chapter 8

I notice two males talking quickly on there phones as they looked from

the car to the house, I couldn't help but smile and wave to them from

the window. Shaking my head I make my way to the shower and clean

myself up. once I'm done, I Chuck my hair into a ponytail and wrap a

towel around my body, I walk out towards my room. A knock is

sounded at my door, I ignore it and went to my draws pulling out a pair

of jeans shorts with a strapless top. By the time I was done the

knocking had become more persistent. Frustrated I stomp my way to

the front door and throw it open harshly, I glare at the intruder only to

see my cousin Mulan along with Alpha Andrews of her pack, plus his

beta. four other Alphas and there betas was behind them and at the

back was Anthony, Chrissy and Dontae. I folded my arms across my

chest and glare at them all. I watch Chrissy glare at me and cling onto

her mate like a monkey, Dontae was frowning while looking me up and

down. Anthony had a big grin on his face, I stuck my finger up at him.

Some People gasp at my actions, but he just burst out laughing like a

crazy man.

"Always with the proposition of something, when will you let me take

you up on that offer?” he pulls a pout and I raise a brow at his question.

"When you can assure me I'll be highly satisfied instead of let down.” I

look at Dontae.

"like some have done." I look back at Anthony to see him biting his lip

to stop from laughing, Dontae sends me a glare and I just shrug at him.

"Miss Martain, can we come in please?” Alpha Andrews ask, I open the

door wider and the. make my way into the kitchen, the Alphas all follow

while the betas take a seat in the lounge room.

"Would you like a coffee.” I ask them, the Alphas all say yes, Mulan says

a tea, two of the betas say cold drinks and the others all say yes to a

coffee. Anthony says chocolate and Dontae ask for a black coffee, while

Chrissy demands a Luke warm flavoured sweet tea. (what ever the fuck

that is.)

U start on the drinks and then start handing them out, I give Anthony

his first and then made sure to leave my ex mate and the slut last. I

deliberately gave him milk with his and normal tea for his mate with

one sugar. I face my cousin.

"So what brings you here to my little home?" I deliberately spoke to

only her and heard a few growls.

"Everyone has come to the knowledge that you can help our kingdom."

this had Dontae’s doing all over it, slowly I face him and cross my arms

at my chest.

"So you thought you could get them to do your dirty work.” he stood

there leaning against the bench with his cup of coffee in his hand

"Miss Martain, your the only one who can give the kingdom a heir.”

Alpha Andrews says softly, I watch Mulan put her head down and starts

to play with her hands, I lean up against the sink and stare at them all.

“Let me tell you all something, if you read on the history of kings and

mates, it should tell you a lot since he." I point to Dontae.

"Marked his second while bonded to me, he has broken all ties to his

first mate.” they all frown at my words.

"That is a load of bullshit.” Dontae’s anger starts to show.

"Baby calm down."Chrissy tries to settle her mate, but he pushes her

away and keeps glaring at me.

"The minute you marked and fucked her, broke all ties to us. this

ensures that only your one mate can give you a child, she has no

reason not to be able to give you a child. Now me because I was the

first mate, it will not allow me to conceive.” I stare at the so called

queens and point my finger at her.

"the only way you can't fall pregnant is if you're ovaries are badly

damaged or your not his true second mate." I start sipping my coffee

once again, Chrissy glares at me with so much hatred in her eyes, while

Dontae just keeps glaring at me.

"We need to go to the council to see if this is true.” One Alpha stands

up.

"Thank you Miss Martain.” he bows and then leave with his beta.

"I need to make a few calls, good day Miss Martain.” Another Alpha

bows and then leaves my house with his beta

"Miss Martain it was a pleasure to see you again.” Alpha Remondo

kisses my hand making me blush.

"It's always a pleasure to see you." I tell him and the cheeky man winks

at me with a cheeky smile on his face. Remondo was only twenty three

years old and No mate as of yet, big chocolate eyes with dark brown

hair. He was cute and charming but a big player with the women. Soon

he too leaves with his second in command following closely behind.

only two Alphas where left along with there betas plus the king and

queen with there clown beta and my cousin. They all take a seat in my

kitchen, I wondered why they all hadn't left yet.

"Lilliana are you sure that what you have said is true?” the other Alpha

asked, I stare at the man who looks to be nearly forty years old with

dark hair.

"I was informed that this happens to every king Jo matter if he's a wolf,

vampire, demon or witch, the rules are all the same. once you find your

second then the first mate no longer applies to him. She will not be

able to get marked by another unless his wolf status is stronger than

her first mate.” this makes Dontae grin like an idiot, I roll my eyes at

him.

"But she can mate with another higher ranked species to fall pregnant.”

this time I smirk at him as he must have realised something, his face

pulls back into a snarl, I saw his eyes change and new his wolf now had

full control and he wasn't to happy.

"Is that how you got Xaiden." Alpha Andrews asked curiously, at the

mention of my son I froze with my eyes wide open, Dontae's face

changed to confusion as he watched me closely. I tore my gaze away

from him and turned to face the Alpha, I noticed my cousin had the

same wide eyes that I most likely had. Everyone in the room now had

there full attention on me, my hands where shaking slightly until finally

someone said something...
