Always and Forever

Rosabella's POV~ 7 years later...

I walk down the steps of the Addington castle ballroom to see the great amount of pack members gathered in celebration. My red dress trails across the floor as I walk and the compelled live orchestra play softly in the background.

Rosabella's Dress ^

I scan the room quickly until I spot the people I'm searching for and head over to them.

"Hello Wolfie." I greet my fiancé with a peck as he wraps his arm around my waist,

"You look stunning Bella." We are interrupted from our conversation by two pairs of arms wrapping around us, making me look down.

"How are my darlings on their 5 birthday?" I ask with a warms smile as I look down at the two hybrids, who's matching grey eyes stare up at me.

"Good Mummy!" Kingston exclaimed, his eyes wide with excitement.

"But King keeps eating all the cake!" Cadence whined making me chuckle.

"There is plenty cake to go around, don't worry sweetheart." Jett laughed while ruffling her hair making her giggle.

"Jett no you'll mess up her curls!" I scolded making him laugh again.

Kingston Chase & Cadence Chase ^

Our little family moment is broken up when a familiar voice arises from behind me,

"Happy birthday my gorgeous godchildren!" Satana yells before squeezing my kids into a tight hug,

"Okay Aunt Sate..can't..breathe" Cadence strains before letting out a dramatic sigh when Satana pulls away, like mother like daughter I suppose.

"I brought you something!" She explains before turning around and rolling her eyes.

"What's wrong?" I ask my best friend and she turns to me replying,

"Danny has their present but I don't know where he's gone." Before I can respond I hear someone shout 'boo' behind Jett causing him to jump out of his skin and us all to laugh.

"Hiya Danny, how are you?" I ask while pulling the fiery-haired dragon into a hug.

"We've been good Rosa, and my gosh haven't you two grown since we last saw you!" He says enthusiastically towards the children making them beam in happiness.

"Give them the gifts!" Satana says excitedly making me laugh.

Danny hands the twins two presents, wrapped neatly with red and black bows, Sate definitely did not wrap that!

The twins share a glance before unwrapping their presents to find two beautiful ukuleles. Cadence squeals before running up to Sate and wrapping her in a hug as Kingston runs up to Danny doing the same. They both yell a series of thank yous before running back to their gifts.

"Wow they're beautiful!" I says, admiring the designs on the two instruments.

"We got them when we were in Paris, visiting my parents." Satana smiles at me while Daniel wraps an arm around her waist.

Our conversation is once again interrupted by the sound of light footsteps followed by a faint 'slow down Celine' in the background. I'm quickly tackled into a hug.

"Hiya Celine, how you doing?" I ask the blind beauty in my arms.

"Good!"

"Sorry about that Rosie, she's fast!" Coral sighs while catching her breath while Albie takes the small girl from my arms.

"Only you two would be slower than a 3 year old!" Satana laughs and I join in.

"Oh hush, you don't understand how much hard work it is chasing after her sometimes!" The mermaid replies with a laugh.

Celine Gabriel ^

Coral and Albie give the twins their gifts, which consist of a few cute pieces of jewellery for Cadence and some action figures for Kingston from his favourite movie.

Before long we are also joined Blair and Griffin as well as Jaycee and Samuel who had all been with other pack members mingling.

"Okay so Sam and I have something to announce so everyone gather around." Jaycee speaks up making us all quiet down and look at them.

"I'm pregnant!" She squeals making all us girls scream in excitement running over and congratulating her while the boys congratulate Sam.

"Welcome to the milf club!" I exclaim making everyone laugh.

I spot my sister as well as Pearl and Angie across the room and gesture for them to come over, before spotting Dominic and Phoenix from the other side and calling for them too. They all walk over and look to me, waiting for me to say something.

"Jaycee'a pregnant!" I yell again and they all smile and congratulate her, showering her in hugs before heading back over to the dance floor together.

I gaze around the room, looking at my family, my friends and my pack in awe. If someone had told me 7 years ago, before I joined the supernatural academy, that I would have all this today I'd have called them a fool. When I was young I always dreamed that I'd find true love and looking around I can finally say I've found it; not just in Jett, but in my friends, my kids and every single person in this room. I used to be seen as an emotionless, manipulative vampire but once my soulmate appeared in my life, we discovered I was just a broken girl who needed saving.

I've learned a lot over the years since then. I learned it's okay to let people in. It's okay to make mistakes. It's okay to let down your guard. It's okay to need help. It's okay to feel. It's okay to show your soft side once and a while. It's okay to not be okay! I've also learned that you are stronger with family beside you; I used to think I was stronger alone, that I didn't need anybody but myself, but I did; and that's okay too. I used to hide behind my sarcastic remarks and cold personality in order to make me more powerful, but since creating our pack I've realised that you need to be kind and let people in, you need to trust people so they'll trust you, you need to be there for one another through thick and thin. And we will be, always and forever.
