Yulia clutched on her bag tighter and it seemed that she was only pretending to not be envious of Yvonne.

Of course she was not fawning over the car full of roses or fancy restaurants. The thing was, they were both women and she was also hoping to be spoiled by a man on special occasions. However, the man she had feelings for was still absent.

However, just as Yvonne was being very cocky, a deep manly voice chimed in. He said, “Who told you that all Yulia could do was buy herself a cake?”

Once again, everyone turned toward the sound.

They noticed a young man dressed in green casual clothes walking toward her.

That man was none other than Skylar. However, this reminded Yulia about the video, so`she looked away.

“Whoa, isn’t this Skylar, the useless garbage that was obsessed over me for five years?” Yvonne glared at Skylar and said, “Oh Yulia, I can’t believe you’d treasure something that I don’t want. Aren’t you being a little desperate now?”

When the crowd heard that, they immediately started gossiping.

“Good gosh, even if she has to raise her daughter, she shouldn’t pick someone like him, right? Why is he even wearing those clothes? That’s just poor taste!”

“Right? He’s like some random village boy. How could he even be bold enough to go after Yulia?

Doesn’t he know his place?”

“Yeah, Yvonne’s boyfriend has a sports car full of roses and even booked a fancy restaurant for ⚫ her.

This guy came empty handed. Gosh, the difference between their boyfriends are just too much!”

Suddenly, the sky began to rumble and that terrified everyone.

The ground and windows were also starting to shake.

“Good gosh, this can’t be an earthquake, right?”

A group of people rushed out immediately.

However, before they could calm down, a man pointed at the sky and yelled, “Guys look! It’s a helicopter!”

So, everyone looked up immediately.

They noticed a flock of helicopters hovering around the office building. There were roughly sixteen helicopters in total.

However, before they could react, every single helicopter opened up their hatch as a golden horn-

shaped object extended out from the hatch.

“Drop!”

With a single order, rose petals began to rain from the sky.

So, the faint rosey scent filled the air.

It did not take long for a rain of petals to rain down around the perimeter of the office building.

It was a magnificent sight to behold.

“Good gosh… that’s at least ten helicopters and they’re only here to rain rose petals? That has to be expensive, right?”

So, everyone turned toward Skylar and stared at him in shock.

Yulia’s heart began to race as she stared at Skylar with a puzzled look.

However, Skylar smiled and nodded at her.

Everyone began to cheer after that.

“Was it really him?”

“Good gosh. I thought a sport’s car filled with roses would be awesome. This is a rain of flowers. Gosh, they just keep getting even more outrageous!”

“That’s literally insane.’

As Yvonne listened to the gossip, both she and Harry looked bitter.

“Oh please, so what? He just rented a few helicopters and rained down some rose petals. Could that be more expensive than my boyfriend’s car?” Yvonne scoffed.
