About forty minutes later when I was sat on my phone there was a knock on the door.
I walk over to the door and Jax was stood there. He comes in and shuts the door before putting a bag down.
He then leans down and puts his arms around my waist. I put my arms around his neck before kissing him.
"What happened?" Jax asks and I shake my head.
"Nothing." I say and he moves his arms from around my waist to lock the front door.
"Where are we sleeping?" He asks. I take his hand and head upstairs.
I show him to a guest room and he lies down on the bed.
"I'm going to check on Alannah, you can get ready for bed whilst I do that." I say and he nods.
I head out shutting the door behind me and go into my room.
Alannah was still fast to sleep on the bed. I grab her a few of her stuffed animals and put them on my side of the bed for her to cuddle. I get my charger and everything and head to the guest room. I knock on the door and wait for Jax to answer.
"You can come in" Jax says and I walk in.
Jax was sat at the foot of the bed texting someone. He was in some sweatpants. He looks up at me as I shut the door.
"Now come get your ass over here and tell me why David is concerned for you." He demands, putting his phone down.
I put my phone on charge and then sit beside him at the end of the bed.
"Its nothing you don't know." I say and he raises an eyebrow.
"They're concerned because I'm not sleeping. I told then that I slept perfectly the other night when I was with you and then yeah David invited you to say the night." I say and his smile grows.
"Well looks like we're going to be having sleepovers a lot more often." He says and I smile.
He moves back into the bed and drags me with him.
"Are you tired right now?" He asks and I shake my head.
"Its only like 11pm." I say and he nods.
"Thank you for today, I know it meant a lot to Alannah." I say lying down.
He lies down beside me on his side and smiles.
"Its okay, I like spending all day with the pair of you. Gio just ruined it." He says rolling his eyes and I just laugh.
"He really is a pain in the ass." He says and I smile.
"But you love him." I say and he scoffs.
"You do he's been your best friend forever." I say and he huffs.
"Fine but you can't tell him." He says and I laugh and rest my head on the pillow again.
"Come here." Jax says putting his arms out.
I move closer to him slowly. Jax got impatient so just pulled me into his chest causing me to giggle.
"Patience Jax , patience." I say putting my head on his shoulder and looking up at him.
"I don't have any." He says moving my hair back. He holds my cheeks to look up at him and I try to shake my head.
"That's not good." I say and he shrugs.
"My mom wants to meet you." Jax says and I stop outlining some tattoos on his stomach and look up at him.
"I'm not going to force you into it. But we are dating and I spend as much time as I can with you and Alannah. So she wants to meet you. Plus once you meet them we can rotate nights. One night I can sleep here with you another night you with me at home." He says and I take a deep breath and nod.
"Okay." I say and he looks at me shocked.
"It won't be till after Thanksgiving though." He tells me and I nod.
"I can't believe there's only 8 days left till James comes home. When are you going to the Hamptons, are you going to be able to meet him?" I ask and he looks at me confused.
"You do know that I already know James right" he says and I nod.
"Yeah yeah but not since you've been my boyfriend." I say and he laughs.
"I'll see him when I come back." He says and I nod.
"Are you gonna be fine without me when I go away?" Be asks and I shrug.
"I'll be fine." I say knowing I probably won't.
"Why do you have so many tattoos" I ask tracing my finger against the tattoos on his chest.
"I don't know, I guess I just like how it looks I guess." He says and I look up at him.
"What one's your favourite?" I ask sitting up to face him. He groans and then looks down.
"Hmm maybe this one, it's my mom's birthday." He says and I awe.
"So your a mommy's boy?" I ask falling down on his chest.
I then prop up on my elbows up and rest my head in my hands to look at him. He gives me a questionable look and I just laugh.
"My dad's just a busy man." He says shrugging. I kiss his cheek before lying back down beside him.
"Are you a mommy or daddy's girl?" Jax asks and I hmm and look up at the ceiling.
I pretend to be thinking when I know straight away my answer.
"You don't have to answer if you don't want to." He says and I smile.
"It's fine, I've always been a daddy's girl. I never really got along with my mom." I say and he puts his hand on my cheek. He smiles at me sympathetically as if he had done something wrong.
"Have you started Christmas shopping yet?" Jax asks.
"I brought some things last week online but I can't exactly get out to buy things without taking Alannah." I say and he nods.
"What about you?" I ask and he laughs.
"Nope." He says and I shake my head sarcastically.
"You are terrible you do know its literally next month right." I say and he nods.
"I'm very last minute." He claims and I scoff.
