CHAPTER-9

~Avyaan~

We sat on the car and I was frustrated what happened earlier...I wasn't ready but for Maa I did..I looked at her who was staring outside...she is in deep thoughts...With every moment her face sadden idk the reason maybe she is missing her parents or something else.. her eyes become moist..I thought of giving her my handkerchief but not to what if she started having hopes on this marriage..I can't do this..Not to myself..The car halt infront of the mansion..I didn't wait for her and went to the door but got stopped when Maa showed me her palm..

"Avyaan what is this huh where is shanvi" she asked me being concerned of my replaced bride..Shouldn't be she angry..

"Idk maybe in the car"I give her my cold reply..I never did but I'm tired of this drama..why is she with the Pooja ki thalli.. is she going to do the rituals did she really accepted her as her bahu..

"Maa what is this with huh and why everyone is waiting for that girl"

"She isn't that girl..she isThe daughter in law of this house" Maa said with little anger..Then she stopped "Shanvi beta come" she said and shanvi stand beside me..Maa started doing the Aarti..

"Shanvi beta kick the kalash with your right leg and enter the house" Maa said with a smile..Shanvi smiled back and entered but I directly went to my room ..I'm not interested in doing the other rituals...I saw the decoration which reminded me it was made for me and Trisha ...Her memory came and my anger started to boil..I threw all the decoration..The room was fully messed..someone came..I saw shanvi standing there looking at me and I was looking at her through mirror with a vase on my hand...I was going to throw the vase at the mirror but stopped seeing her, I threw the vase and marched towards her...I stand infront of her...who looking down being scared ...I was feeling guilty but what I want to say I will say..

"Don't have hopes from me and I'll never consider you as my wife" I said to her emotionlessly,she looked at me instantly , she nodded controlling her tears..and with that I left toward terrace to get some fresh air...I was thinking what happen today how my life changed in a second..My love for Trisha wasn't strong she left me for a silly reason...Then why she made me believe in love why just why..I was hurt..I won't fall for her sister despite the situation..she is nothing just a girl whom I married to save our reputation..I saw someone coming on terrace..I looked carefully and saw Veer with shanvi..What are they doing..I don't want to know..I started leaving they didn't see me as I was on the other Side..

I turned around and saw shanvi Veer hugging eachother...why they're hugging each other..does Veer like her or they both love each other? Veer never told me about this..But why I'm thinking it's her life she can love anyone but if something happens to my family reputation..I won't leave her..I left to my room..I was coming after taking bath..Shanvi bumped into me and was going to fall but I save her from falling with my hand on her waist..her bare waist raised my heartbeat idk why..Her skin is soft like a baby skin..she opened her eyes and her eyes looked at mine...her eyes are red, swollen bcz of crying...I was thinking and her hugging Veer scene came in my mind.. she stood straight..

"Dekh ke chala Karo Varna apni clumsiness ki vajah se girti rahogi" I said left her ..she ran to the closet...I was sleeping on the couch when.. she came out from the closet but she didn't go to the bed instead she started coming towards me and asked me with a little hesitation

"Wh-why are you sleeping here"

"Do you want me to share the bed with you?" I said sarcastically and she instantly denied..

"Then go sleep and don't be like a normal wife to me" I said and went to sleep she also went

"Sleep sleep if tomorrow his back will hurt then I'm not letting him sleep on the bed" she told herself thinking I slept but I just closed my eyes and listened to her and a smile formed on my lips and I saw her sleeping and I closed my eyes and slept...

I woke up and saw her sleeping..She is sleeping peacefully without any worry..maybe Veer comforted her that's why..I wish I can..Wait what what did I thought...No no..I left face palming myself... I was going to open the door but shanvi opened and again she bumped on me but this time she didn't fall ... her mangalsutra tangled with my's chain... she saw and started to untangle and same goes to me and our hand comes to contact..we both looked at each other and lost in our eyes... We were lost in us when Mahi came saying "bhabhi" we both quickly separated and I directly went inside the room..

"Bhabhi what happened why is your face red.. do you have fever?" She checked keeping her hand on Shanvi's forehead.

"Fe-Fever no no it's nothing it's just just I'm feeling hot ya hot"

"What ok come downstairs badi maa is calling you" with that she left and Shanvi put her hand on her heart and felt her heart beating first ... she calmed herself and went..Here I was Listening and saw everything.. she is kinda cute ..wait a minute did I just call her cute no way.. ahh what is happening with me..I went inside the bathroom.. to take bath and get ready...
