Chapter 55: The Sand Grotto Pt. VI

My Beginning After the EndWords: 15014

"Booom!" The floor under me cracked, and I started free falling, I broke my ice barrier and stared down through the debris that fell with me.

"I knew it...." I conjured wind under me, helping me slow my descent. "What do we have here?" As I landed on the ground, the force of the fall made me fall to my butt. A rock fell behind me, and I slid myself over to it, then I propped my back up against it. I looked up, and noticed basically no sand fell down with me, most likely because I froze it all, and the Sand Demon wasn't trying to break the ice, because it couldn't.

I turned back to the sight before me. "Who are you?" A man in black armor asked.

"Hehe." I giggled.

"I-it's just a kid." Another soldier said, all of them letting their guards down. "But look at him, he has scales on his body, and his eyes are red." My aura exploded even more, and my bloodlust reached each of the soldiers standing in front of me.

"What the hell!" Blue shields started appearing throughout the camp. "S-stop!" The man in front of me stuttered. "Kid, we don't want to hurt you." Everyone stood there silently as I smiled, glaring at each one. I sensed maybe one hundred soldiers in this large ass cavern. Weapons and spells were aimed at me.

A man with these green claws was to my right, I could see five men with bows, and spells enchanted into their arrows. Shields protecting them from any spell I could launch at them. I noticed a man who had fire all over his hands and feet.

"I'll give you to the count of three, or we will end you kid." Another man in front of me spoke, he didn't have a weapon or anything. He had brown hair, and a black chest plate on, he didn't have a helmet on like the others.

I snapped, for some reason. "Hahahaa." I laughed and the men backed away from me. "You, you think you can end me?" I scratched my head. "Hahaha." I pointed at the man. "You really think that you have enough men here to kill me?" I could feel my eyes twitching, like they were bulging from my head. "There are only one hundred of you, you'll need a lot more to kill me."

My bloodlust froze him. "W-w-what do you mean, y-you're a mere boy." The soldiers all around me started to tremble.

An arrow was released and missed my head by a couple inches, it was stuck in the rock behind me. "Hahahaha." I laughed as I grabbed the arrow. "You can't kill me." I ripped the arrow out and broke it in half in front of them all. "Dumbass Alacryans."

"T-this b-boy is crazy." Another soldier said. "M-must be a Dicathen thing."

"Hahahaaa." I pointed at him. "A Dicathen thing you say." I was still sitting on the ground before the now gathered one hundred soldiers from Alacrya. "You don't know who I am, but soon enough, my name will be known by everyone."

I could see that my aura and bloodlust was making it hard for some of them to even look at me. "J-just kill the kid, and let's go." The soldier who spoke erupted; his blood covered the men around him.

"What the hell?!" A soldier cried out.

"He just blew up, but how?" They all turned back to me; I took my sword out of my mana ring. "The kid!" That solider exploded and all the men backed up even further.

"As the leader of this company, I demand you stop using magic!" The brown haired man shouted at me, now further back. "We won't harm you, but we do need to take you into custody." The shields around me started to shiver, as the mages had trouble holding them up.

"Really?" I placed my sword into the ground and got back to my feet. "You demand me you say?" I gave him a crazy look, my one eye twitching, my mouth grinning. "Hahahaa." I pointed my sword at him, and an arrow came for me. I caught the arrow, using my left hand. "I already told you, jeez, get it through your thick skulls." I paused and then clarified for them. "You. Can't. Kill. Me." I shrugged. "Do you understand?"

The cavern fell silent, and I started to use my illusion magic on all of them, making it so they couldn't see the real me, but could see the illusion of me still standing there. I walked up to the man with brown hair and stood a foot from him.

My illusion began to speak. "I'll give the ninety eight of you left a choice." The illusion spun around and looked at each soldier. "You can drop to your knees and surrender right now, and maybe I won't kill you all." I thought maybe they would laugh, but they were all scared of me at the moment. "Or you all can fight me like men, and I'll kill each one of you." The illusion squatted down. "But it's your leader's choice, your lives are in his hands." The illusion tilted his head at the man, and just stayed like that.

The room was silent, as each Alacryan soldier thought about their fate, and tried to figure out my deal, and my powers. Another soldier exploded, the blood covering the other soldiers.

My illusion stood up again. "Every ten seconds it takes for you to decide, I'll kill someone."

