"Hmm!!, your water" shanvu said forwarding the water with a straight face..Avyaan took and gulped the water in one go.."more?" She asked again..he shook his head after his answer shanvi turned around and was about to leave the kitchen but Avyaan stopped her grabbing her wrist..
She turned around and raised her eyebrows "Yes?" She said..he pulled her towards himself making her collide with his well built chest.."naraz hai aap mujhse?" Avyaan asked while gripping her waist with one hand tight enough to stop her from leaving...she shook her head and diverted her gaze..
"Jhoot" he said and lifted her chin to lock both their eyes...Shanvi forgot everything after being lost in his eyes.."tell me jaan; what I did that make you ignore me" he said opening her hair bun and letting all the hair fall..
Shanvi came out of her trance and struggled to get out of his grip.."Jane dijiye mujhe" she spoke while trying to move from his grip,instead of letting her go Avyaan tightened the grip more and pulled her closer..Their lips were inches apart..Avyaan's hot breath fell on Shanvi's lip making her breath hitched..
She part her lips to say something but was caught off by the sudden kiss..Her eyes widened she stare at Avyaan face whose eyes were closed..She let the moment flow..she also closed her eyes and kissed him back..
The kiss was gentle,soft..both of them were kissing eachother forgetting everything and felt like they are the only person who exist in the world..Both of them slowly pulled out from the kiss as soon as they became breathless...
"Tell me what I did that you didn't like, sparkle?" He asked softly..
"Let go of me" she replied and freed herself from his grip..she left the kitchen without hearing anything..Avyaan meanwhile there was cussing himself for not knowing what he did which make his sparkle to ignore him..
"Shit!, tf I did?..is she angry on me because of my cousins continuous tease..if this is the reason then I won't hesitate to do something to my cousins" He murmured to himself..
"But first I have to make the love of my life convince" he added and went to search for her...
--------Time skip---------
Since morning Avyaan was following shanvi like a lost puppy..he just want to convince his wife..But our dear shanvi didn't let him talk to her..whenever he approach her infront of everyone she makes some excuse and went from there...Right now shanvi was in kitchen preparing the haldi for haldi rasam..
Avyaan came there and hugged her from behind and buried his face in her neck.."jaan I'm sorry whatever I did" he said in a muffled voice...
"Just don't ignore me it hurts,jaan" he added..shanvi stopped doing her work hearing him..
"I'm sorry jaan" he said and turned her to face him..Shanvi looked at his eyes which was looking apologetic...his apology sounds sincere for a moment Shanvi's heart melt she was about to say something when Mahi entered the kitchen...
"Bhabhi" Mahi paused "vo haldi" she said this in a low voice enough to hear..Shanvi quickly pushed Avyaan and held the haldi plate..
"Yah yah here here" shanvi said and gave her the haldi plate.. Mahi chuckled at her and stopped her chuckle once she received glare from Avyaan...Shanvi looked from her shoulder and Avyaan's eyes softened when there gaze met..
His eyes softened
"I should leave now...you both continue but ha come quick ritual will start soon" Mahi says and left the kitchen after taking the plate..
"Why don't you stop being affectionate infront of everyone now Mahi will tease me like there is no tomorrow" Shanvi said in a frustrated tone..
"I'm sorry, jaan" he says looking down..Shanvi melted and held his hand.."It's ok just don't do like this especially infront of Mahi and veer ok? And we can do anything in our room" she softly said..
"Anything?" Avyaan asked
"Yes anything" shanvi said and realized what he understood she saw him having a smirk on his face...
"Mera vo-vo mtlb nhi tha" she says diverting her gaze and a red hue crept on her cheeks...
"I see hah!! But jaan we will do that some day what if that day will come soon" he said and chuckled when he saw her blushing at his words..
"Aap bhi na" she said with a blush and lightly hit his chest..
"Mai bhi kya jaan?" He said leaning closer to her and pecked her cheeks..He engulfed her in a hug..
"Am I forgiven now?" He asked
"Yes.." she replied..A grin appeared on Avyaan's face hearing her reply.."Let's go now everyone must be waiting" he says and shanvi nodded then both of them went to the hall for the ritual..
Everyone started applying haldi to the groom,Shanvi slowly made her way and applied haldi on karan.. she smiled at him and Karan also smiled at her..
"Bhabhi please apply haldi to Avyaan bhai also..he doesn't like haldi he just did the ritual because your dear sasu Maa told him to" Karan whispered to shanvi..Shanvi looked at Avyaan who was talking with his grandfather...Shanvi nodded and went to her place after applying haldi..
At last karan's cousin,friends are throwing powder, sand anything they found threw at the groom..Everyone laughs at the scene...After haldi Mahi, Aditi and karan's friend started dancing..Shanvi went closer to Avyaan..
"Avy?" She murmured
"Yes jaan?" He looked at her with soft eyes..
"Do you need anything?" He asked...she shook her head and gestured him to come with her...He followed her to the kitchen..Shanvi caged Avyaan between the counter and her arms..Avyaan raised eyebrows with a grin on his face at his wife's behavior..
"What are you doing?" He asked being amused of her behavior.."close your eyes and don't open them until I tell you to" she says and he obliged her words with a smile..
Avyaan felt something wet on his cheeks..He opened his eyes and found his wife giggling at him..
"What happened? And What you applied on my cheeks?" He asked her and touched his cheek..he saw haldi on his cheek and became shocked..he looked at Shanvi's hand and found haldi...shanvi burst out in laughs at his reaction...
"Are you serious,jaan?" He said in disbelief looking at his wife who was laughing..
"Im-im sorry..so sorry" she said controlling her laugh but failed looking at him..
"I don't like haldi" he said in a stern voice..
"That's why I applied when karan told me you don't like that" she says..
"Seriously?? And you listen to his words and did this? And here you're laughing?" He said rolling his eyes.. "Sorry but your face looks cute" she said while laughing...
"My face looks cute? but our babies will look more cute if we do 'it'" he said in a mischievous tone..shanvi's laughter died..she steps back..Avyaan steps towards her..
"Now what happened,jaan laugh laugh" he said and caged her against the refrigerator...Shanvi tried to came out from his arms but failed..
"Vo-vo actually actually-" she was cut off by Avyaan...
"Vo-vo kya jaan? I was looking cute but why don't we make our babies cute more than us?" He said leaning dangerously closer to her lips..shanvi gulps at their close proximity..
Avyaan applied the haldi from his cheek to hers while still caging her in his arms..shanvi closed her eyes and her breath became heavy..Adrenaline ran down shanvi's spine..she opens her eyes when Avyaan took a step back...
Now it was Avyaan's turn to laugh at her..Shanvi rolls her eyes and pouts.."It's unfair you can't do this" she says..
"Wow means wow if you do then it's fair but if I did then it's unfair? " He said in disbelief..shanvi rolls her eyes..Avyaan leans and gave a quick kiss on her pouty lips which were looking juicy to him..
