Oh meri biwi ke kanhaji kaha hai meri biwi!!

I huffed after roaming in the whole house from morning still i'm unable to find her, even when I'm asking anyone where is she they have only one answer she's busy in the preparations of engagement.

But where, than nobody is answering and just ignoring like seriously.

Sab mile huve hai, ye atayachar hai biwi ke kanha ji.

I didn't even did anything still she's angry over me, what was my fault.

My eyes went on reyansh who was passing by me talking on a call while blushing and giggling.

He stopped, looking at me as I was continuously glaring at him, "what happened bhai" he questioned.

"Nothing, enjoy enjoy once get married than you'll also stand beside me here looking at yash as like I'm looking at you, remember" I spoke like I'm giving a motivational speak.

"Bhai kya bolre ho" he questioned confusingly, "dekh mere bhai abhi bhi time hai bhag jaa yaha se, nai toh agr teri shaadi hogayi toh ye ghar ka kya hoga" I spoke with full of scrasm.

"Bhabhi ne kalesh krdiya kya" he spoke as I just stopped, I nodded, he started laughing, as I just glared at him he ran away.

I looked at the time it was 5 in the evening I should get ready the function will start in one hour.

Wait, ideaaa.

Main bhi dekhta hu ab kaise nahi manegi.

Draping my saree, I gazed at myself in the mirror, feeling a wave of confidence wash over me.

Dil le gayi ishuu.

It's a sky blue saree, adorned with delicate diamond embroidery-just the right touch of elegance without being too heavy. It looks absolutely stunning, especially on me.

Yeah, I'm self obsessed tho.

My gaze shifted to Shreya and Siya, who were sitting on the sofa, getting ready in their outfits and looking absolutely stunning.

But their eyes were fixed on me. "What happened, girls?" I asked, applying my favorite lipstick, feeling a mix of excitement and curiosity.

"Ab aisi apsara saamne khadi hongi toh nazre kaise hatengi?" they both chimed in, and a smile spread across my lips, warming my heart.

"Bhabhi, did something happen between you both?" Siya questioned as she walked towards me. I turned to the mirror to apply my blush, my heart racing a little.

"Who, us?" I tried to act innocent, but I could feel the heat rising in my cheeks. "C'mon Bhabhi, we know something's up; that's why you're getting ready here." Now, what should I tell them about our fight?

Honestly, I didn't even know what the reason was.

"Just some husband-wife banter, nothing else," I finally said, and they nodded their heads in understanding before leaving, reminding me to come down.

Looking at myself one last time in the mirror, I walked downstairs, my gaze searching for him.

But he was nowhere to be found.

I wandered around the hall, greeting the guests who had just started to arrive, but my eyes were constantly scanning the crowd for him.

It had been 20 minutes of this restless searching, and I couldn't help but tap my leg in irritation. Ugh!

Maybe he's in the room. I was about to head upstairs when my gaze shifted toward the corridor. My eyes widened in disbelief. "What the hell?" Those were the only words that escaped my lips, a mix of shock and confusion flooding my mind.

He was wandering in the corridor without a shirt on, just wearing his grey trousers, and what's boiling my blood is that three girls were trailing behind him, giggling and checking him out without a shred of shame.

And there he was, completely absorbed in his phone, acting like he's the Chief Minister of India or something.

My eyes caught the other girls too, who were also gawking at him.

"Avyannnnnn!"

I rushed over to him, covering him with my pallu and glaring at those girls. "You three will leave, or should I show you the way out?" I said with a sarcastic edge to my voice.

They scurried away.

I turned my gaze back to his face, and he was just smirking at me. Ugh, I could just lose it!

"Don't you have any clothes?" I shot at him, my glare piercing through his casual demeanor. He just smirked again and started walking towards the stairs.

"What the hell?" Is he intentionally trying to irritate me? If that's the case, he better watch out because I'm not going to let this slide.

I walked behind him, and as we reached the stairs, he headed towards the room. "Patidev, wait!" I shouted, but he just ignored me. Seriously?

I could feel my temper rising. "I will cut his head for sure," I thought, frustration bubbling inside me.

"Avyaaan!" I called out again, but he just quickened his pace and disappeared into the room. What is he up to?

I followed him inside, only to find him lounging on the sofa like a king, one leg crossed over the other, his bare torso on full display.

"What were you doing downstairs, ha?" I questioned, walking up to him, my voice laced with irritation. He rubbed his face with his palm, clearly unfazed.

Finally, he looked up at me, and before I could say another word, he pulled me onto his lap by my waist. I landed there, shock coursing through me. What is going on in his mind?

I tried to get up, but his grip tightened around my waist, holding me firmly in place.

"The plan was different, but I think I need to change it now," he said, his gaze intense. I looked at him curiously, but before I could process anything, his lips were on mine.

I attempted to push him away, but he held both my hands behind my back, kissing me deeply. What has gotten into him?

I wanted to kiss him back, but no, I will not-because I'm angry!

His pace quickened, and he was devouring my lips like they were his favorite dessert. I was getting breathless, my body instinctively moving with his, caught in the moment.

He released my hands and gripped my waist tightly, but he didn't let go of my lips. I pushed against his bare chest with my palms, trying to create some space. Finally, with a sudden jerk, he released me and leaned back on the sofa, a smirk dancing on his lips.

He wiped the corner of his mouth with his thumb, doing it in such a seductive way that it sent shivers down my spine.

"What's going on in your mind?" I finally managed to ask, my breath coming out in heavy huffs.

"The plan was to make you jealous and get you to talk to me, but then you showed up like this, biwi," he replied, his gaze sweeping over me from head to toe, making my cheeks flush. Ishuu, hide it, hide it!