"Kill him!" The man with the brown hair shouted, and I slid my sword into his throat, making him split up blood as he fell to the ground. The men around him just stood there frozen, as the real me appeared before them.

I stood over his body and smiled down at him. "Wrong choice." I started to slowly pull his blood out of his throat, and I watched as the lights in his eyes were gone. The soldiers surrounded me, shields were formed but quivered in every direction. "The shields are meaningless." I stood there unflinching, my illusion disappeared, and I formed a new one, taking my place in the center.

"S-stand down, or else." A soldier shouted from behind the shields. "Get ready to fire." I now felt maybe ten arrows pointed at me, well, my illusion. I was currently standing in front of a shield, looking at the person casting the spell.

"Arrows?" My illusion said. "Shoot them I dare you." The arrows were released, and went right through my illusion, the person casting the shield erupted, and the shield disappeared, and I shot myself over their heads.

"What?" A new shield user stepped up, and took his place, they were surrounding my illusion still, not knowing I escaped from their circle.

"I told you not to shoot them." My illusion said, and I reached up and touched my face, I was still smiling, the adrenaline in me was rushing, this was so much, so much fun. I was free to do whatever I wanted. "You attack me, you die, simple."

I found the people holding the bows, and came up from behind them, no one could see me still. "Hahahahaa." The ten people with the bows turned around, and I made myself visible to only them. "Hey." I reached into their bodies, and tore out each one's blood, killing all ten, then I faded away again.

"He's over here!" A soldier said, pointing in my direction. "He killed the archers somehow." All of the soldiers turned back to my illusion. "How did he?"

"Don't you guys see it yet! You attack me, you die, they all shot arrows, that's why they are dead." My illusion was spitting straight facts. "So, who's next, who is going to be the dumbass to attack me."

I was standing on a big ass boulder that overlooked all the Alacryan soldiers, I could see just how many there were, they still had a decent number. "He can't be this strong!" A soldier cried out. "He hasn't even done anything."

"It must be an Alacryan thing." I said out loud, and all the soldiers turned to me, ignoring my illusion. That was the point, my illusion made sure to pinpoint each shield caster, so I could do this. "To be dumb as rocks." I sat down on the edge of the boulder as they pointed their weapons at me. "Just one more question." I paused and pointed to the nearest soldier. "Why?"

"W-why what?" The soldier responded.

"Why do you fight for Agrona, knowing he would never do the same for you." I shrugged. "Even if he manipulates you through fear and power, don't you think one of you brainless idiots would figure it out?"

"Figure what out?" He replied and I pushed his blood out of his body.

"That's a good question." I leapt off of the boulder, and started to walk up to the soldiers, all of them frightened to attack me. "I'll answer it I guess, since he can't." I pointed at the soldier in pieces, then turned back to all the others. "Why haven't you figured it out yet, that Agrona isn't a good guy?"

"B---." A soldier went to speak, but I crushed his heart using the blood in his body, causing him to collapse to the ground.

"I don't remember asking him." I lifted my left hand. "Alright, I'm going to charge you all, I just wanted to let you all know before hand, give you heads up." I turned the ice surrounding me to blue flames, and this made the soldiers even more scared. "Oh." I snapped my fingers, and all of the Shield users blew up, blood was sent everywhere, even onto me. "No shields, make one yourself, you little Strikers, Casters, and Sentries."

"H-how do you know about that stuff?" A soldier asked, and since he was using a sword, I assumed he was a striker. I didn't get to ask him though, because I killed him using blood magic.

"I think this is good now, I'm counting fifty nine of you, alright, it's time for you all to die." I launched myself into the soldiers. I swung my sword, cutting the head off of someone. "Hahaha." I activated "Blood Acceleration" to make me faster than normal.

An ax came down on me, and I dodged, then another sword, I shot myself into the sky and shot an ice lance into the chest of another soldier. I landed and was met with more attacks, a spear to the chest that I froze, then dodged a sword swing, then a ball of fire was sent at me. It disappeared as it got close to me, since I was in my phase two, water in the atmosphere protects me.

"How could a kid do th--?" His words were cut off by my sword sliding into his skull. A fire fist was launched at my face, I grabbed it before it reached me, then dodged an ax.

"You don't need this." I smiled at the soldier, and brought my sword up, cutting his arm off, then pushed my left hand at him, causing the blood in him to be sent out of his body. "This is so much fun!" The six closest soldiers exploded, blood drenched me and the men around them. "Hahahahaha."