"I can see that." I say nestling into his side.
We fell asleep around 1:30am. Well that was the last time I checked the time.

An alarm started ringing so I jumped up to get my phone. Jax woke up and did the same thing.
Once I saw it was 6am and that the alarm wasn't coming from my phone I lie back down on Jax's chest.
"Sorry for waking you." He says and kisses my forehead.
"Its okay." I say and yawn.
"I have to go to the gym, Gio is going to be here in ten minutes." He says and I sigh.
"Okay." I say moving from his chest.
He sits up and goes into his bag and digs out a hoodie and throws it on quickly.
"I still have like eight minutes." Jax says and I move over to him.
He then puts his arm around me as I put my head on his shoulder.
"I'll see you again this evening." Jax says and I hum in response.
"That was the earliest we've gone to sleep." Jax says and I smile.
I get up to walk Jax to the door. We head down the stairs when Nicole walks out of her room.
"Morning." She says and we greet her back. I walk to the door and he kisses my forehead. He opens the door just as Gio's car pulls up.
"Have a nice day." I say kissing him quickly.
"I'll text you later." He says and I nod and wave him off as he gets into Gio's car.
I lock the door and then head up to my room.
I walk into my room where Alannah was sleeping and get into bed beside her. I was quite tired so I fell back to sleep.
My alarm rings waking me back up and signalling it was 8am.
I sit up and remove Alannahs hand from my hair. I switch it off and then Nicole knocks our bedroom door to tell us that breakfast was done. I wake Alannah up and we head downstairs.
"Manhä!" Alannah exclaims as we walk into the dinning room.
"Good morning." Nicole says and we sit at the table. I give Alannah her drink and then cut up her food.
"How did you sleep?" David asks me and I nod.
"Pretty good actually." I say and Nicole nudges David. He smiles slightly before I give Alannah her fork to eat her food.
I help Nicole with the dishes before saying goodbye to her as she heads to work. I then take Alannah upstairs.
She climbs back into bed and I put sofia the first on for her to watch. I go into the bathroom and get washed and dressed. I put on some black leggins and a grey hoodie.
Once I was dressed and ready I took Alannah into the bathroom. I help her brush her teeth and wash her face.
We go into the room and I go over to the draws and pull out some pink leggings and a white top. I then climb back into bed and help Alannah into bed.
"Are you okay mama?" She asks putting her hand on my head as if she was checking my temperature.
"I'm okay bub just tired." I say kissing her forehead.
"I'll take care of you." She says jumping up and I shake my head.
"Let's just watch frozen shall we." I say and she nods her head happily.
Me and Alannah had been in bed all day except for when we got some lunch. It's currently 2pm and Alannah has just fallen asleep. I grab my phone and decide to do some more Christmas shopping and text Jax.
Lara- Hey, hows work? X
It took about 6 minutes for Jax to text me back signalling he was busy. I spent that time looking at what to get everyone for Christmas.
Jax- Its busy, wish I was with you and Alannah. What are you doing X
Lara- we've been in bed watching films all day X
A knock on the door makes me jump up. I'm careful not to wake Alannah but I head downstairs.
I get to the door for my delivery. It was some of Alannah's presents and I'm thankful shes asleep right now so I can hide them. I wondered around for about eight minutes before hiding them upstairs in James room.
His wardrobe was empty except a few hoodies. Hardly anyone comes in here since James left so that makes it the perfect place to hide them.
I go back into my room and get back into bed. Alannah stirs and sits up and rubs her eyes. She rests her head on my lap as I text Jax back.
Jax- I hope your not having too much fun without me
Lara- of course not

When Nicole got home from work me and Alannah finally got out of bed and went downstairs.
"Hi auntie Nicky." Alannah says as she skips into the kitchen.
"Hello." Nicole says putting away some groceries.
"Do you need help with anything?" I ask helping Alannah sit at the island.
"No thank you sweetheart." She says and I nod.
"How was your day?" I ask and she yawns.
"Tiring, what about you girls?" She asks and I smile sympathetically.
"We chilled all day." Alannah says and she nods and yawns again.
"Why don't I cook dinner. You're tired and I haven't cooked in ages." I say sitting her at the island.
"Yes!" Alannah squeals and me and Nicole laugh.
After cooking dinner for everyone and eating in the kitchen just giggling we go to the living room.
Alannah tells us a few of our plans for when James comes home. We also talk about Thanksgiving and Christmas.
We spent Christmas here Alannah's first Christmas but not since then. Alannah is extremely excited for Christmas it's really cute.
