"Hello, we got a call that you weren't paying a fine?" One of the officers approached the scene cautiously.
"It's him!" Katie pointed at Draco fearfully.
"Okay, sir, please pay the fine in one week or face arrestion,"
"Hey, you can't do that! My father will-"
"Excuse me, how old are you exactly?"
"18."
"That's past the legal adult age, this is your business, not his."
"Your father can't pay it either. He's-" Nott whispered.
"Shut up!" hissed Malfoy.
"Alright, sir, we're giving you one week, alright?"
"You're just s-" but they had already left.
"And Draco? Don't talk to me again," Katie huffed and stormed off.

"This line is long," Carina huffed. I looked ahead to see a swarm of students.
"Just be patient." Leah said.
Me, on the other hand, could hear a conversation ahead of me.
"Oh my gosh, Ruby, I heard that Katie and Draco are dating?" whispered a voice.
"Yeah, me too! But Lainey told me that they broke up."
"It's true! It just happened at the smoothie place," piped up another.
People were already talking about it? It happened only a few minutes ago, I thought incredulously.
"OMG, really? Honestly, I don't ship it,"
"I ship it. They're cute together!"
"UGH. They're both rich and sassy, so I guess they can go together. Still, I feel like it was rushed."
"What do you know? You weren't there."
"Like you were!"
"I saw it. Someone posted it online."
"I have to see that. What's the user?"

"..okay? Is this actual footage?"

"Literally. It's UNREAL."
"Any idea who this person is, though?"
"No idea. Give them so much credit though.."
I looked a bit shaken up, and slowly turned around.
"Hm? What's wrong, Diana?" asked Carina, completely oblivious to the situation I'd just witnessed. My face white and fingers trembling, I started to type in the user.
I froze.
"Come on! It's our turn, Diana!"
"C-coming.."
Arriving at the front, I shakily boarded the roller coaster.
"These things are so confusing!" complained Carina, looking tangled up in the seat belts.
"Oh my gosh, you sit down, and wait until the bars go down!" Leah facepalmed, and they came down a few seconds after.
"Welcome to the Rolling Express. Please hold onto your things. Yuletide Frollicking Fun is not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, or broken. Here we go!"
"Yes! So excited!" Carina squealed, grabbing onto the handles.
"This is making me nauseous," I moaned as the roller coaster seemed to go higher and higher.
"We're going down!" yelled Carina.
"AHHHH!!!" we whoosed down at top speed and I turned more white, if that was even possible, gripping harshly to the handles.
Then we went upside-down, my hair flying wildly, and I shut my eyes and embraced the impact.
"THIS IS AAAAMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
AHH so sorry for not posting, I overslept (again) and then worked on the chapter then got sidetracked, then had to go to an overload of classes and eat lunch, then had ANOTHER class and now I'm here. ð
Plus if you think this chapter is ok long, then I'm trying to expand the amount of words I have or else I'm going to have 100 chapters and 30K words ð¥
