noah.
Madeline volunteered to donate blood to me?
Somehow, Noah felt touched.
âWayne!â
âYes, Mr. Quincy!â
âBring the soup to Ms. Madeline now!â
