The one's who vote or comment, thank you so much for that.

But those who don't, I would not say much but only say to vote and comment for the little hard work I do.

Happy reading...

As the sunset dipped below the horizon, a gentle chill crept into the air. Ishika stood in the balcony, basking in the serene atmosphere, her thoughts lost in the peacefulness. Her reverie was disrupted by a joyful shout: "Ishuuuuu!"

She turned to find Mahi leaping toward her, arms open wide, and enveloping her in a tight hug. "Ishuuuuu, just one more week!" Mahi exclaimed, her voice echoing in Ishika's ear.

Ishika's confusion was evident. "For what, Mahi? What's happening in one week?" she asked, her brow furrowed in curiosity.

Mahi released her from the hug, a mischievous glint in her eye. "For your birthday, bitchhh!" she teased, playfully tapping Ishika's forehead.

Ishika's eyes widened as realization dawned. Her birthday was approaching, and only one week remained. A squeal of excitement escaped her lips. "Yeahhh, my birthday! I'll be turning 23 soonnnn!" She flung her arms around Mahi, pulling her into a tight hug.

"Let's go, we have to plan so many things!" Mahi exclaimed, attempting to drag Ishika away.

Ishika resisted, her eyes sparkling with mirth. "It's almost evening now, Mahi. We can plan tomorrow." Mahi nodded, though a hint of concern flickered across her face.

As they strolled back into the balcony, Mahi asked, "Ishuu, what were you thinking before I came? You seemed lost in thought." Ishika's gaze drifted back to the horizon, a faraway look in her eyes, as she pondered how to share her concerns with Mahi.

"Nothing important mahi" she spoke and just sat on the sofa present in the balcony, mahi to sat beside her.

"Don't fool me ishuu I'm seeing you from many days you're just lost somewhere specially around the family, something has surely happened, I know" she turned Ishika by her shoulder to face her.

"Uhmm... Mahi, it's nothing," Ishika muttered, attempting to brush off her concerns. However, Amaira's cautionary words continued to echo in her mind, urging her to keep the truth concealed.

Mahi's eyes narrowed, sensing Ishika's unease. "Okay, as you wish. Tell me when you're comfortable sharing," Mahi said, rising from her seat. "Bye." With that, Mahi headed toward the door.

Ishika called out, "Mahi, listen!" but Mahi merely replied, "It's okay, Ishuu," before departing.

Ishika's irritation intensified as she grappled with her dilemma. "Ishuu, think, think! You have to do something before it's too late," she chided herself, wrapping her arms around her knees and burying her face.

Just then, a voice interrupted her thoughts. "Go and tell Avyaan everything." Ishika's gaze lifted, and her eyes widened as she beheld her own reflection standing before her.

However, a second reflection appeared, cautioning, "No, don't. If you reveal the truth to him, Amaira will surely retaliate, and you'll regret it." Ishika's eyes darted between the two reflections, each offering conflicting advice.

"Don't be intimidated by Amaira's threats. Reveal the truth, and everything will work out, Ishuu," one reflection urged, its voice filled with conviction.

Her gaze shifted to the other reflection, its expression laced with concern. "Don't be selfish, Ishuu. Consider the potential danger to Amaira. Don't jeopardize her safety for your own relief."

Tears pricked at the corners of her eyes as she felt the weight of their conflicting advice.

"Stop! Just stop!" She cried out, covering her ears with her hands and squeezing her eyes shut. The conflicting voices in her head were suffocating her.

"Enough of hiding! I'll tell Avyaan everything!"

"So, everything is under control?" the man growled into the phone, his voice laced with malice.

"Yes, sir. Everything is under control. Trust me, this plan will surely work," the person on the other end replied, their tone dripping with confidence.

The man's anger boiled over, and he hurled the vase to the floor, shattering it into a hundred pieces. "It had better work. I want to see them all crying like hell," he snarled, his eyes blazing with fury.