"Leave me," I insisted, trying to pry his hands off my waist, but it was futile. I glared at him, feeling a mix of frustration and undeniable attraction. "Leave me," I repeated, looking away.

Because looking into his eyes right now is dangerous. He's turned up the heat, and I can't handle him like this-not when I have to attend my best friend's engagement.

I turned my face to him, and he was just glaring at me. Slowly, his face began moving closer to mine, and instinctively, I leaned back.

But suddenly, he grabbed my neck from behind and held my waist with the other hand. I gulped, feeling a rush of emotions. Words failed to escape my lips, caught in the whirlwind of our moment.

His face nestled into the crook of my neck, where he began to peck at my skin, biting gently. I clung to his shoulder, my nails digging into his skin as soft moans echoed through the room. Ishuu, you have to attend the function; just stop this here.

"Av-yaan, we hav-e to attend the enga-gement," I finally managed to say, my voice shaky, overwhelmed by the sensations coursing through my body.

He didn’t respond right away. "Avyaa-n," I called out, a bit louder this time, desperate for his attention. Finally, he pulled his face away from my neck, and his husky voice sent shivers down my spine. "Do you want to go down?"

Kalesh karna bhari pad gaya,Ishuu.

I nodded, my heart racing. He smirked, his confidence radiating from him. "But I won't let you go," he said, running his hand through his hair, revealing those impressive biceps. Gosh, how could he be so captivating?

"Why?" I questioned, my voice barely above a whisper. Suddenly, I found myself lifted into the air, cradled in his arms. "Meri marzi," he replied, it's irritating me now.

"Avyaan, I wanna go; it's my best friend's engagement!" A pout formed on my lips, a mix of frustration and longing swirling within me.

He came into the balcony area and threw me onto the sofa like a football, his strength catching me completely off guard.

I looked at him, my annoyance bubbling over. "You can go only when I let you go, understood?" he said, sitting down near my legs with a mischievous glint in his eyes.

"When will you let me go then?" I questioned irritably, my heart racing. "That depends on my mood," he replied, holding my foot and tracing his fingers along it. I suddenly sat up, alarmed. "What are you doing?" I asked, my voice a mix of confusion and curiosity.

He didn’t answer; instead, he pressed a soft peck on my foot. I tried to pull my foot back, but he wouldn’t let go. Suddenly, I felt a cold metal touching my skin, sending shivers up my spine.

It dawned on me that it was a payal, and my heart fluttered with sudden surprise as he tied it around my ankle.

He looked up at me, his gaze intense. "Did you like it?" he asked, still holding my foot in his warm palms. Why did his hands look so much bigger than my foot?

"I loved it," I replied, shaking my legs a little to hear the delightful jingle of the payal.

"I’d love to hear that sound too, but in my own way," he smirked, and I gulped, sensing that his intentions were anything but innocent.

I thought to myself, Ishuu, you need to escape; you have to attend the engagement soon.

An idea sparked in my mind.

"I want to hear it while standing," I said, getting up from the sofa and shaking my legs playfully. "Avyaan, look what's behind you!" I exclaimed, pointing, and then dashed towards the door.

My breath hitched as I heard him call out, "Lock the door!" His voice echoed through the room, and I wondered when he had fitted this lock in our room. The thrill of the chase filled me with a mix of excitement and nervousness.

With a gulp, I looked at him. He was lying on the sofa, his hands casually resting behind his head, a smirk playing on his lips that sent a mix of shivers and thrill through me.

"Hehe," I let out an awkward laugh, trying to mask the flutter in my heart.

"Enough running, biwi. Come here," he commanded in his husky voice, oozing confidence, but I stood frozen in my spot, my heart racing with a mix of fear and excitement.

"Biwi," I echoed softly, shaking my head in defiance, feeling a rush of adrenaline as I realized I was pushing his buttons now.

An idea sparked in my mind, one that I hoped wouldn’t flop. It was a risky move, but the thrill of the chase was intoxicating.

I ran at full speed into the cupboard room and stood behind the door, leaving it open. I held my breath, desperate to make no sound.

I had to wait until he came inside. I heard footsteps approaching; he finally entered and moved toward the cupboard. "Biwi, come outside," he called, his voice teasing.

"Kanhaji, bacha lena," I murmured, looking up in a silent plea, then dashed outside, quickly closing the door behind me. I huffed, my heart racing.

I decided I would go downstairs and send someone to open the door. Yes, that was the plan.

I hurried toward the door, but when I tried to open it, it wouldn’t budge.

My heartbeat stopped as I felt a cold palm grip my waist from behind, and my eyes widened in shock.

"Biwi, need some help?" he whispered near my ear, his breath warm against my skin. How did he get outside?

I turned to face him, gulping as I met his intense gaze.

He pulled me against his chest, his grip firm around my waist. "Enough of using your little brain, my little biwi," he said, his fingers tracing my curves with a teasing touch.

"I w-as ju-s..." I stammered, trying to find my words but failing miserably. I realized he wasn’t going to let me go easily, so maybe it was time to show him my bold side.

"Okay, patidev, I surrender myself," I said with a playful smile. "I haven't even started to do anything, and you’re already surrendering? Well, that’s pretty impressive," he replied, a hint of amusement in his voice.

"You know what?" he continued, wrapping his other arm around my waist, pulling me closer. "What?" I asked, my heart racing with anticipation.

"I didn’t have any plan to end up like this, but you showing up like this is really turning me on," he admitted, and this time, I couldn’t help but smirk.

"If I turned my patidev on," I said, standing on my toes to whisper in his ear, "then it’s my responsibility to take care of him, isn’t it?" I held onto his neck, my fingers lightly brushing against his skin.

He gulped.
