Quick quick let's take her to the hospital..she is bleeding alot..or lets call wardboy to come to take her"someone from the crowd told..

Soon they called wardboy..they came with stretcher and took her to the hospital..

"Doctor doctor" a nurse yelled Doctor after seeing shanvi on stretcher

"Nurse Shh silent there are patien-wait what happened to this-" Kabir stopped to say further seeing shanvi on stretcher...

"Shanvi"he muttered in low voice..

"What happened to her?"He asked the wardboy

"Dr someone came and told an accident occurred infront of the hospital and we went,brought her here" a wardboy said gesturing shanvi

"Accident?ok first take her to the ot she is bleeding alot.."Kabir told the wardboy and both wardboy took her to the ot..

"Now how can I tell Avyaan about this but I have to tell him..where is he"kabir muttered to himself..he went to search for Avyaan...

*AVYAAN'S POV*

"Thanks alot Trisha..but I will take time"I asserted Trisha gazing at her,Trisha nodded..

"Why I'm feeling something is wrong.."I thought..I shook thinking bcz of stress..We left..on our way I found Kabir infront if ot..

"Hey Kabir what happened?why are you standing infront of the ot?"I inquired keeping my hand on Kabir's should..Kabir first looked at me and then Trisha again he looked at me..His face looks tense..

"Is everything OK?kabir" I inquired looking at his tensed face..

"Avyaan its-its an accident occurred and that patient situation is critical" he told me everything with a spark of nervousness in his eyes..

"Ohk I'm going to get ready for the surgery and you call that patient's family "I said and turned to Trisha"Trisha i think you should go I can't drop you" I told her and she bid goodbye to me, but before she bid goodbye to Kabir..he stopped her..

"Enough Avyaan it's not what are you thinking i-I can't call her patient's family..I was searching for you everywhere and when I asked nurse about you they said you're not in your cabin rn..And I came and thought to do the surgery..I tried calling you but your phone was switched off..why?" Kabir told me making my eyes widened..

"What you want to say Kabir say properly don't say in riddles" I said to him but he was looking frustrated and his eyes has tears..but why?

"Exactly Kabir say properly"Trisha also asked him to tell properly everything..

"I can't call her family bcz-bcz it's Shanvi Avyaan..Shanvi is in a critical situation Avyaan..She-she met with an accident"He said and tears started flowing from his eyes....No no it can't be nothing happened to shanvi..he is lying or maybe I'm dreaming..

"Avyaan-Avyaan" Kabir shook me and I came our from my trance..

"You-You're lying Kabir..It can't be..She must be home wait I-I'll calk mom.."I told him and took out my phone from my pocket and found my phone switched off..

"My phone's battery is died you call her and see"I asserted to him not believing what he spoke a few moments ago..

"OK then come and see"he uttered wiping his tears..took me and made me stand infront of the door following Trisha..When I turned around and found my sparkle on the bed lying unconscious..I started moving slowly backward,I tripped and fell to the floor..

"Avyaan"Both Trisha and Kabir screamed..They came and made me stand..

"Kabir pls tell me I'm dreaming..tell me my shanvi is alright..ntg happened it's all my dream tell me pls.."I begged Kabir but he shook his head..tears started flowing from my eyes..

"Dr Kabir pls come quickly everything is ready for the operation" a nurse came out and asked Kabir to come..

"Kabir I'm coming also..I will do the surgery"I wiped my tears and was going when Kabir stopped me to going further..

"No Avyaan you can't see your condition.."Kabir told me to not go..

"THEN WHAT I WILL DO KABIR TELL ME..I WILL SIT AND SEE MY SPARKLE IN A CRITICAL SITUATION" I yelled at him and Trisha held my hand..

"Avyaan whatever Kabir is saying is correct..you can't go..Kabir will do his best trust him"Trisha said reassuring me..

"I trust him but Trisha I can't see her in this condition"I told her despite tears flowing from my eyes..

"Then let him do his work we are wasting the time"Trisha spoke and gestured Kabir to go..

"Wait Kabir before going give me your phone I will call veer"Trisha said and Kabir handed her his phone..he went to do the surgery..

"Pls God pls save her..I can't lose her"I started chanting this in my mind..

"Hello ha Kabir bhai" Veer said from the call

"Veer it's me Trisha"Trisha said

"What are you doing with his phone"Veer said

"It doesn't matter..Just listen shanvi met with an accident..just inform others and come to the hospital fast"trisha said before he can say anything she cut the call..

*Author's pov*

After 15 minutes his family came including Trisha's family..His mom came towards him..

"Avyaan beta ntg happened to our shanvi stop crying"his mother tried to consoled him..But he was not listening to  her he was lost in her thoughts..Mahi and veer came towards him..

"Bhai-Bhai see if you cry then bhabhi Will be hurt..don't cry let's pray for her"Mahi shook Avyaan and he came out from his trance he looked around and found everyone..

"Maa see my shanvi pls tell her to wake up..I can't bear seeing her in this situation pls Maa"Avyaan begged infront of his mother,hugging her..Her mother just pat his back controlling her tears..Everyone were sad seeing shanvi's condition..Everyone is scared to lose her..Nurse came out

"Does any one of you have O- blood group,rn we don't have this blood grouo in the hospital"The nurse said and everyone stared eachother..except them

"How?wait I'll try to find"Avyaan said and took Kabir's phone from Trisha to call..

"Avyaan wait I-I know a donor who can donate blood to shanvi"Trisha said to Avyaan stopping him...

"Really?then tell me I'll give that person how much money that person want"Avyaan uttered in a hope holding Trisha's hand..

"It's me Avyaan I don't want money I just want my sister to be saved"Trisha said in a soft tone making everyone shocked..

"But you-" Avyaan was cut off by Trisha..

"We Don't have time I'll explain everyone later..nurse take my blood" She said and went with nurse..

"Pls God save my shanvi beta" Avyaan's mother prayed..

After sometime Trisha came back and saw everyone staring at her..Before she says anything her mother dragged her to    somewhere far from the Verma's family but her father was with him..

Meanwhile Avyaan was looking at shanvi from the glass with a hope everything will go well..But her heartbeat started raising high..

"No shanvi breathe, you can't die,you can't leave me...You promised me to live with me for the rest of the life..You fuckin' can't leave me..I-I just realized my feelings for you..Pls God don't take her..Give me one chance...I want to cherish her with all the love..She is my life..she is my everything...just don't take her" he sobbed and broke down on his knees..