A hint of unease crept into the voice on the other end. "They will, sir. But she's saying she'll tell the family..." The man's face twisted into a menacing scowl.

"Varun, I don't care what it takes. Convince her to run away with you. Don't let her family find out," he spat, his teeth clenched in rage.

"Yes, sir," Varun replied, his voice trembling slightly.

The call ended, and the man's malevolent gaze lingered, his mind consumed by the sinister plan unfolding.

The man sat on the sofa with one leg on the other "Rathore's, the most happiest family right now but... tsk tsk till when they will be" he smirked.

"You people snatched my everything, now see how I will snatch your most lovely people not only one, two, three..." The man started laughing loudly like a evil.

"Inn teeno mein se ek gayi toh uska raja apne aap barbaad hojayega, jaan Jo tehri rajasthan ke raja ki" he smirked evily.

"Rathore's who's gonna save you'll now"

My eyelids grew heavy, but I fought to keep them open, blinking repeatedly to stay awake. I sat on the sofa in the hall, waiting anxiously for Avyaan's return. The clock struck 11, and still, there was no sign of him.

I knew I could wait in the bedroom, but a nagging feeling compelled me to confront him now.

A sense of foreboding settled in the pit of my stomach.

If I didn't confess the truth, something terrible might happen, and I wouldn't be able to forgive myself. I let out a frustrated sigh. "Where are you, Avyaan?" I murmured to myself, my voice laced with concern.

Time ticked by, and the clock struck 12, but Avyaan remained absent. My patience was wearing thin, so I decided to call him. He answered on the second ring, his voice tired. "Hello?"

"Avyaan, where are you? It's almost 12," I asked softly, trying not to alarm him. "I'm on my way," he replied.

I hummed and ended the call, settling into the sofa with my knees tucked close to my chest and my face buried between them.

Lost in thought, my eyelids began to droop, and I found myself blinking slowly. Despite my efforts to stay awake, sleep gradually consumed my body, and I drifted into a restless slumber.

She hummed and ended the call, tossing the phone onto the passenger seat. I continued driving, my mind consumed by her unusual behavior over the past few days.

Something was bothering her, and I could sense it. Her tension was palpable, but I hadn't pressed her for answers. I knew that if she felt comfortable, she would confide in me.

However, this time it felt different. She was hiding something, and I was determined to uncover the truth.I had sent Mahi to check on her, asking her to find out what was wrong. But the response I received was unsettling: "It's nothing to worry about."

I knew better. I could see the fear lurking behind her eyes. I was resolute in my decision to fix her problem, no matter what it took. But for now, I had to focus on planning the perfect birthday celebration for her.

Just one week to go, and my baby would be turning 23.

The thought filled me with excitement and nostalgia. I wanted to make this birthday unforgettable for her.

As I sat lost in thought, my phone rang, jolting me back to reality. My personal assistant's name flashed on the screen.

I answered the call, trying to shake off the lingering thoughts.

"Sir, your flight is scheduled for 6 pm. You need to reach the airport by 5:30 pm," my assistant informed me.

Confusion clouded my mind. "Flight for what?" I questioned, my brow furrowed in concern.

"Sir, it's for your business deal with the French company in paris" my assistant replied.

My mind snapped back to reality.Oh, yes! The meeting with the French company! We had finalized the deal, and it was scheduled to take place in Paris.

How could I have forgotten? It was all over social media, and I couldn't back out now.

A pang of anxiety struck my heart. But what about her birthday?

I couldn't miss it. i made a firm decision.I would find a way to wrap up the deal in 2-3 days and return home early. I was resolute. For her, I would make it work.

"Yeah I will be there" I spoke and ended the call.

As the car came to a halt in front of the Rathore mansion, I stepped out, jacket in hand, and gazed up at the grand structure. It was almost 12:30, and a warm smile spread across my face as I thought about Ishika waiting up for me. She was a self-proclaimed sleepyhead, yet she had stayed awake for me.

