The next morning, Michelle woke up feeling refreshed and excited. The thought of studying with Ava made her feel more confident about the upcoming exams. As she got ready for school, she hummed a cheerful tune, her heart light with anticipation.

At the breakfast table, her father ruffled her hair playfully. "You seem happy today, Michelle. What's the reason for that big smile?"

She giggled. "Ava is coming over after school to help me study! We’re going to prepare for our exams together."

Her father nodded approvingly. "That’s great! Having a study partner makes things easier. Just remember to focus and not get too distracted, okay?"

"Of course, Dad!" she assured him.

After finishing breakfast, Michelle grabbed her school bag, waved goodbye to her parents, and headed off. The walk to school felt shorter than usual, as her mind was filled with excitement for the day ahead.

AT SCHOOL

The school day passed quickly, with lessons feeling more engaging than usual. During breaks, Michelle and Ava discussed their study plans in detail.

"We’ll start with math first," Ava suggested as they sat together in the cafeteria. "I know you find equations tricky, so we’ll go over them step by step."

Michelle nodded eagerly. "That sounds great! And if we have time, we can go over some science topics too."

Ava grinned. "Absolutely! We’ll make sure you feel confident about everything."

Their conversation was cut short by the bell signaling the next class. They hurried back to their desks, ready to take on the rest of the school day.

Heading Home and Preparing for Study

Once school ended, the two friends walked home together. Ava was coming to Michelle’s house for the first time, and Michelle was excited to show her around.

"You’ll love it!" Michelle said enthusiastically. "Mom always makes the best snacks, so we’ll have something delicious while we study."

Ava chuckled. "That sounds perfect. Studying is always better with good food.
