ALFIE HAD BEEN, once again, distraught to leave javon. she was unsure of the next time she'd be able to see him. this time, though, she was utterly sure that she wouldn't cut javon off. especially after last nights events.
she'd been thinking about it all night, twisting and turning as she remembered how his lips felt on hers. it was like nothing she'd ever experienced before, and she wanted nothing more than to relive it.

ALFIE HAD HER BACK against the wall adjacent to the elevator doors, her eyes closed as she waited for javon. her heart was racing, scared that maybe he regretted kissing her. thoughts were filling her head, negative thoughts.
"you got something on your mind?" she heard his voice coming from in front of her, causing her to open her eyes. he was close, but not too close. close enough that he was looking down to her, but not towering over.
she stood up straight, her back leaving the wall. "yeah, a lot." she looked down at her feet, biting her lip with worry. "do you regret it?"
there was a moment of silence, and her heart dropped. his lack of reassurance had her on the verge of tears. but instead, he raised his index finger to her chin, guiding her head to look back up at him.
he stepped closer, asking "do you?"
she shook her head, parting her lips as her breath wavered. "not even a little bit." and in response, he smiled, moving his hand to embrace her cheek.
this time, she was the one to lean in, pressing her lips against his in desperation. his hand travelled to the back of her neck, his fingers tangling in her hair as he brought his other hand to her waist. she stood on her tiptoes to reach him better, raising her hands to his cheeks.
it seemed that, once again, the two of them couldn't help themselves.