I chuckled to myself and entered the mansion. As I opened the door, my eyes immediately fell upon her.

She was sleeping peacefully on the sofa, her legs scrunched up near her chest. My heart swelled with affection as I gazed at her. I gently picked her up in my arms, cradling her like a precious treasure.

As I carried her upstairs, I couldn't help but steal glances at her serene face. All my tiredness vanished in that instant, replaced by an overwhelming sense of love and adoration.

I laid her down on our bed, peppering her cheeks with soft kisses. After freshening up in the washroom, I slipped into bed beside her, wearing a grey t-shirt and black trousers.

As I lay there, I couldn't tear my gaze away from her face. The soft moonlight streaming through the window illuminated her features, making her look like a celestial being.

My mind began to wander, replaying the memories of our time together. The day we met, our initial fights, and the journey of our relationship flashed before my eyes.

At that time it was like 'Oh God where I'm stucked' But now it's like 'oh god is I'm that lucky to stuck with these goddess'

A low chuckle escaped my lips as I thought about how far we'd come. "Who would have thought that the man who lived in darkness for 22 years would find his light in this adorable cutie" I whispered, my hands cradling her cheeks.

I wrapped my arms around her waist, pulling her close. Our bodies aligned, our hearts beating as one.I softly brushed my lips against hers, whispering, "Good night, sweetheart." As I closed my eyes, sleep enveloped me, my heart filled with love and gratitude for this beautiful life we'd built together.

Morning

I emerged from the washroom, wrapping a towel around my torso. The clock read 5 am, and I knew I had to leave soon.

I slipped into my black tuxedo, admiring myself in the mirror as I settled my hair. I picked up my phone from the table and tucked it into my pocket.

My gaze drifted to the sleeping figure of my beautiful biwi. I approached her, my heart filled with love and longing. I gently pecked her lips, whispering, "I'll be back soon, biwi."I yearned to wake her up, to hold her close and cherish this moment.

But I knew that if she woke up, I wouldn't be able to leave.

The thought of leaving her, even for a short while, was unbearable. But I had to attend to my business deal in Paris.

I made a mental note to call her as soon as she woke up, bracing myself for her potential sadness or hella angerness, I knew I'd have to handle it.

With one last, lingering peck on her lips, I forced myself to leave. I took a deep breath, steering myself for the long day ahead, and stepped out into the dawn.

I scrunched my eyes, wincing as the sun's rays pierced through the window, disturbing my peaceful slumber.

I clutched the blankets in my palm, covering my face to shield myself from the harsh light. But as I hid beneath the blankets, reality hit me like a ton of bricks. I had to tell him the truth.

With a sudden jolt, I woke up, my heart racing with anticipation. I frantically looked beside me, expecting to see Avyaan's familiar face, but the bed was empty.

A pang of anxiety shot through my chest.I leapt out of bed and rushed to the window, pulling back the curtains to gaze outside. Then, I glanced at my watch it was 7 am.

My mind was racing with possibilities. He must be in the gym or at the dining table.I hastily threw off the covers and rushed outside, my bare feet pattering against the cold floor.

I checked the gym area, but it was deserted. I made my way towards the stairs, my eyes scanning the corridor for any sign of Avyaan.

Just as I reached the stairs, a voice called out, "Bhabhi!" I turned to find Siya standing behind me, a look of concern etched on her face. "What's wrong? You're in such a hurry, and your face is all sweaty," she observed, her eyes narrowing with curiosity.

I gulped, wiping my forehead with the back of my hand.

"Uh, it's nothing," I stammered, trying to brush off my anxiety. But Siya's perceptive gaze saw right through me. "Are you looking for someone?" she asked, her voice laced with suspicion.

I hesitated for a moment before responding, "Yeah, Avyaan."

"Ohh, but bhai left in the morning only" my mind went numb, he left? Where? And why?

"W-here" I questioned stammering with my words.

"Paris" she replied, why he didn't informed me.
