CHAPTER-19

"Maa" shanvi called her sasumaa

"Haa beta batao kya hua kuch chahiye?" She asked

"Nhi Maa..Mai Bahar jaa rhi hun kuch kaam se Veer ke saath thoda late ho jayega agar aapko kuch chahiye to bol dijiye mai laa dungi"she said holding her sasumaa's hand

"Nhi beta kuch nhi chahiye..tum jao aaram se agar kuch taklif hui toh phone Kar dena" her sasumaa said putting her hand on Shanvi's head and shanvi left..

They reached the cafe..shanvi came out the car and went with Veer she noticed her uncle she went and he stood up from his place..He didn't expect Veer to come but for shanvi he chose to stay silent

"Shanvi come and sit"he said..Shanvi sat with veer..

"Beta shanvi I want to tell you that" he was shuttering he felt ashamed to say what he did and here shanvi was feeling emotional hearing "beta" so Veer hold her hand under the table..

"Boliye jaldi..agar Mera time waste hi karna h toh mai jaa rhi hun" she said and tried to stand up but her uncle requested her to stay..

"Beta listen ik what I and veena did was wrong and unacceptable..so I decided to apologize for whatever we did and thought to give you your property..just forgive us" he said joining his hand and tears started to form in his eyes.. shanvi was trying her best to not to show her emotions..

"OK then send me the papers but idk if i can forgive you or not..so don't have hope from me" she said

"I will do my best to send you the papers on your birthday beta" he said

"I want to ask you why suddenly you are giving me my papers and why are you being nice to me..you never once in my life asked about me but now why?" She said the question which was in her mind from that time

"Beta I realized my mistakes and veena didn't hope veena will soon realize her mistakes..That was my mistake to ignore you I regret that..I hope beta the happiness we can't gave you your in-laws should give you.." he said

"They love me even though they don't know you are not my real parents..they are not making me feel like outsider just like you both did..now excuse us" she said and was going she noticed her aunt standing outside and saw everything she went outside and her aunt pulled her and was going to slap but shanvi stopped her by holding her hand..

"I won't tolerate this anymore" she said and went she was going to sit in the car but saw someone pushed her aunt in the middle of the road..by that time a car was coming she rushed towards her aunt and hold her and pushed her toward the other Side with her..veer saw and rushed towards shanvi following by Raghav..Trisha also went.. veena was looking at shanvi with different emotion..Veer helped shanvi to get up..Raghav helped his wife also to get up..everyone who were gathered left..

"Are you ok shanvi?" Veer asked in a concerned voice..shanvi nodded shanvi turned towards her aunt and asked" Chachi are you OK?" She asked and her aunt felt hurt when shanvi said her chachi.. but still she nodded..shanvi left with Veer not before saying..

"Chacha ji take care of chachi" this was the last word before disappearing from their eyes..

"Trisha why were you just looking why don't you go and saved your mother " Raghav said..

"What dad I'm not shanvi who will not care about herself..if I went and by mistake the car must hit me ...then wbu my dream"she said like her dream is her big deal..

"Trisha go we are coming " veena said holding her husband hand stopping him to say further..

"Ghar chl ke baat karte h" she said and both left..

"Suniye" veena said to her husband who was going to his room..

"What first of all what are you doing in the market?" He asked

"I-i want to see what are you talking with shanvi" she said..

"Why is it necessary?" He said being frustrated

"But first I went with Trisha as she want to buy some things..I saw you at the cafe so I went.." she said lowering her head..

"But I want to tell you that give shanvi her property..she already did so much for us" she said in a sad voice..

"Why now? You are against it in the noon now why?" He asked being shocked of his wife

"Bcz shanvi saved me and I saw she didn't care about herself but she cared for me and saved me..she-she called me chachi..the girl who always called me Maa she called me chachi i realized my mistakes" she said bursting in tears..

"Shh veena now we realized our mistakes but it is too late..She is not going to call us her Maa and papa..we did this ..we deserve that..I hope Trisha can realize her mistakes soon" he said hugging his wife..

Here Avyaan was waiting for his wife patiently in his room..He want to talk to her..shanvi came inside the room he stood up from the bed..he went towards her..

"Mom told me you went with Veer for some work..I was waiting for you" he said

"But why?" She asked

"Wo-wo that huh to say you thanks from Kabir side he said your food was amazing..he also he will come always to eat food of your hands.." he said telling about his friend demands with a smile..seeing his smile she smiled..

"Oho I forgot now go and change..we will talk later it's the time of dinner" he said and she nodded just after she left he went to veer's room..

"Veer I want to talk to you about something" he said

"Yes bhai tell" he said standing up from the bed..

"Umm you know everything about shanvi right"

"Of course bhai she is my bsf and my sister I know but why are you asking huh?" He asked raising his eyebrows

"I want to know more about her we are friends so we have to know about eachother" he said

"Ohooo friends nice huh..but she knows everything about you" he said not realizing what he just spilled..

"What but how" Avyaan asked

"Uhh she is your wife so it's her responsibility to know about her husband " he said making excuses but to his luck Avyaan believed..

"Now tell me what you want to know" he said changing the topic

"First tell me from shanvi's birthday then her likes and dislikes.." he said softly and with a smile at the thought of shanvi

Veer noticed how he smiled at the likes and dislikes of shanvi..

"It is on next week which is on Wednesday" he said

"What next Wednesday..I have to prepare something for her" he said thinking he have less time

"Ohho bhai surprise huh nice..you never gave us but her I'm jealous " he said and turned his face

"Now drop the act tell me what she always want for her birthday "

"Bhaii!!! She always want to celebrate her birthday with her family "

"Why?"
