"Tell me why are you doing this?STOP INTERFERING IN SHANVI'S LIFE FOR GOD SAKE" Trisha's mother yelled at her..

"Mam you can't shout like this there are so many patients they will be disturbed" A nurse uttered gaining their attention..Trisha's mother nodded..

"Just leave her alone we have done a lot with her before too..Now she is happy let her live happy Trisha" Her mother asserted joining her hands..Trisha smiled at her mother..

"Now why are you smiling?If you will do something I won't leave you" Her mother glared at her pointing her index finger to Trisha..

"Veena let's go...We have to see what's going on their..Let's know about shanvi's condition"Trisha's father spoke and took Trisha's mother with her..

Trisha smiled at them and a lone tear escaped from her eye..Seeing the love Shanvi is now getting which were impossible for her to get some years ago..She wiped that tear and left to check on shanvi..She was coming and everyone's attention went on her..She saw Avyaan,Mahi,Veer at floor consoling Avyaan...Suman came and asked her"Trisha beta let's come to the point why are you here?And why did you donate shanvi blood?"

Trisha was going to say but Avyaan spoke"Maa I will tell you everything"..He stood up from floor..Everyone looked at Avyaan with confused face..

*FLASHBACK*

*knock knock*

"Come" Avyaan answered without looking at the person as he was checking patients file..That person came and stood infront of him..when he noticed that person didn't speak a single word till now..He raised his head to look and found the person he didn't expect..

"What are you doing here" he said in a cold voice..

"Avyaan I want to talk to you" She requested him

"There is ntg left to talk Trisha and now leave" Avyaan spoke and started doing his work..

"Pls Avyaan for last time..I will leave after that I will leave..pls for your bsf"Trisha again requested..

"Speak"Avyaan said folding his hand..

"Thank you"Trisha spoke in happiness

"Will you or?" Avyaan said

"Actually Avyaan I'm sorry what happened and betraying you..but I have to do that"

"Why?" It's only left from Avyaan's mouth

"Bcz Avyaan Idk if you know or not Shanvi's parents are not anymore..So my dadi told my parents to adopt her..They did but not  wholeheartedly..shanvi gave them right to call them Parents as per dadi's wish..She did everything to make them happy..After dadi's death they started behaving rudely but still she ignored it..They were money-blind..They wanted Shanvi's school property..So to male them realize their mistakes I also behaved rudely with her but I was in guilt after doing..One day I heard veer and shanvi talking..I got to know shanvi loves you but seeing my happiness she didn't tell..She was going to sacrifice her love for me..But that time we were engaged and I thought I should do something so she can atleast get her happiness..And one more thing I never had feelings for you from the start, I liked Kabir from college,when I saw him with a girl hugging..I thought he has girlfriend..So I tried moving from him but when you proposed me,I thought I should try,I thought as time passes I will move on but it never happened..so on marriage day I did everything and made a silly reason so you can marry her..I saw how much in love you are with her..You never loved me like you are doing for shanvi..That is what I'm grateful..You loved her from the moment you know her but you never realized.." Trisha completed and look Avyaan who was shocked..

"My shanvi went through so much but still she was brave.."He uttered and Trisha grinned at Avyaan's sentence..He was looking angry..

"Ik but still I can't forgive you rn..I need time" he spoke and Trisha nodded..

"Take your time I will wait for you to forgive me..btw happy 1 month anniversary Avyaan" She said ..He thanked her..

"So when are you going to confess your feelings to shanvi" Trisha said

"Feelings?Idk have feelings for her" he said averting his gaze from Trisha..

"Oh please don't lie to your bsf ik you very much ok" Trisha spoke folding her hand..

"Yrr Trisha..yes I have feelings for her but idk how will I confess" he said

"Look You're in love with her but this time the real" she spoke..he smiled

"So today is your first month anniversary..so confess today" Trisha suggested him..

"But what if she didn't accept?" Avyaan said feeling scared of shanvi's answer..

"Are you dumb huh didn't I say she loves you ofc she will accept" Trisha said rolling her eyes..

"Yahh you said then tell me how"

"Practice with me then we will plan a perfect date for shanvi" she gave idea to him..he nodded

"Shanvi idk how when why but I am in love with you..let's move on our life" he practiced

"Perfect now say I love you..I want to see how you will say" she said

"I love you no matter what happen" he said..

" Nice huh now say the same think to shanvi" she said..

"Thanks.."

"Let's go and see a perfect place for your date..And calm Mahi after arranging everything..Then took her at 8" she said..

"Thanks alot but I will take time.." he asserted and she nodded knowing what he want to say..

Avyaan told everything to them..Trisha's parents are looking down bcz of shame,but they know they deserved that..

"You both only said she is not your biological daughter,but you didn't tell us what you did with my shanvi?" Avyaan mother said not believing what they did with shanvi..

"Hume maaf kar dijiye Samdhanji..hum paiso ke lalach mai the" Raghav said joining hands following Veena..

(Forgive us Samdhanji...we were greedy for money)

"Forgive you after what you did Raghav with shanvi..we are ashamed of you both" Dadu said feeling ashamed..

"Dadu,Maa everyone forgive them shanvi already forgave them..Despite what they did with her still she forgave them..shanvi won't like if you'll don't forgive them..They are her family" Avyaan spoke..

"Look Raghav the girl who you didn't care ,forgave you bcz she still consider you her family" Ashwin said..Veena stepped closer to Trisha..

"I'm sorry beta we thought you are not changed but did so we can realize our mistakes..Thank you beta"Veena said joining her hand but Trisha stopped and hugged her..

"But still Maa I'm going tomorrow USA"Trisha spoke..

"No beta don't go..Pls" Veena muttered but Trisha shook her head..

After 45 mins Kabir came from Ot..Avyaan went near him and asked "Kabir how-how is she?"

"She is now out of danger,rn she is sleeping" Kabir spoke removing his mask..

"Thank you god"Meera thanks God same with others..

"And you can meet her tomorrow morning"Kabir said

"Okay veer take everyone to home...Maa I will stay with Shanvi today..You'll go"Avyaan said to veer then his mother..They nodded and left..Kabir kept his hand on Avyaan and left..

He saw wardboy taking shanvi to normal room..he followed them once they came out he entered he saw shanvi sleeping..

"Her face which always has a smile is now it has ntg..A few scars on her cheek,Her body is connected with numerous pipes.." he thought

He came closer to her and sat on the chair which was beside the bed..he hold her hand and placed a kiss on it..

"I thought today I will confess my feelings but I didn't expect I will see you like this sparkle..I love you sparkle" he said
