The lights beamed, and the crowds screamed. Jøsh subtly drummed his small beats, and the rhythm of Car Radio boomed the giant speakers filling the venue with music.
Tyler was jogging down to the small tower to get up and scream to the world. To let out all the emotions bottled up inside him, and to please the crowd, who were waiting on the edge of their seats for the big finale of the song.
He high-fived a couple of eager hands on his way to the long post.
He flung his hands up and gripped the bar tightly, he then got a firm step on the bottom bar and began to climb.
The crowd roared with excitement, and waved their hands.
He looked down to find his step, and pulled himself up. He was almost to the top.
He looked down in the middle of the crowd to see fans watching him climb, he took one more step but this time he missed it.
The one time he wasn't looking and he missed the step. He was so close to the top.
His foot slipped, and he lost his grip on the bars. He let out a grunt, before he began to fall.
He saw his life flash before his eyes, as he soared through the sky. The whole venue paused in slow motion, and he looked around. It was like slowtown.
He saw frightened expressions on the fan's faces, and he saw security guards running to help him.
He let his body relax as he fell, and he closed his eyes.
He heard screams of fear, and Josh's drumming completely stop.
He began to snap back into reality, and everything became normal speed. He was falling and he was falling hard.
He felt a sharp pain through his back as he made collision with the ground, and then darkness overtook him.

Sounds.
So many sounds.
Open your eyes, there's a light.
No, close them. It's to bright.
So many sounds.
Wheels on the ground.
...static? No, it's squeaking.
Footsteps, voices.
Who is speaking?
Listen, Tyler, listen.
"Can you hear me, sir?" A muffled voice said. They flashed a light in Tyler's eyes and he winced.
So many hands touching me.
Tyler leaned his body back further in the uncomfortable hospital bed.
That's when another sound entered his senses.
"You're gonna be okay. You're gonna be okay." The voice repeated in a whispered tone. It was familiar to Tyler, and it sounded as if it was crying.
He then felt a soft warm hand embrace his own, and he held it tightly. He knew it was Y/N and he wanted her to know he would be okay.
He let out a moan of pain, as he felt an uncomfortable sensation jolt up his back.
"Ma'am you need to wait in the waiting room." An urgent voice spoke, and Tyler tightened his grip on the hand.
"He- h- he will be okay right?" She stuttered, and the the nurse nodded quickly, and the hand released from Tyler's.
Tyler let out a whine of complaint, as he pressed his head further into the pillow.
He tried to reach for her hand again but his hospital bed was already wheeling into some weird place, and his love that kept him safe was now no where in sight.
It wasn't long until a needle went into his arm, and he was asleep.

Y/N sat in the waiting room. Hands shaking, breath hitching, and feet tapping on the poorly placed tiles of the hospital.
She tried to keep her sobs quiet, and a few people glanced her way. She was scared for her husband, and she hated the fact that she couldn't see him.
Jøsh rushes in a few minutes later. He had to deal with the show being canceled from the injury, but he got there as fast as he could.
The first thing he did was engulf Y/N in a warm embrace. He was worried too, but Y/N was hectic.
She let her sobs escape into his chest, as he rubbed her back.
"H-he he..." another sob escaped her lips, stopping her from speaking any clearer. Jøsh shushed her, and calmed her. "Th-they have to take him to surgery his back is really bad." She finally spoke.
Jøsh stayed silent, letting the words sink into his brain. He still couldn't process what happened. It happened so quickly, and he couldn't believe it.
They've talked about him falling before, but he never thought it'd happen.
About 3 hours past, and they both were sitting in the uncomfortable waiting chairs.
Y/N had her head rested on Josh's shoulder. She was emotionally drained, and finally was able to close her eyes and rest.
The nurse trudged her way to greet them.
"You can go see him. It wasn't as bad as we thought. He broke a small piece of his spine, but luckily no nerves were damaged." She read from her notebook board. "But he won't be able to walk for a couple weeks. You need to rest his back."
Y/N's eyes swelled up with tears, but she didn't let them fall. This was good news, and she was so excitedly estatic. Thank god it wasn't permanent.
Both Y/N and Jøsh stood up.
"Would you like to see him first? Have alone time with him?" Jøsh asked, and Y/N nodded her head while trying to keep the tears inside.
"Okay, I'll be out here. Tell me when you're ready." He said calmly, and Y/N began to make her way into the room.
The first thing she noticed when she entered the room was the smell of rubber gloves, and plastic.
She quietly tip-toed in the room, and once she saw her husband laying in the bed; she could no longer hold in the tears and she began to cry.
They were both happy tears and sad tears. She wished it never happened, but at the same time she was relieved it wasn't worse.
Tyler weakly turned his head to where the crying came from. His tiredly tugged his lips into a small innocent smile.
He inched his hand up, and waved her over.
"Are you feeling okay?" She asked once she could gain focus.
"I've been better." He rasped.
Y/N walked over and grabbed his hand. She knelt down beside his bed.
"You're not going to be able to walk for a few weeks. But it's not permanent." She said happily, and Tyler frowned.
"I know. It sucks." He said. his voice was beginning to come back slowly.
"Well, at least it isn't permanent." She added.
"Yeah but I'm not going to be able to do shows for a couple weeks. Imagine all of those disappointed fans." He complained, and Y/N let out a small giggle. "What?" He asked.
"Sometimes I forget how much you care about people." She smiled a contagious smile, and seconds later Tyler joined in.
"You're swell." He complimented as he shut his eyes to rest. He inhaled deeply, and then winced a little. His swell wife tightened her grip on his hand.
"I'm going to go get Jøsh, he's in the waiting room." She said, and Tyler's eyes shot open.
"Yes, I love that dude!" He exaggerated excitedly.

So I'm not sure if I should end it here...

Yeah idk.