A sword came down on me, and connected with my shoulder, but my scales and armor held it up. "What the?" The soldier stared at me, and I smiled. "No!" He blew up, I was now just red, my whole body was just red, my cloak, my face, my legs, all red.

I stood there, circled by the men left, maybe forty, I used blood magic to make a soldier drop to his knees, then launched myself at him, another soldier stepped in front of him, so I slid my sword through the both of them. "Stupid." I kicked the man in front and his body fell off of my sword and onto his fellow soldier. "Who's next?"

Three soldiers ran up to me, and as they got close to me, their blood was sent out of their bodies onto the men behind them. "W-we can't get close to him." A blade of wind was sent at me, and I blocked it by conjuring a wind wall.

A hammer came down on me, I sidestepped, dodged a sword, dodged another sword, then snapped my fingers, and an icy mist covered the field, making the soldiers unable to see anything.

"Hey, anyone have eyes on him." Someone shouted, as I crept through the crowd, they were all dispersed now.

"Got him." I heard someone swing a sword, but not at me.

"What are you doing?" The soldier he swung his sword at asked. "Do I look like a kid to you?"

"My bad." He said, and they all started to chatter.

"He--." A soldier spotted me, and I slid my sword into his chest. "Who--." I brought the blood up in his throat and made him choke on it, to keep him quiet. I slowly walked up behind three more soldiers.

"Boo." I whispered into their ears, then cut them all in half, in an instant. The mist disappeared, when a mage used a wind spell, and they all started to look for me. "I'm right here." I raised my hand. "You guys aren't that strong." A blade of wind came out me and I brought up another wind wall. "You tried that before, dude."

"Die!" A man shouted and swung his sword down on me. I shook my head at him, as I dodged his attack.

"Die, really?" I swung my sword, and his head popped off of his head. I wanted more blood; the Serpent and I wanted more blood. This was an unexpected treat today. "Hahahaa." I wiped the blood out of my eyes and dodged another attack. "Be faster." I brought an ice sword out of the ground and impaled the soldier. "There are twenty three of you left, that's not enough to kill me, but maybe someone can land a hit, make this even more fun."

I pointed my sword at all the soldiers, as they rushed me, that's when an idea popped into my mind. I could control the blood in people and out of them, so why don't I use the blood on the ground and in the dead corpses as weapons.

I dodged, sidestepped, then formed wind under me, and shot myself into the sky, and onto a table they had set up. I had no clue how this thing was still alive after everything that had gone on.

I felt for the blood all over the cavern floor, and started to raise it up into the air, the soldiers just watched as the blood of their friends came floating towards me. This was a true blood power, there was a nice steady stream of blood floating all around me. The soldiers all looked up at me in horror as the blood moved with me as I waved my left hand.

"That explains it, he can control the blood in our bodies." The soldier who said that, died instantly, when a blood spike went through his chest.

"Set up a por---." A blood spike went through his chest as well, these things fly at a speed even I can't track, holy shit!

I pointed my left hand at the remaining soldiers. "This is over." They all started to back up, and then they started to run for the exit, but my blood spears appeared in each of their chests, killing them all. "Hehe." I giggled at the sight of the slaughter.

I still felt two soldiers left, they were hiding from me. I walked over to the one, hiding under another table, then swung the table up. "Ahhh." He shouted; I knelt down with him. "Don't kill me, please."

I placed my sword on his throat but didn't push it yet. "Why shouldn't I?"

"Uhh, I w ----." He was cut off by my sword sliding into his throat, he fell over and slowly started to die.

I stood up. "Listen, I know where you are, get out from behind the rock you dumbass, I can control blood, you don't think I can track it either?" The other soldier slowly made his way out from behind the rock, and I formed multiple blood arrows. "Don't say anything, just pray to your god, Agrona, for salvation." The arrows were released and put multiple holes into the man.

He was the last one, there aren't any soldiers left, I don't sense any other living things on this floor. How exciting this was, I got to slaughter an entire company by myself. I deactivated "Blood Monarch" and my knees almost gave out on me, but I propped myself up using my blade.

I was so tired all of a sudden, I did use a massive amount of mana, that's probably why. I can't pass out though, who knows what else could show up, a beast, more soldiers, I must stay awake.
